sheila_latkowski: My son, Grady, is autistic. Truth be told, he has had some struggles with frustration and behavior. He struggles socially. He loves Supernatural. He loves the character Sam. He connects to him because he is a good guy and a good brother. Believe it or not, the show relaxes him…he chills out while watching. He wrote Jared Padalecki a letter. He told him about why he is the biggest fan. It was sweet and made me proud. It made me tear up because he needed help writing the words on the page. And then…THIS. This chair. These signatures. One of my biggest regrets in life is when I got into a Twitter argument with Mark Pellegrino and did not retort with "not today, Satan."

"Forgot how to person" perfectly describes every interaction I've ever had with him. Though, to be fair, I'm not the most successful at personing in general.

So yesterday at work I served David Tennant, and after I helped him find his book he went to my manager to pay and she forgot how to person, yet he still decided to stick around and went into our cafe. We didn’t have the heart to tell him when our cafe closed, and we also didn’t want to acknowledge that he was David Tennant, so when he came downstairs and I let him out he looked kind of bewildered that there was no one else there but I was just like ‘have a good evening!’ and he left.

People working in book shops cannot.
