rings of saturn:
aliens and human annihilation. this band has become very popular and has received a lot of hate for their so called half speed talent which isn't true because the band plays as fast as the record plays and there is no proof that they fake anything. lucas mann is the lead guitarist and definitely can shred. ian bearer, the vocalist is a demon with his insane vocal range and technique. their music has become known as aliencore but in reality its all deathcore. my rate for this band is a 9 out of 10.

opinion on veil of maya:
started in 2004 with all original members. their music is dark and eerie. marc okubos guitar skill and the insane off beat and djent style breakdowns are what makes veil of maya who they are. the vocalists vocals are good just for basic high and low screams. Brandon does a nice job for his band. marc is a guitar maniac and has insane skill. the guitar and drums are what signifies veil of maya and the aura feeling it gives you. by far they are one of the best deathcore bands that rose in the scene. they brought something different to the newer metal community. the band changed quite a bit in 2014 when the lead singer suddenly left the band or was removed and the band found a new one that incorporated clean vocals into the new album called matriarch that released in 2015. so far the band has done excellent with the new style and have continued to make music and tour for shows and play at venues. since this is personally one of my favorite bands, I rate them a 10 out of 10.

opinion on slipknot:
slipknot. the most heavy and brutal band in the nu-metal scene from 1999 to 2004. they toured the world and destroyed it with their insanity. slipknots energy pumps any crowd and can tear up any venue. the self-titled album "slipknot", was one of the most solid nu-metal albums in the late 90s, even compared to korn, i'd say it tops most of their albums. slipknots dark lyrics and heavy riffs is what drove any nu-metal head or just a metalhead out of his pants. they were heavy, they were insane, they were dark, they were slipknot. when you heard the name slipknot, all you could think was metal and more metal. they drove the metal scene far into the 2000s with their most popular and most dark album "iowa". they named this album of course because of their home state but this album is so dark and heavy that in every interview with any current and past member, they tell you that iowa was a dark time for the band and it was the most heaviest thing you could hear from that time. nothing could beat slipknot. they were once, one of the best bands in America, at least to the more extreme metal fans. slipknot is still alive today and sill make music and tour the world. my rate would be 9 out of 10.

opinion on infant annihilator:
IA have some unreal and insane talent. they are amazing musicians but the only problem I have with them is that they don't do live shows which fails to prove their immense talent and energy that reflects from their two albums and especially from the Grandeval Elysian Galeriarch. my rate for them would be a 7 out of 10.

opinion on thy art is murder:
the deathcore, extreme metal band from Australia is a very good and deep message giving band to me. they put on phenomenal shows and can make any crowd go crazy. for my rate from 1 to 10, I would give them a 10.
