Well, whether the expansive halls of the Metaverse were a burden to him or not wasn't the most important thing to consider here.

Honestly, he's just here to do some gentle investigating. Maybe threaten someone if they're acting real shady. But, much as it was with Ryoji, this kid has strange vibes that Sousei cannot for the life of him put a name to. Ryoji had turned out to be an avatar for the apocalypse, which had explained a lot of the violent urges Sousei felt in his presence.
