I love having a direction/goal to work the characters towards – when I write fiction on my own, I like having goals and plot points, like romances, family and friend relationships, rivals and enemies.. why wouldn’t I like having the same with RP? RP is just collaborative fiction writing!

There’s no shame in liking ships, or even RPing for ships. There’s tons of people in the world who love to read romance novels, and no one tries to tell them that’s wrong or worse than liking mysteries, or fantasy adventure. Neither preference is wrong, it’s just that – a preference!

So please – if you want to ship, or work towards of ship, in any capacity : romance, family, friends, rivals, and everything in between – TELL ME! I’d love to see what we can come up with together!

Inside the basket was the Death After Noon wine, some fudge brownies he baked himself, and an agnidus agate brooch. "Merry Christmas, my dear brother. I'm sorry I couldn't give you much, but it's the heart and thought that counts, right?" He happily smiled. "Merry Christmas."

Christmas gifts or gifts in general , not a thing the winery owner was used to anymore. It had been so much time since last one had been received or even given if workers were excluded from that list. When it came down to his brother Kaeya usually nothing ever was accepted yet something this time was different. As if Diluc had recognised he had caused all the issues between them both. The vase gifted that time was a lot nicer and easier to look at in comparison to the other one currently on display within the winery , an embarrassment that brightly coloured vase was when business partners arrived for meetings. At least there is now an actual replacement from the other. The wine gifted got completely looked over due to his dislike for wine though he’d be accepting it as to not cause any issues. And all of the rest was accepted as it either caught his eye or generally was liked. What had he deserved to receive such things ?

Y-you didn’t have to get me anything after all I have caused... thank you. “ despite the false cheerful tone he tried to keep up there was still that sound of someone breaking down in tears. After putting down everything Diluc quickly hugged Kaeya as tightly as he could.

Diluc for some time had been slightly allied with the fatui more specifically working along side Dottore. Just some sort of underling. Though originally Diluc did care a lot for his family and only did that work on the side for no issues to occur. However once his father tragically passed a more concrete alliance / work contract , fully working for Dottore whilst maintaining the image of a winery owner who disliked absolutely everything. Not a soul is aware of what he does.

The whole dark knight hero stuff for this is not as friendly. Whilst having you after the abyss order , he steals from people and has on occasion attacked for information. He is not entirely friendly.

Not many that came to Angel’s share wanted any sort of juice since they all were adults or above the drinking age in appearance to purchase anything. Eventually the single bottle had been located and a single glass was poured out , being placed gently in front of Aether.

“ having that fear would be normal. There’s always that part of your mind that overthinks everything. So this must be like that , this person probably would not ignore you or not want to see you. “ explaining things was not the winery owner’s experty but if somebody wanted some sort of help he at least was willing to try.

Aether watched Diluc as he resumed his work. For a moment he didn’t say anything, just watched with a distressed expression before golden hues glanced up to crimson. “Could you spare some water or just- juice?” After all, he wasn’t allowed to drink here, and of all the people to have tending the bar, he was quite sure he couldn’t get away with asking for one. 

“I… don’t even know how to say it. Convey it.” Elbows rested on the counter, arms folded. “It’s… hard. Words are hard.” A slow exhale as he tried again. “I …am scared. I’m - afraid, I’ll finally reach her and she won’t want to even see me… That I’ve failed her, by taking too long.”

Oh great it’s the apparent brother yet again. This time returning to simply smoosh his face which compared to a hug was more annoying. Diluc stared wide eyed at the man for a good few seconds almost hoping for him to simply disappear on the spot yet no. Still there. Still being annoying and ruining everything slightly good in his day. He whistled softly , holding out an arm as a perch for the hawk to land on.

“ you have a five second head start. Run. “

Originally all focus had been on sorting whatever work there was to do. Diluc was used to that by now. Working every single moment and expecting absolutely nobody to interrupt him. How wrong that belief was. Of course somebody had allowed Kaeya to not only enter the winery for no reason but to allow him to go all the way up the stairs towards the office area he currently was in. That hug caught Diluc off guard yet still aware it was Kaeya if only because of some instinct. He quickly aimed a kick at the other’s leg and shoved the man away , aiming a glare toward him.

“ I never said you could hug me now get out of this office ! Not sure why you would be here but if it’s for father sorry not here. Now get out entirely. “
