“I’m well~” He responded cheerfully. “How about you? You seem well. Aha....I’m.....sorry we haven’t spent much time together recently. But you know.....school was getting so busy.....I feel bad that I haven’t been able to make time for you...”

“Kaoru!” He returns the hug gladly, giving his brother a light squeeze before the embrace was broken apart. It seems like it’ been forever since they say each other last, and to say the least, Syo’s happy to see him. “I’ve missed you too! How’ve you been?”

I LIVE!!! KAORU MUSE IS BACK AND STRONG!! I will be resetting everything on this blog. All ships and relationships on this blog will be reset except for the fact that Kaoru’s main Syo will be @rxsilientidol.

🔹🔷🔹 Although the village wasn't far away, Kaoru had always preferred living in the peace and quiet surrounding his cottage in the forest. Did he care much for those that mocked him to his face on those days when he went to town to shop? No. But the villagers were quite annoying to him nonetheless, with all their superstitious nonsense they always seemed to gossip about. 

it was late at night, Kaoru had simply been reading in his cottage, his three fairly sized dogs lazing around on the floor when faint yelling and shouting became audible. Kaoru rolled his eyes initially and thought nothing of it but it began to get louder and louder. Finally, he got up and went to the window to see what was going on. His eyebrows raised at the sight of the villagers chasing....was that an angel? It didn't matter. 

He bursted out the door, his dogs following him. Once the girl had collapsed, his dogs had jumped in between her and the villagers, growling and staring murderously at them. The villagers then backed off, returning to their homes. Once they were gone, Kaoru moved towards the girl, lifting her up gently and bringing her back inside in hopes of treating her wounds. 

The next morning Kaoru had already been up and going about his business when she woke up. It wasn't had to tell that she was panicked. Who wouldn't be if they woke up in pain, in a strange new place. After catching her, Kaoru gently sat her down on the floor, keeping an arm around her back to keep her upright while smiling sympathetically. “Shhh, it's okay, you're safe here. I'm not going to hurt you.”

     When Haruka woke up she was lying on a bed, which was odd because the last thing she remembered was passing out in the forest. Slowly the angel sat up on the bed, wincing as pain shot up her arms, which were bandaged now that she was looking at them. Her legs too were wrapped neatly in bandages. Sitting up fully she noticed she was in a new dress, and when she placed a hand against her abdomen she could feel more bandages yet. Flexing her wings behind her Haruka gasped and doubled over in pain. At least one of her wings was injured, maybe broken, but not bandaged or splinted in any way…

     Taking deep breaths as her forehead rested against her knees Haruka mastered her pain from that experiment as she tried to figure out what had happened. It couldn’t have been one of the others that had rescued her. Any angel would have treated her wings first, and then used magic on her other injuries. Even a demon would have known that the treatment of her wings would need to be a priority, though a demon helping her was an odd thought. So that meant… A human? 

     A mental image of those humans from the village who had been chasing her came to mind and her breath caught, fear rising. No, she couldn’t be caught by a human. She hadn’t gotten far enough, they would hurt her further, kill her even. If it was a human she had to get away, get free, even help from a demon would be better. 

     Looking up wide green eyes scanned the room as Haruka hurriedly removed the blanket she was under. Ignoring the pain that radiated up her legs as she set bare feet against the ground. Shakily she stood up as her gaze landed on the door, and then she stumbled towards it. Her head felt light, and her steps were al but silent. Which meant her headdress and the bells she wore on her left ankle were gone, but she could always come back for them when she was recovered, for now she had to get back to the forest. She couldn’t be with humans, not right now, not with what had happened. The animals of the forest would help her, nature it’s self would protect her, and her teacher or one of her seniors would come when they realized something was wrong. 

     Reaching the door shaky hands grasped the knob and pushed it open desperately allowing her to stumble out of the room and continue her escape. Haruka didn’t pay attention to her surroundings, only focused on getting to the nearest door out. When she finally did reach that door out the angel could have cried from relief, the forest was so close! Her short trip already had her exhausted, but if she could just make it there!

     Haruka released the door frame that she had been clinging to and started forwards again, but this time with her next step her gaze wavered, and she started to fall forwards. Was this really as far as she could go?!  From near by the angel vaguely heard someone exclaimed something, and then she felt strong masculine hands grab hold of her preventing her from meeting the ground. 

     Her fear skyrocketed though, because this feeling was absolutely with out a doubt human. “L-Let’s me go! Pl-Please!” She cried between gasps, struggling as much as she could. “I… I didn’t! I didn’t hurt- Please!” A sob built up in her throat, her breathing becoming more irregular as she became limp in the man’s hold, “Please…” Haruka didn’t want them to hurt her, or for her to have to hurt them. What had happened before was a misunderstanding, and Haruka knew that if she could just get away and not return then would come to forget about her. She just had to get away!

🔹🔷🔹 "Minami san!" Kaoru called, running up to his friend and holding out a wrapped gift. "Merry Christmas. Aha...s-sorry if it's a weird gift but...I hope you like it." He finished with a grin.

🔹🔷🔹 Kaoru was rather proud of the present he got for his girlfriend. Placing a kiss on her forehead, he then held out a wrapped box to her. "Merry Christmas, Nico~"

"Kaoru-kun, we are far from normal. It could be a bad joke you know. A med student and an idol walk into a karaoke bar, the other one ducks." Don't ask where she learned that. "Any ways we should still go. It'll be fun!"

🔹🔷🔹 Kaoru just turns his head to the side she was on and, a curious expression on his face. “I don’t really sing. And normal as opposed to what?” He thought they were pretty normal…

🔹🔷🔹 No handshake...okay. That was fine. Kaoru just lowers his hand and nods. "Yes, he's my twin. I hope he doesn't give you any trouble." He said with a sheepish grin. He loves Nii san but he knows Nii san can get a bit irritable and temperamental at times. "But enough about him. Tell me about yourself. What is your energy source? I must say your movement and build are so similar to that of a human, I must know how Hakase san achieved that." And here we see the nerd with no social skills in his natural habitat. 

  As his arm was let go, Ai soon crossed them in front of his chest to make certain they wouldn’t be grabbed any time soon. With a small nod of his head at the other’s greeting, Ai gave a simple response. “So you are Syo’s brother. I had assumed so seeing your similar appearances.” A pause. “I am Mikaze Ai. Senior to your brother.”

🔹🔷🔹 “It is getting late, isn't it?” Kaoru mused, standing up and moving to put it his violin in it's case and putting it away. “I'll leave you to sleep then. If you need anything, I'll be on the couch. Good night~”

The kiss to her cheek sent a buzz of warmth across her skin, a happy hum leaving her lips. However soon after that, a yawn replaced the tune. “Looks like it was a little too good. I’m getting sleepy.” With another stifled yawn Nico lifted her hands, pulling the ribbons gently out of her hair and letting it fall.

🔹🔷🔹 Kaoru gave a sheepish laugh and let go, standing up straight to face the android. “I'm sorry, I got a bit carried away there. It's just...your arm....your build...it's amazing....” Kaoru extended an hand. “I'm Kurusu, Kaoru by the way. It's a pleasure to meet you.”

  As the blond male began bending his arm, Ai couldn’t help but let out a small sigh of irritation. It was clear the young male was fascinated by his build, but it wasn’t common practice to begin bending ones body parts out of the blue. “Is there a possibility I may have my arm back?”
