astrology notes: 12 🏰

quick note: i'm absolutely not an astrologer. these are just a collection of some observations, thoughts, theories, and personal experiences. above all this is just for fun. lastly, these may or may not apply to you but you might find something to be true about your friends, family, or lover. enjoy!

➷ capricorn/saturn doms: they absolutely won’t be an enabler. they’re big on competence and aren’t too fond of overdependent people. it’s lowkey repulsive to them when people won’t even bother trying, choose not to put in the work, or they always want/expect people to do things that they’re capable of doing for themselves. they value independence so they don’t just encourage others to be independent but they expect themselves to be independent and competent as well. otherwise they’ll put in the effort to learn. they hold themselves to the same standards they have for others.

➷ gemini in the 7th house, especially with inner planets or a stellium: for these natives, the person they end up marrying must be funny. might even be a deal breaker for them if their partner isn’t funny. they love to laugh, like to joke with they’re friends/loved ones, so they have to be able to laugh and joke with the person they’re going to spend the rest of their life with. may desire someone with a similar sense of humor. they bring an upbeat & lighthearted energy into their relationships and they need to be able to express themselves or feel comfortable enough to be themselves. communication is also of great importance in their relationships. they may want to text and talk to their favorite people all through out the day.

saturn in the 10th house - you may experience conflict with your bosses, those who are superior to you or have more authority than you. they may be condescending, a classist, a megalomaniac, or they held you back in some way. but you endure that mistreatment and later on you receive a promotion, you obtain a leadership position, maybe you take their spot. but in your new position you don’t treat your subordinates like your bosses or mentors have treated you. you’ve learned from that experience, you know what it’s like. you treat all your employees or the people working under you with the same respect, you consider and value their ideas, you give them opportunities or bonuses when deserved, they feel like you’re a good leader, they learn from you and may consider you the best boss they’ve ever had. as a result, this can contribute to a good reputation and can benefit your career.

saturn in the 2nd house - you may experience issues with your self-esteem. could be the type to look in the mirror and pick yourself apart. may be hard on yourself or too critical. perhaps you’ve been picked on or you’ve been belittled by others. but then you may start a career in the fashion/beauty industry, perhaps you become a model. because you worked through the issues that saturn presented you with regarding your confidence or your beauty, you’re now impervious to the critics, their words don’t get to you because you know yourself, you know what you’ve gone through to become a stronger person. the people who teased you now look at you with envy or admiration. you’re confident in front of casting directors, you have tough skin, you don’t compare yourself to other models, your confidence oozes through your magazine covers, you have a strong presence on the runway. and perhaps there’s a sense of professionalism about you that makes clients or designers come back for more, time after time, leading to longevity or an impressive resume or portfolio.

saturn in the 4th house - you may have been your own parent, probably felt like you had to raise yourself and your siblings. may have felt more like a parent to your parents than they were to you. you couldn’t depend on your family or mom so you we’re only able to depend on yourself. you had to be an adult when you were just a kid. your experiences here can make you feel reluctant to have children of your own. but if you do have end up having kids, you could make a great parent. yes saturn can be strict, and you may be a parent that emphasizes rules, respect, hard work, etc. but you’ll also give them the childhood experience you didn’t get to have. your upbringing/family life was hard so you want it to be better and smoother for them. they don’t have to feel the burdens of life and responsibilities so early and so harshly, they have someone they can depend on, a parent that’s always there for them. raising them to be awesome human beings with good morals, passing on the wisdom & life lessons you’ve gained, giving them the affection you didn’t receive, making home feel like a safe environment. you’re patient with them. the difficult times at home gave you experiences and lessons that make parenthood easier to handle. and that child or your children may help you heal you from those emotional wounds. you might look back on those tough times and be proud of yourself when you see the family you came from and the family you’ve created.

the themes of saturn may not always be fun but they’re necessary. and depending on the way saturn plays out in your chart, it may present you with things that you’ll later look back on and be grateful for.

➷ leo in the 12th house: may struggle with the idea of fame or popularity, shying away from the spotlight but lowkey wanting it, you daydream about getting compliments, being on stage, displaying the talents you very much have, the crowd cheering for you & enjoying your performance. egotistical thoughts & desires. struggling with self-expression, you stand out but want to hide, reminds me of this emoji 🎭, you appear happy & sunny on the outside but you feel dead inside, could express your pain through music, acting, or art. aware of the activity in your subconscious, introspective, humble, not boastful or flashy, proud of how you’ve faced adversity or overcame the suffering you experienced, you could be like a light to others who have faced similar experiences, potentially leading them out of their suffering. seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, you may have the tendency to remain hopeful despite everything you’ve endured.

➷ virgos remind me of cats because they’re always cleaning/grooming themselves. they constantly check their nails making sure they’re free of dirt & looking nice, they smell good, their clothes fit well and look presentable, primping their hair, making sure their skin isn’t dry/ashy, checking for nose/eye boogers, etc. idk about you guys but they’re the type of person i’d sleep with, like thank you for not being dusty and respecting me & my body. you guys know that saying “common sense isn’t so common” ? well neither is proper basic hygiene or cleanliness so i don't blame them for their tendencies.

➷ mercury dominants: probably good at typing and they type fast. may enjoy typing and testing their typing speed, trying to beat their previous wpm, and they may like writing by hand just because it can be calming. naturally good with their hands, sewing, cooking, building, doing hair, drawing, etc. random but probably good at untangling things like necklaces.

➷ mars in the 6th house: once they get going, they work nonstop. they want to get everything done at once. the type to do things one after another with short breaks or none at all. they may take on more than they can handle and force themselves to complete all their tasks but that’s because they can be so driven and hardworking. the types to take their work home with them. this can be detrimental for their health but for employers this is someone you’d most likely want to hire.

➷ your lilith sign may show you where you have scars (including surgery scars), where you often get cuts/wounds/pain, or the body part you obsess over because you see flaws:

gemini - hands, arms, shoulders

pisces - feet

capricorn - knees, joints

➷ chiron in aquarius: may have experienced troubling friendships, or losing a lot of friends. loyal to a fault, you put great effort into your relationships, maybe you were more considerate, more eager to be their friend, and you’re probably a good, genuine friend but the love and energy you showed them wasn’t reciprocated or they suddenly turned on you.

➷ stewie from family guy has to have prominent capricorn & aquarius placements. he’s sarcastic, funny with a dry sense of humor, so damn smart, smarter than his peers, wise beyond his years, inventive, independent, ambitious, great with technology & he has so many cool devices & gadgets, he’s a baby but he’s mature, logical, and his personality makes him appear older than he looks. hmm, probably some scorpio or aries in his chart too because he’s also revengeful, holds grudges, strategic, driven, and can be violent. despite his possible aquarius placements, his main and constant friend has been the family dog brian who is mature and much older (56 in dog years) than stewie. he must have some stuff going on in his 4th house too, he basically hates his family & he's so mean to them, especially his mom 😂 maybe he has mars in his 4th house. he’s straightforward & tends to be condescending and harsh/rude. he also likes to be in control & he’s an initiator which may be due to the cardinal energy if he does any have capricorn and aries placements.

➷ gemini rising/mercury, sag rising/mercury: because you're so funny & sarcastic people may not take you or your words seriously because they always think you're joking. others can be shocked when you have to take it up a notch to show them you’re serious cause they don’t see that side of you often. your reaction is unexpected. but you also don't take life seriously either. with that being said, it’s rare to see these natives fuming especially with more reserved moon signs or those that like to be in control like capricorn, virgo, and scorpio moon.

➷ taurus in the 6th house: may be prone to procrastination and being messy. taurus is often described as lazy or not quick to act, so they might not be the types to put things back where they got it from or they clean up in a half-assed manner. and they’re stubborn so if they don’t want to do something or they want to do it later, it may be hard to dissuade them. i’ve also noticed they tend to have stable employment & this is partly due to their great work ethic and determination. they always have a job, if they’re unemployed it’s not for long, or they've worked at the same job for many years making it a huge part of their career and resume.

➷ pluto in the 7th house: may be possessive of their relationships. not just romantic relationships, but their relationships with those who are important or closest to them. best friend, family, etc. you’re their favorite person so they want to be your favorite person. if they have a best friend, they don't want that person to have other best friends, they want to be the closest person to them. i also think this stems from a place of control & fear. they don’t get close to a lot of people but they’ve opened up to a few selected people & shared some of their secrets with them, so they don’t want the people they’ve trusted to potentially share those things with others or to form stronger bonds with other people because they might leave them for someone else, and other reasons.

➷ 9th house ruler in the 5th house: sunday school teacher for children, arts/fashion school, may have played sports in college/university, a division 1 or 2 school maybe, a sports coach, possibly a hedonist, popular in school, interested in child development, learning could be something you enjoy, confident in your intelligence, creating and planning fun trips, proud of your academic achievements, lots of college parties & hookups, having a pleasurable and memorable college experience, the type to either put fun before their studies or to go to class late & still drunk from the night before but you excel anyways, inspired by different cultures, could be good at playing games like chess.

9th house ruler in the 8th house - religious trauma, a natural interest in the occult or esoteric spiritual practices, may study finance or business, well versed in psychology, may be a therapist, mortuary school, challenging the law, unpleasant or negative experiences with spirits, someone who possesses profound knowledge, people may ask you, “how do you know that stuff?” may teach others about sex & the reproductive systems like sexual education, sharing your knowledge about astrology, could have spiritual experiences with drugs or psychedelic plants like shrooms, cannabis, or ayahuasca.

9th house ruler in the 11th house - science over spirituality, studying politics, could like traveling or going on vacation with your friends, an atheist, could be the wisest one or religious one in your friend group, the friend people go to for advice, philanthropic/generous, might’ve gone to trade school, took online/virtual classes, received alternative education other than the traditional college/university, part of a sorority/fraternity, interested in astronomy, big dreams, wanting to make an impact in the world, possessing knowledge & ideas that could change the world in some way.

➷ empty 2nd house: may not have a lot of personal belongings, most of the things you have were given to you or someone purchased them for you, you can be low-maintenance, not really having any personal income, but you may have money from other sources like an inheritance or a benefactor, or you rely on your family or government assistant for your financial needs, others might pay your bills, may dislike shopping, might not cook often, a simple wardrobe, nothing too fancy, not materialistic, could be indifferent towards money, you’re not impressed by it.

random astro observations: mars edition 🔥🧯

disclaimer: these are based on my PERSONAL experiences and observations. tw: there is a brief mention of self harm!

Moon-Mars synastry is not fun in a platonic sense 😭 having this with a sibling or parent can be frustrating and the arguments can be explosive. The mars person could view the moon person as “weak” or being ��too sensitive” and the moon person could also be very dramatic when responding to the mars person behavior, labeling them as extremely aggressive.

there can be many pros to 12h synastry, it can help you combat your fears, feel like someone understands you on a whole new level ...but I rather have mercury or moon 12h synastry over mars. When I had mars in the 12h synastry with past friends they would be so passive aggressive or make backhanded comments. It can leave you wondering am I making this shit up or are they lowkey hating 😐 the mars person could dislike the house person for no reason lmfaooo like ugh this bitch again energy. When you dislike someone and don't seem to know why, 12h synastry could play a role in that.

It can also be challenging to have a parent's mars in your 12th house. The parent may either be a great source of inspiration for you during your darkest hours or they may perceive you as the "bad guy." Being able to significantly worsen a child's mental health as a parent gives you the impression that you are an invader in your own home. Reactions from the child may set off the parent, and vice versa. You might experience a sense of never being on the same page.

I also had mars 12h synastry in a past romantic relationship and it was the most toxic shit ever & he would get triggered over minor things, constantly calling out small things in my mannerism like “i don’t like the way you do this or that etc." AND A LOT OF IT was just him projecting his own subconscious insecurities and fears onto me (real 12h shit). * BUT I am not trying to fear-monger, if you have 12h energy already in your chart 12h synastry might not feel as intense. And also if you’re both mature, communicate and establish boundaries it can be A LIFE changing connection. I have 12h moon synastry with my best friend and she has helped me so much with my mental health. 💕*

However, the most passionate relationship I’ve had was with someone who I had an exact mars-venus conjunction and mars-Pluto conjuction with in synastry 😭 it didn’t work out in the long run but they definitely set the stage for how I wanna be treated sexually in my next relationship <3 truly they raised the bar. We also had mars square moon synastry which was fun and passionate at first but then it was just overwhelming. This aspect has a lot of sexual tension in romantic relationships, but like I said the arguments can be explosive and the mars person could get defensive quickly by the moon persons behavior, an emotional friction or tug of war (in the case of oppositions). Mars-Moon aspects might be more fun if they are sextile or trines...the mars person will do ANYTHING for the moon person and the moon person craves to be around the mars person <3

Mars-Uranus ppl were the toddlers that you couldn’t turn your back for a second because they were so chaotic. My little cousin has a mars-Uranus conjunction and when he was 4 he got in the drivers seat when his dad stepped out the car and almost crashed into our fence (but tbh that was probably dads fault as well lmfaooo).

^ to add to that, he's older now and he is still so chaotic but he's a smarty pants and is amazing at working with tech. this is because his mars and Uranus are conjunct. He’s good at breaking down (mars) and understanding technology (Uranus). WHEREVER mars makes a contact, it will ACCELERATE. For ex: mars-Jupiter = explosive anger. Mars-mercury = talking/ thinking really fast. Mars - moon= feeling your emotions fiercely, your body could even run on the warmer side, like your hands could always be warm etc.

^ on the flip side though mars-Uranus people could also be the ones that are constantly breaking or damaging (mars) their phone/ technology (Uranus). It could be by accident or the mars-Uranus person could break them in a fit of rage 🥲🥲 my mars-uranus aspect & rip to all my phone screens.

^ That is also why it is encouraged for those with mars-uranus aspects (especially harsh ones) to be careful when operating machinery (uranus) as they can easily get cut or injured (mars).

I feel like mars-uranus and mars-mercury people are also the ones that speed when they drive or hit curbs LMFAO. slow down bby you're turning them corners way too tight.

I looked at the chart at some of my gay/ bi friends and it’s funny we all have mars-Uranus aspects. Having “unconventional” (Uranus) sexual desires (mars). Obviously, when I say unconventional I mean in regards to current societal standards where heterosexuality is considered the norm. Although, even with people who identify as straight, mars-Uranus aspects can show unique desires in general. You know, being kinky as fuck in bed, spicing it up, being attracted to eccentric people etc etc.

tw: self harm.... those with mars in the 6h, Aries 6h or even mars at 1°, 13°, 25° could be more prone to harming themselves when they are overwhelmed or angry. Whether it's purposely inflicting harm (mars) on your body (6h) OR doing reckless things & not caring if your body gets hurt. These are the people that can easily punch something -a door a wall a person- and in the heat of the moment it might not hurt but later they see their hand is all bruised up :( Angelina Jolie talked about how she would c*t herself because she felt trapped & needed a form of release. She has an aries moon, mars and jupiter. Her mars is opposite pluto... so hurting herself (mars) in a very taboo (pluto) way and feeling like she had to go to an extreme. And she also has mars square saturn. She directly said she c*t herself (mars) because she felt caged (saturn). Her moon is also conjunct mars and her mars is conjunct Jupiter as well so her behavior was probably very impulsive at the time due to this considerable amount of energy she holds.

People with Mars-Saturn aspects are skilled at calming others down or breaking up fights, conflicts, etc. They’ll really stare at you like 😐 and be like girl be calm ✋ but they might also have a lot of experience dealing with conflict with authoritative figures, like maybe in childhood they had to brace themselves, had to learn how to deal with their anger wisely or else it could've been used against them. If channeled properly though, people with this placement can easily command the respect of others.

People with mars-saturn aspects can be sarcastic as fuck in such a dry and pointed manner. However if paired with Venus placements they could be more passive aggressive in their behavior.

mars-saturn people may have felt awkward about sex at some point in their lives, particularly when they were young (especially squares, conjuctions and opposistions). However, with time, they will begin to understand who they are and what their expectations and requirements are. And then things can get pretty heated <3

Those with mars-neptune aspects (especially squares and oppositions) should be careful to not let their anger blind them. It’s hard to know the difference between needing to take a break versus completely giving up on something. But don't allow yourself to get discouraged or let your anger overwhelm you. When you allow yourself to process it won’t be as confusing.

moon-mars aspects could enjoy having sex when they’re feeling overwhelmed or too emotional. Like you know in the movies the couples that make out after something super intense and dramatic, and they're like don’t talk just kiss me ✋ that is what it is giving 😭

you know that TikTok where she’s like coco when mommy says stop you have to listen and the little girl is like "I JUST A BABY!!!!" yeah that’s moon-mars people (honorary mention: Aries placements as well ily my fiery babies).

Mars-MC people have an unstoppable drive. They could have huge bursts of energy out of no where and be like okay time to get my shit together. They can be very competitive and try to not make it as obvious. These are the people that after winning something they’ll just be like aha 😏, it can be a huge ego boost and also a form of reassurance that they are good enough. They can progress in their career very rapidly, this reminds me of those ppl that are like yeah I founded this company by the time I was 23 or in your career getting pay raises very quickly even if you just started. Shit like that you know. Just very quick progress.I really like this placement, especially the trines and sextiles.

Sun-Mars people could have fathers with anger issues or there could be a lot of machismo in their family dynamics. I also feel like sun-mars people are the people that you just inherently already know will fight if they have to, especially if defending someone they care about. They could have experienced a lot of conflict or chaos in childhood that has created very tense energy in their forms of self expression.

Usually, mars-Uranus people are impulsive, especially the harsher aspects, but it feels like when they are, it's at a specific moment, like all of a sudden they are reacting to that specific event. But, mars-mercury people can also be quite impulsive in their everyday routines. They can make judgments in the heat of the moment, without properly weighing the benefits and disadvantages, and typically act on instinct. My bestie has Mars square Mercury and she can't sit still if her life depended on it. If things are too peaceful, she'll be like SOMETHING STRANGE IS HAPPENING RN.

Mars-mercury are also good at sexting haha they could love getting someone all fired up meanwhile they’re just eating their cereal as they reply😭✋on the flip side if they’re angry at you they could know just what to say to make you mad. Moon- mars individuals are the ones that know what just to say to hurt your feelings and make you cry (and usually it’s bc they’ll say something true but it will still be completely out of line).

Mars-Jupiter individuals (especially those with conjuctions and oppositions) cling to their beliefs with a fierce intensity. These are people that can be very devout about their religions, spirituality or personal philosophies. They are willing to debate over it if you contradict them. If you want to change their mind or bring a counterpoint then have patience, but at the end of the day you might just “agree to disagree.”

Mars-Jupiter people are also the ones attracted to people of other races, religions, cultures etc. They are most likely to just be fascinated by the differences. They could love to learn about their foreign partners cultural backgrounds. They could also have a parent or parents that are also of two different cultures or background as well. I love this about mars-Jupiter people as well! They will genuinely dive into different cultures or backgrounds and try to understand them.

Mars-Jupiter ppl are just so hot though and exciting to be around. I feel like when your parents are like "so if your friend jumps off a bridge does that mean you're going to?" they were def talking about the mars-jupiter friend 😂😂

People with Mars-Pluto aspects can elicit very strong and even violent responses from people, even total strangers. Women with the placement could find that they get harassed and sexualized a lot. They can have a lot of power struggles with aggressive and controlling men. For men with this placement I see it as more chaos and more prone to violent encounters as well. Someone I knew in high school has a mars-Pluto aspect and he almost died (Pluto) during a fight (mars) once. Mars-Pluto ppl may even have become used to turmoil or even violence growing up. However, another interpretation of this is having a very magnetic and seductive demeanor. It can lead to people seeing you as very charismatic and confident.

Additionally, Mars-Pluto individuals may discover that their anger (mars) is very purifying. It has the power to transform (pluto) them into completely different beings. Even though you may have to go through chaotic situations, the challenges and tests you confront and overcome will refine and boost your motivation.

Leo Mars will not become enraged until their pride is injured or they feel embarrassed. And if that energy is not handled appropriately, it canlead to someone being always on the defensive. As a Leo mars, I ask myself am I genuinely upset or do I FEEL like I HAVE to be for the sake of my image? It reminds of the saying "pride comes before the fall." This could also apply to sun-mars placements as well.

Taurus mars are so incredibly observant (gotta love that Taurus-Scorpio axis). They are not quick to anger though, so if you actually got them standing up and yelling good luck Charlie. You made them get up now you’re going to be scalped bald because they’ve been watching your mannerisms and behavior the whole time.

Taurus mars and Venus- mars aspects as well can be very stubborn. They’ll be like I got it okay ✋✋✋ do you think I’m fucking stupid?!!? Trying to make them to do something they don’t want to do is impossible it’s not even gonna happen.

In general, Venus-Mars aspects (especially squares, conjunctions and oppositions) could bring love-hate sentiments into personal relationships. Any slight disagreement with loved ones may lead to aggression and arguments. But once they're done yelling at you they will give you a hug like nothing happened. These are the people that will bully their crush as a a way of flirting lmfaoo.

Venus-Mars aspects (particularly trines and sextiles) can yell at you while remaining loving and caring; it just works for them. These are the people who can be direct or even "mean" when speaking to others and it can be seen as charming or attractive. Men will perceive Venus-Mars women as "fiery," saying things like, "I love it when you yell at me" haha

Gemini placements are the most imaginative and creative people I know when it comes to cursing people out (and mercury-mars people). My gemini mars friend will come up with the most vicious insults, but they will be so thorough and she will use such an articulate language lmfaooo mercury is so chaotic. Mercurials in general are amusing when they describe anything because it will be so strange, detailed, and yet totally correct.

Cancer mars have the worst tempers of all mars placements I've encountered. They will bring up every single issue that has upset them during all interactions, especially if they have been holding onto anything for a while. They can also be amazing at gaslighting lmfaooo they’ll be like Um? When did I do that??? Hm??! Give me the time, date, place quickly.

Cancer mars are ride or dies for their family though. I always remember that Cardi B is a cancer mars (she’s a Scorpio mercury too). You know that quote where it’s like “only I'm allowed to bully my sibling”, cancer placements mean it bc if you mess with their loved ones they will cut you 🔪 being loved by someone with cancer placements isn't superficial at all. If they care about you they will be all in.

Also, cancer placements can be very reserved with their anger, as if they don't show you those sides unless they're absolutely FURIOUS or they're very close to you or family. After a long time of getting to know them, I saw a cancer mars become upset for the first time. This is because their rage can make them feel vulnerable as well, little crabby babies. 🦀💕 After all, what makes us angry is very revealing of our values and of what we do (or do not) stand for.

Pisces mars will strangle someone with their bare hands after holding everything in for weeks and then after cry and be like look what you made me do! I didn't want to have to do that. Pisces mars typically have trouble expressing their rage so they can experience frustration and feelings of guilt as a result. So when they do act that way, it's because they believe they have reached their breaking point and their emotions have become extremely overwhelming and they just snap. But you don’t have to let it get that far ok bby 🥲

Pisces mars and sag mars in general don’t like to be called out and it makes them feel belittled and scolded. 🤧 but then they rlly start acting a fool after that & blow things out of proportion when calling out the other person (gotta love that jupiterian energy)

my favorite thing about sagittarius mars though, is how charming they are so effortlessly and they can be like that with everyone too 😭😭😭 they always make me laugh.

sag mars will also laugh in the middle of an argument as well... sometimes they aren't even irritated they just feel like disagreeing with someone just to do it. Overall, sag mars might try to avoid really intense arguments, so they'll joke around and laugh first before they REALLY start being mean once it's getting serious.

Sag mars people don’t like admitting they’re mad either it makes them feel like the other person won, they’ll laugh and be all like ahhhaa fuck that bitch!!! Like ur really not even a bit upset sag mars?? hmmm 🤔

my favorite thing about aqua mars, Capricorn mars and scorpio mars is that they WILL hold eye contact whether you're flirting or fighting. and that pleases me. <3 women with these placements are also the ones that have men drooling over them over bc of their very serious and charming demeanor, men will be like I want her to step on me. DO IT LADIESSS DO IT! AND WEAR UR BOOTS WHILE UR AT ITTTTT. On the opposite side of that though men can easily be intimidated by women with these placements and try to "control" them (which then fails) as a form of asserting their masculinity.

I know we talk about virgo placements easily getting the ick for stuff, but when libra mars people are upset at someone they look at them with such a disgusted expression, they could also flat out just start ignoring the person. My libra mars bestie will get turned off sooo fast by a partner when she's in a relationship (libra) after they argue (mars) lmfao.
