A Thousand Moons is an exhibition of minimalist furniture created by Copenhagen-based designer Salem Charabi, presented during 3daysofdesign. Charabi and his team of skilled cabinet-makers blend local materials with techniques discovered from around the world, creating furniture that marries the familiar with the elusive.

Today’s trend in ceramics often is to emphasize the poetry of imperfection and hand made an appearance. For the Pekoë tableware collection, the French Designer Lucas Frank took the approach of technical research as inspiration. The result is this cup with a heat dissipator like shape, that allows you to hold a hot beverage without hurting yourself. On the inside, they are treated with an aged-silver or dark-metal enamel and the outside is left raw but polished, to give it a soft feel in your hands.
