Things have been going rather well lately.

I am over a year clean of cutting and I am so happy about that.

It's like you're punishing us for what you did. Things will NEVER be the same. You're the one who went and had an affair. So stop punishing your kids and wife just because of your actions. You're preventing me from even going to school because you leave early and just leave me at home. How am I supposed to get an education if you just leave?

Things are pretty much getting worse every day. I want this to stop. I'm almost 9 months clean.

I'm doing a lot better now I think.

I'm 242 days self harm free. That's longest in 4 years. I'm proud of myself. I've had some urges recently but I didn't find in.

But in reality I guess I didn't mean a thing to you... Even though you said I did. Otherwise you wouldn't be treating me this way now..

If you struggle with real life depression and still manage to be around people and do your job and go to school and do all of the shit that you have to do, I have nothing but respect for you and I sincerely wish you the best.
