Choose First Strike Paintball Sniper Rifles
If you are serious about becoming a sniper in your paintball league, you will need to get a gun that will make you worthy of that status. While there are a lot of sniper paintball rifle models out there, you are going to give yourself the best chance at getting a great sniper rifle by purchasing a rifle that can shoot first strike paintballs. To understand why you need a first strike rifle, you will first need to understand the physics behind it. Usually, paintballs are spherical objects that spin when shot out of a paintball gun. When they spin at high rates, they tend to bias towards a particular direction, often favored by wind or breeze that blows across a paintball field. So, over a longer range, paintballs start to deviate or arch towards one direction. Paintball players are well aware of this drawback. What they do to compensate for these errors is to account for windage or arch and shoot slightly to the right, left or top of the target. First strike saw an opportunity to make different paintballs. Their paintballs are spherical on one side but flat on another side, much like an actual bullet. This allows for the first strike paintball to travel without drag, as it is aerodynamically more efficient. The result is excellent extended range, with very little deviation. With first strike paintball sniper rifles, you won’t find yourself shooting to the left, right or top of targets, at least not as much as you do with regular paintball play. Though first strike paintball sniper rifles are great, the downside to them is that they are more expensive than regular paintballs. The guns that can shoot first strike paintballs are also usually a little more expensive than regular guns. One of the best sniper paintball rifle guns that can shoot first strike paintballs is the Tiberius Arms T 9.1 rifle, a gun loved by the paintball sniping community. Besides being able to shoot first strike paintballs, this rifle has another massive advantage in that it can be magazine fed and also hopper fed. The stock is adjustable and the gun can take a lot of modifications. It makes for a fantastic sniper rifle for your next paintball game.

Costing about $350, it is well worth the $100 extra you will pay for this sniper rifle when compared to buying a $100 rifle that you can then mod out to make it into a sniper rifle. With this rifle, you will notice that you not only hit your targets more, but actually group your shots really tightly as well. Paintball sniping is just about to become a lot more exciting with this sniper rifle.
