Going to eat a little more today
tw: calories, food, binge, restriction
Obviously have only been posting here a couple days, but I’ve been on a long streak of restriction. I feel a bad binge coming on (see: last night’s pizza fiasco), so I am going to allow myself to eat up to 1200 calories today to replenish a little bit and avoid a binge. That should still be in a calorie deficit and keep me on the weight loss train.

Wrist: 7″ (can’t even get fingers around the smallest part of my body)

Upper arm: 15″ (going to have so much loose skin here)
Thigh: 26″ (you know larger than my waist is supposed to be) 
Calves: 16.5″
Ankles: 9.5″

lunch: 35g lettuce, 5g low fat mozzarella shredded cheese, 10g light zesty italian dressing, one boiled egg: 82
coffee with 1 T half and half w/sugar free syrup: 30
snack: 1 rice crackers: 35 calories
1 hershey’s special dark mini bar: 34 calories
dinner: hubby had to leave early tonight, so I had to quickly make homemade pizza. I binged (i cri) and had two slices: 526 calories
exercise: 2.5m run approx. (250) calories
