They were a little too close to his burrow for his liking. So sneaking around until he was a safe distance away from the entrance, he puffs up his fur and starts barking. He had way too much cool stuff to even risk losing!

Resisting the urge to jump and try to catch the other’s tail, the eevee holds his head high and puffs out his chest slightly. “I don’t need to be afwaid! I am real stwong.”

“Do not worry, it is fine. My tail always seems to be mistaken for a ribbon or toy of some sort.” He responds, swishing his tail slightly above the younger Pokemon. “However, you seem to be very young, and to be alone like this could be extremely dangerous.”

He jumped back, clearly surprised. If anything, he thought it was just a piece of ribbon! “I’m sowwy! I thought it was ribbon!”

“…Excuse me, but I think that is my tail you are batting at.” Mienshao looks down at the little Pokemon that seemed to have thought that Mienshao’s tail was some sort of toy.

He pounces forward, batting at whatever it was that was dangling just above the floor. With no regard to whatever (or whoever) it was attached to he pulled and kicked it with his back paws.

|| Prince is adorable as hell. And by hell, I mean heaven. He's very young and childish but you can definitely seem him growing and developing ever slightly with your threads! I'm sorry he's partially my son now too.
