A few Levi drabbles...

Levi's love language is mostly showed by small attentions. Whatever it is to bring you a cup of tea while you are working, letting you cry on his favorite grey shirt without a word or patting your head when he is proud of you. Levi's love language is shy and almost invisible to the other people. We all know this man is not a big fan of PDA and that he is bad with words. This makes him feel constantly like he's not showing you his love and affection enough.

This is why Levi is always doing small things for you that he doesn't do to the others. This way, he shows you that you mean more for him than anybody else. It may be hard to notice at first but behind every head pat, cup of tea, praise, smile, soft eyes looking at you, eye contact, hug and kiss, is hidden a true message of love and appreciation for you.

His favorite thing about you are your eyes. It is so easy for him to get lost in them. They are so bright and expressive that he has the feeling that you always manage to read him like an open book. Whenever you make eye contact, his whole body freezes and his heart almost skip a beat. Under your piercing gaze, Levi feels so vulnerable but he loves it. Poor guy does not understand why and how but he really fell in love at the first sight for you. Those eyes... are really something.

His ideal date would be somewhere that it is just you two. Levi doesn't like to socialize with other people really much and they make him feel a bit uncomfortable when it comes to show you his affection. He wants to take you out somewhere it could be just you and him, nobody else.

Let him bring you to a picnic date in the middle of a flower field. He watch you with a loving gaze as you work on a flower crown, his fingers caressing your sun-kissed skin. A soft smile stretches his lips as you put the crown on his head, not complaining. Levi only pulls you for a kiss before hiding his face in the crook of your neck. Sometimes, he wishes that he could stop time so you could stay here forever. The breeze is soft, the weather gets cooler as the sun sets down. His hand finds yours, it's warm and soothing.

That's how paradise looks like.

At the beginning, Levi will think you are one of those girly girls who take 3 hours to get ready and are literally scared of everything. But, he actually loves it because at least you like cleanness just like him.

He will tease you about it. Keeping his face straight and voice annoyed, he let out mocking comments after mocking comments.

"I have the time to clean up my whole house before you get ready, brat."

Remember: Levi teasing equals Levi loving! Of course, he is going to deny everything so be patient. He maybe got a shitty behavior but he cares about you secretly so much.

If you hang out together, he will give you small glances time to times, looking how your hairstyle is beautiful, your makeup delicate but so well-done at the same time.

Tell him that you took your time to be pretty for him and oh dear! He's gonna melt on the inside. (You may even see a small smile on his face.)

"Really? All of that just for me?"

But the best part is only coming... Levi is already in love with you but when he will see you cleaning one of his cuts... he's yours. Your soft and gentle touch on his arm is just ugh.

The guy will finally confess to you. You're not only beautiful and sweet, but caring and courageous, ready to help the others to matter what.

He will say with a small smirk. You need to hold back your laugh at his words.

Levi is not the type to brag out but will often talk about you to his friends of how much his girlfriend is sweet and caring. Sorry but you make him so proud.

He's is no believing it at first. You even have to show him the two pregnancy tests before he accepts fully the news.

You can see shock and awe in his eyes as he looks down at your belly and places his hand on it carefully. There is no bump but yet he tries to feel it.

"There is really... another human creating at this very moment inside you?"

Levi is very anxious because he believes that he won't be a good father as he don't know how to act with children (please, tell him that he will be a wonderful dad)

Man is addict with your belly; nobody dares to touch it without his authorization. He gives the nastiest glances to your male friends who looks too long at your stomach.

Leaves a hundred kisses on your bump while cuddling you.

He's going to take care of you during your morning sickness, making sure you have food, medicine and your favorite movie put on the TV before he goes to work.

Sometimes, he even skips work when your sickness is very bad.

Levi gets SO emotional when he feels the first tiny kick, proof that there is a real alive baby inside you.

Judges your new food tastes but knows all of them and when you like to eat them. He runs to the market before you throw a tantrum because your favorite ice cream's box is empty.

He's going buy you cute dresses and shirts to highlight your adorable round belly, praising it whenever he can.

"Look at that adorable belly with our baby inside... You are already doing an amazing job, mama."

Secretly wants a girl. He says boys are troublesome.

When you are in the last week of pregnancy, he is all ready, all the stuff packed and he's comforting you about giving birth every day if you need it.

Once at the hospital, he insists to stay beside you during all the childbirth process.

"Let's go, sweetheart. We are almost there. Soon we will have our baby in our arms..."

Levi sheds a tear as the nurse shows you the tiny newborn in her arms. For him, this child has already won his heart with just one look.

Levi is one of those guys who won't understand that they fell in love.

What's that feeling in his stomach when he sees you? Why does he always think about you? How can his heart beat faster just by hearing your voice?

Is going to question Hange about these weird feelings as she's his best friend.

But he's going to be teased to DEATH by her when she will understand that he's in love.

He gonna deny these feelings for sure, getting mad at Hange for teasing him and won't talk to her about this anymore.

He learned his lesson

Will question himself more about those feelings, trying to understand them and deal with them. "What do I find in her?" But he already knows why.

You are so kind to him and sweet, listening to his ordres without a word. You are brave, caring and also a very pretty woman. How couldn't he fall for you?

Will secretly take care of you, telling you that you're doing good at the mission or at the training. Sometimes is going to bring you a cup of tea (without any sugar or lemon so bear with it)

Small actions are the way he shows his love and affection to you. Whatever it just a kind word or a simply thing like a pat on your head.

You maybe won't even notice but you're the only one who get them.

Also, will be way more patient and considerate toward you and even cracking a small smile one time. But he's going to immediately erase it, realizing that he let you saw a weaker side of him.

Not a very romantic man, including with words, Levi will find his own way to show that he got feelings for you. His confession will be very short and direct, even though he will stammer the first word.

"I thought I told you to be careful on missions, even more on this one, didn't I, brat?" Levi said in an annoyed voice as he looked at your cuts. You were lucky that you ended up with only minor injuries, many of your comrades died on this mission. Sighing, your boyfriend took some water from his bottle of water and cleaned the dried blood from your arms.

You winced in pain as he passed his thumb on one of your wounds. "Ouch! It hurts..." You said and clenched your teeth. Levi looked at you gently. "Sorry, but you will have to hold on." He replied, continuing his work.

His touch is light and soft, trying to hurt you the less possible. He takes his time, his eyes fixed on your injuries, sometimes looking up at you. "You're doing good." He whispered and started to bandage your arm. Your limbs are sore and you are both tired but he still takes care of you not matter what. His dull grey eyes are soft, losing their usual cold aspect.

Levi is another man with you. As he finished the bandage, he looked back into your eyes, his thumb gently caressing your cheek. "You got me scared for a moment... I don't want to lose you." His tone is genuine and calm before he looked around to make sure there is nobody else around. You smiled and leaned forward a bit, just enough to give him your approval before your lips meet in a sweet and gentle embrace.

Your fingers find their way to his raven locks and you tug slightly on them just to tease him. A low hiss come from Levi's mouth. "How many times do I have to tell you to be gentle with my hair?" He asked with a smile. You make a little pout and bats your eyelashes innocently. "I don't see what you are talking about..."

Levi chuckled and dragged you down, making sure to don't hurt you by touching your injured parts, before he hugged, your head resting on his chest. "You know perfectly what I'm talking about, brat." You chuckled too; your fingers caressed his shirt. "Maybe I do... and what will you do about it? Punish me?" You asked with a grin.

"I will. Oh yeah I will, but only when your injuries will be healed." Levi replied with a suggestive voice. "But for now, I will let it slide." He whispered and kissed your forehead.

Armin loves all the seasons but he's definitely also a summer guy like Erwin. He hates the cold because he quickly falls sick. He's gonna try to make some sand castles and find sea shells with your help. He is still a child deep inside him. And what about watermelon? He absolutely loves it (make him a plate of fresh juicy watermelon and he will be in heaven).

I see Jean as a winter guy. He likes the snow;  he finds it fascinating how these white little snowflakes manage to cover up everything in like one day. Also, the winter brings a lot of nice things! Even if he is grown up adult, Jean still likes to make snowball fights against you but immediately stop when he starting losing, pretexting that he got snow in his neck. Face turning all red and looking at you with a little dumb smile, that is Armin. Poor baby is so stressed by the people looking at you that he totally mess up the kiss. He will become even more embarassed, hiding his face in his hands as you chuckle. Will never come back to watch a sport match in real life, he got a post-traumatic shock

"S-Stop laughing, that's so awkward!"

Reiner

He won't even realize that you are on the kisscam before you tug on his shirt to allow your lips to meet. Reiner will think it's just a normal kiss before he hear the people around you cheering. He will totally try to hide after realizing you kissed in front of all the stadium. Maybe will be a bit angry because you didn't tell him but don't worry, he will quickly forget about it... or not.

"Reiner, the match is over, you can get out from under the seat..."

Jean

This man is so eager that he will literally jump on you. He forget completely that you are in public until he hears crowd going WILD. Sorry, he was just really into your seance of deep kissing. When you two finally pull away from the kiss, he will lean back in his seat and give you a quick wink. The familiar harsh voice brought you back to reality as you looked away from the window. Forcing a little smile when you saw Levi standing in front of your bed, you tried to get up on your elbows.

"Hello to you too." You said to your husband with a painful expression while he quickly helped you to sit in the bed. You coughed violently and you felt his concerned stare weighing on you.

"I missed you." Levi said before hugging you but you could feel how tight his embrace was. He was so scared of losing you. "I talked with the nurse, she said you could-"

You stopped him with your lips and he replied to the kiss. When you separeted, he smiled sadly. "There is no chance of you healing, isn't?" He asked with a whisper, his eyes lowering as he grabbed your small hand; it started to lose its heat.

"Yeah... the infection is too developped and even breathing is difficult." You replied with a little voice as you took another sharp breath in, your chest raising slightly and erractically. "I'm going to die, Levi. I can't survive." You said, feeling the tears rolling down your cheeks.

It wasn't the idea of dying that was scaring you, it was the one of losing him. You both were lonely and wounded hearts, that was before you met. You were like a puzzle, two pieces completing each other. You needed him like flowers needs the rain and he needed you like the sun when the clouds are grey.

He was running out of time, you were running out of energy. Every breaths were harder than the previous. You fell back into the pillow before he could even react.

"Y/N!" His voice couldn't hide his panick as he grabbed your face gently. "Please... don't leave me..." He begged you with the eyes of a beated animal. It was the first time you ever saw him like that, with watery eyes and fear in his usual cold eyes.

"L-Levi..." You tried to speak no matter the pain.

"I will call the nurse, she will help you!" He said but you stopped him.

"Levi... remember what you said that day... the day of our marriage" You said, your voice not above a whisper.

Levi looked at you and smiled back with pain. "Until death do us part..." He replied.

"It's the time... I love you Levi." You added with a trembling voice but you managed to crack a smile.

"... I love you." Levi finally said, watching you closing your eyes. He touched your hand again, it was completely cold. Time has come, it was time for you to go, like everybody does one day. He wanted to scream and shout so all the world could know his pain of losing his only love but he couldn't let a single sound.

Levi fell on his knees, his hand holding tight yours as he bursted in tears. A few days ago you were here, smiling and laughing beside him and now... you were gone. You left him alone, without your warmth and love, he felt like if his life ripped apart. Like if before leaving him, you secretly took back a piece of his heart: the one he was missing all his life before meeting you.

He will be the first one to see the bloody spot on your shirt growing bigger. He will be the one who saw your widen eyes. He will be the one who heard the grunt of pain and panic leaving your lips as you fell down.

Will refuse to leave you there. Panic taking control over him, his arrogant facade crumbling. “Please… stay with me!”

Once you’re in the nursery or in the medical tent, Jean will try to visit you immediately. He’s grabbing his head and pulling on his hair nervously as he waits the doctor’s answer.

Marco will try to calm him down but it only stress Jean more. “For god’s sake, Marco! Shut up!” He will yell suddenly, turning toward his best friend.

When he finally sees you in the medical bed, he’s at the verge of crying. He brings his shaky hand and put it on yours. You are alive. You’re here with him.

The only thought of it make him let out a soft sob which he immediately muffles. He already lost too much dignity.

“J-Jean?” Your low voice brings him back to reality. “You saved me.” Your weak smile makes his heart flutter with happiness and emotion as he leans down to kiss your lips gently.

On the next mission he won’t leave if eyes off you. Jean, the one who cares about his own life before the other’s, will be ready to sacrifice himself just to protect you.

Armin

Armin will show visible signs of shock and anxiety when he will learn the new. Poor little guy will be so scared for you.

It's his fault, he should have come with you at the mission, how could he has let you go all alone?

All these thoughts are making him sick to death as he is waiting, sitting down against the wall of the nursery, waiting for the authorization to come in.

Will totally look like a sad and lost puppy, fixing the ground as he is fighting against the tears who make his vision blurry.

He's gonna stay all his free on the small little chair beside your bed, his hand firmly holding yours. "Armin, I'm fine, you should rest a bit."

Kissing your hand gently, he will wipe the few tears who rolled down his cheek. "You scared me to death, Y/N, I will never leave you ever again." His voice is full of determination but softness at the same time.

He has to be strong for you and he will be. It's finished the time when he was scared of everything. It's a new era who starts for him now.

He decided to change. For the sake of humanity. Because he almost lost you. Because he doesn't want to live this stress ever again.

Berthold

Berthold won't be very expressive when he will learn the new. This guy is silent almost 80% of the time.

He will probably keep everything for himself, others don't have to know his pain. So, he's trying to stay strong all alone.

He hates when people pity him. He's already feeling so much pain, why others have to make it worse?

Will try to visit you without Reiner, he wants to be alone with you this time. Just you and him. Gosh, he can't even remember the last time you two were alone!

He's just gonna sit down beside your bed, waiting for you to wake up. Don't worry, he's not in a hurry.

Berthold will watch you open your eyes, looking around the room. "You don't have to worry about anything, Y/N. You are safe." A soft smile curling his lips.

Inside, he's literally jumping of happiness. You're here with him, safe and sound. Alive.

Will bend a bit to kiss your forehead, ruffling your hair. A single tear rolling down his cheek but he will discretely wipe it away.

He will be repeatedly cautioning you about the missions, telling you to be careful and not to put yourself too much into danger.

Ps: Will be secretly game to turn into the Colossal Titan just to protect you.

You will confess first. Levi isn't a very 'feelings' guy and is just too shy to approach you and talk about these kinds of things.

First kiss:

Levi is very shy about the first kiss. He will take a lot of time to finally take his courage to make this step. He's going to kiss you in private, and kiss you very quickly before looking away. "Did you like it?" He will ask you about it and if he receives a positive answer, he will give you another kiss, way longer.

Making your relationship official:

Hange is the first one who notice a changement in your behavior toward each other and will get suspicious, asking you about Levi constantly and vice-versa. Finally, will achieve her goal after many days of harassment when Levi will just get angry. "Yes, we are dating! Is that what you wanted to hear?" Of course, Hange's gonna fangirl about it, saying how you guys are cute together. Also, will spread the news even if you asked her not to (sorry, she's just so happy for you 😔)

Levi will keep an unbothered and calm façade as he always does but secretly will absolutely PANIC.

Are you okay? Will you survive? How? When? Why? All those questions keep running in his mind as he asks calmy where you are now.

Once in the nursery, will immediately check you up, looking for any important or serious injury. If he sees that you are safe and sound, will let out a subtle sigh of relief.

100% sure that he will hold your hand if you are both alone in the room, only if you are alone. He doesn't show much affection.

"You scared me, brat. Don’t do it again" His voice will be stern but soft as he caresses your cheek. If you apologize, you will be able to see one of the rare smiles he keeps only for you

At first the Commander won't say anything, he probably didn't even heard Hange talking, too absorbed by his paperwork.

"Y/N is what?" He will ask, wanting to be sure that he heard well. "No, it can be true." He will deny the fact that you are between life and death.

Will rub his temples to stay calm and collect. Is going also ask to see you even if he's doing something important. Your life=number one priority.

He will put everything on his fault. He shouldn't have sent you on this mission, what was he thinking? 100% will blame himself for your injuries so please, tell him that it's not his fault

Will learn the new at the mess hall while eating. He was already a bit nervous as he didn't saw you since you left for the mission. Going to choke on his food for sure.

"What?! Uh- I mean, I'm sure Y/N will be fine." Try to keep a strong facade but inside will be in a total emotional damage.

Reiner will force Bertholdt to come with him as he visits you at the nursery. He's too insecure and scared to go there alone.

When will see you, he will have to bite his lip to contain his emotions, his hands will shake a bit but he's gonna hide it.

The poor boy will be such a loss for words that the only thing he will be able to say is: "Are you okay?" How ironic when half of your body is covered in bandages.

After a few minutes will ask for Bertholdt to leave you two alone (cause it's kinda awkward) and then you will see the REAL Reiner, the one you fell in love with.

He will take your hand in his, pressing his lips against your knuckles. "You scared me so much, I thought I've lost you forever." The tough soldier will become a scared and helpless boy.

You can even see a tear rolling down his cheek before he suddenly hugs you strongly. "Reiner... my ribs..." You say with a muffled voice, wincing a bit in pain but you know he didn't mean to hurt you.

Ps: he will immediately let you down and apologize at least 5 times for hurting you, even if you told him that it was okay 😣

You suddenly woke up when you heard a yell just beside you. Your eyes widened as you looked at your lover Reiner who was acting pretty weird in his sleep. His face was covered in sweat, and he had a frown, moving around like crazy. “No… please don’t!” He whined and grabbed the covers. “Please… I’m so sorry! I didn’t want this, no!”

You quickly understood that he was having a nightmare. It was happening times to times, when he had a bad day or if he was anxious. You couldn’t support to see him this scared, this panicked. Waiting a bit to see if he would calm by himself, you realized that his nightmare only worsens. Reiner was shaking and even crying. “Reiner? Hey, wake up!” You said softly, caressing his face.

No respond. His cries and whines only persisted. Shaking his arm to try to wake him up, you felt so bad for him. Finally, your boyfriend woke up after a few seconds, his eyes opening suddenly, and he sprung on his elbows. His breath was erratic, the sweat forming small beads on his nape and forehead. Panicking, he glanced around and when he realized that he was awake, he jumped into your arms. “Y/N! D-Did y-you saw t-the Titans?!” He asked, trembling like a leaf.

Caressing his head while he nuzzled into your chest, you comforted him. “Rei… you just had a bad dream; we are safe now. It’s all behind us.” Your soft and low voice seemed to calm him down a bit as he stopped to shake. “Y-Yeah, it’s just a-a bad dream.” He repeated, trying to comfort himself. Even if Reiner was tall and well-built, he was such a softie inside. Of course, he would never assume it and your lover often tried to hide this soft side of him but with you… it was impossible. Just looking into your eyes as you hug him and comfort him is enough to make him cry.

You gently wiped the tears off his cheeks. “Was your bad dream about the war again?” You asked softly. Reiner quickly nodded “Y-Yeah, I saw m-myself into a Titan and I-I was… killing innocent people.” He started to cry again “I-I’m such a monster.” His words made you frown. “Reiner Braun, don’t you dare to say this again. You are the kindest and sweetest person I ever met. It’s not your fault, you were just a child when all of this happened. I know you didn’t mean it.” You replied, kissing his forehead.

Reiner nodded; he knew that you were saying the truth, he was just a small child when Marley decided that he would be a Titan Shifter. He didn’t want to do anything of this. And even if after he switched side, fighting with the Eldians, the small voice in his head continued to say that he was still a monster. “Y-You’re right.” He said, taking a deep breath and he was finally able to breath normally. “It’s not my fault.” He added with a nod.

You smiled as your partner accepted the fact that he wasn’t a killer. “Hey, I will make you a cup of warm tea while you go wash your face, you’re all sweaty.” You said, getting out of the bed and yawning. “A-Are you sure? I mean, I can do it by myself, I’m the one who woke you up…” Reiner said with a little guilty voice. “Tsk, don’t say silly things, I am your lover, I will always be there for you.” You responded and went to the kitchen to make some tea.

Your boyfriend couldn’t help but smile. “Y/N is amazing, I’m so lucky to have such a wonderful lover.” He thought and got up too, going to the bathroom and looking at himself in the mirror. He looked exhausted, dark circles under his eyes, sweat all over his face, his hair all messy… Reiner quickly shook his head, washing his face and wiping it with a towel before joining you in the kitchen where you were sitting at the table with two cups of tea on it.

He made a little smile and took one cup, sipping the warm tea. He was totally calm now and he grabbed your hand, squeezing it gently. “Thank you to share your nights with me. I know I often wake you up and have nightmares but… I will try to improve it, I promise.” Reiner said softly. “I believe in you, my Rei.” You said with a sweet smile and kissed his lips softly. You knew that things couldn’t change completely. He will always have nightmares but now as much as before. Yes, some days will be more difficult than other, where he will have the impression that the darkness consumed him all but with you beside him and hope, Reiner will be able to be even stronger.

You knew for what you signed up when you said those two simple words at your marriage. “I do.” It was a promise. A promise that you will always stay by his side, no matter what. A promise that you knew what you will face. A promise that will never be broken.
