We’re looking for a maximum of 15 writers and 35 visual artists (including cosplayers) to fill out our zine!
The zine’s theme is centered on the concept of fate- it can take all kinds of different forms from soulmates to reincarnation to the introspective questions of fate vs choice and so on!
This is a SFW zine; we’re rated PG-13. Please check out our guidelines for what exactly that means!
As a reminder, we DO accept a variety of different ships! But please make sure that they’re of proper age! :)
The tone of the zine can range from light-hearted to darker and/or angstier, so please keep in mind before applying that some may choose to go with darker themes for their work- please make sure that you’re ok with this before joining <3
Once contributors have been selected:
Artists will be asked to submit one completed illustration—full color optional. Art must be CYMK. Comics ARE allowed, but if you plan on doing a comic, please keep in mind it’s first-come-first-serve. To keep our page count down, we’ll be accepting only a small number of comics.
Writers will be asked to submit one story with a maximum of 3,500 words (plus a 100-word leeway if needed).
This will hopefully be a split-profit zine, meaning that 50% of post-cost profits will go to charity, and the other 50% will be divided equally among staff and contributors, provided we have enough to do so!
Because the zine is split-profit, we ask that contributors be 18+ to apply, so as not to conflict with Paypal’s guidelines.
