I've seen speculation that Leave the City was taken off the setlist because Tyler is metaphorically in Trench. To explain that, both Josh and Tyler came on stage together rather than just Josh looking for Tyler with the torch.

He's left Dema and is in Trench now, leading the Banditos with Josh and fighting back against the Bishops.
