soooo idk if anyone else does this but i read fanfictions about characters struggling from eating disorders as thinspo or to trigger myself (cos really they are just like longer and better written thinspo imagines ??)

anyways these r some of my favourites

- salad days by chikelo on ao3 (i dont even know where the characters in this r from lol, its just really good)

- the foundation of a sphere by tossertozier on ao3 (i love It so this ones even better, plus it covers other mental illnesses too)

- if you are the cliff i am the water beneath by themiddleofmars on ao3 (this !!!! one !!!! is my absolute !!!!!!!! favourite !!!!!! it's another It one and GOSH it's so good)

- the cocktail of bones by GlassSolomon of ao3 (a teen wolf one, there are a lot for teen wolf for some reason lol ? one that i really like but can't find rn is about stiles and a fairy called ana and sis i,,,,)

- mad as a hatter (thin as a dime) on ao3 !!!!!!!! (its about ryan ross having ednos, and this one has a side story about one character who has ana that is good too)

if i think of any other good ones i'll update this, and if anyone else does this add some on !!!!

Probably no one will see this but it feels good to post my progress soo yeah. i did pretty good today. I'm starting to restrict. Only drank 2 small cups if coffee(with creamer ): and some salad and a few potatoes. I still feel grumbling in my stomach so that makes me feel a bit better . My legs are still too fat. Cigarettes really do help. I hope i don't binge tonight #thinspo #tryingettothinspolevel #imhungy #itfeelsgreat

On Fri 1/31/20 I am doing two week lemon and water cleanse. If I feel like I'm going to binge then I will eat a apple. I'm so sick of being disgusting. Goal weight loss-25 pounds. 155- 130. I Will do this! I swear it. I will be thin if it kills me. Literally
