How to : Rip sims quickly using SimRipper

So.. long story short I was becoming very frustrated with how long it would take me to rip My sim (sometimes multiple) when wanting to render... sometimes it could be a wholes day process, especially when you wanted to change the outfit etc.

So after a long process I've managed to effectively find a way to run and rip my sims in seconds!

I found that creating a new save with the sims that you want to rip and deleting all the townies was the most effective option. When i opened Simripper and selected the save file with just my household (no townies) it loaded super fast and my sim was exported within seconds.

Another tip that can help you speed up the ripping process is for your sim to not wear things that can be easily exported through Sims4studio ie Hairs (they can be high poly at the best of times) and accessories. - this is a method i have been using for a while and it works for me. in addition to this method you can create an organised folder with the exported meshes from S4studio with their corresponding textures so they are always accessible when you want to add them in !

Anyways... thought i would just share this with you guys.

heyy how did u get ur shoes into decor on ur instagram??

i export the mesh from s4s to make into an .obj file. the shoes are stuck as a pair so i copy & paste the mesh so i can delete one right & one left then i can move them individually!
