One of my initial test shots to see whether an apple camera would actually work. My friend @lukemoranmorris called me just as the film came out and I answered the phone with "YES!! YES! F**KING YES!!" (at Deptford High Street)

On a post-Paris Photo comedown day, what can be more delightful than to discover that there's a photography festival going on in London, literally right outside your front door? @urbanphotographers_upa Particularly enjoyed @tanya_houghton_'s Marshlands photo installation. (at Deptford High Street)

Earlier in the year the strap lugs of my M6 wore out after only 5 years. I was shooting in Hong Kong when the lugs gave in but luckily the strap was caught by the hood of my jacket. I'd been trying to get it fixed but like all things Leica the quotes I got were all astronomical. In the end I went with Aperture off Oxford Street, who managed to fix it for less than half of what Wetzlar quoted for, and with a 2 day turnaround rather than the 4-6 weeks Leica said it would take!
