So this happened today. I was a big mess though...

I've been feeling anxiety all day already due to unclear information, new places, new people. When I lined up, my brain began spiraling down and I couldn't stop an anxiety attack and broke down. I didn't leave though and luckily my sister brought Jack to me.

Thank you so much for everything! Im so glad and happy that I was able to talk to you in the end. You mean a lot to me. You make me smile every day with your videos and your PMA.

Im working on myself and hopefully one day I'll be able to talk to you without breaking down 😅

Hey Sean, I just wanted to ask if you've been logged on to Instagram recently? People are labeling PMA as somthing you've created "for money" and I absolutely hate it, I hate seeing somthing/someone that's helped me so much get bashed like that so I just wanted to ask if you're gonna address this because on IG the community is at war with each other and it's not a pretty sight :,(((

I’ve seen this go around since I started talking about PMA at all. People always want to poke holes in things and find something wrong with a good thing. I can see how people get to that conclusion but practically all the money made from PMA items now goes towards charity each month. Either through direct purchases or donations made by me personally (Public and Private)

I would never exploit mental health for personal gain. That would be horrible and the complete opposite of the message I’m trying to spread.

There's that "favouritism drama" going on. I said some harsh words too but i want you to know that I love you and i appreciate what you're doing for us. I know you don't want any of us to feel left out. We wanna feel loved here in community but i want you to feel loved and comfortable in our company too.

This answer isn’t directly at you, I’m using it more as an outlet to address things generally, so please don’t think I’m lumping all of this on you specifically. 

I know I reblog and interact with certain people here more than others, I don’t think it ever really occurred to me properly because I usually just fly through the tag each day and interact with stuff as I see it and what it pertains to. It’s never been on my mind to do it for some more than others or “play favourites”. Some people are just FAR more active here than others and in the tag way more often, so just by sheer number alone it would make sense that I would see their stuff more as it’s usually more current. I’m sorry if people felt left out or underappreciated as a result of that. It’s a byproduct of things rather than the intent. 

That being said the whole point of creating and uploading stuff should never be about solely getting my attention. That’s not a very sustainable avenue for creativity because it’s always going to feel like I’m not doing enough at some point. I’m just one guy in a sea of 20+ million of you and I only have so much time that I’m on here. I’m even trying to cut back on social media interaction this year because it’s fundamentally changed me over the last few years as it would with anybody when you’re constantly getting feedback from people 24/7 on how you should be or act or what you should say and do. 

In regards to why I chose spacejellybeans for the pin design, it’s because I know and trust her and like her art style. She’s been around for a long time and I knew that working with her on the design was never going to be about exposure or fame or anything like that. I purposefully went to her myself and paid her to make a design for the charity pin because I could trust her under that pressure to do it. There’s also a whole legal side of things when you sell someone’s design and she’s had experience with that too. 

Please don’t let your involvement or love for creating in the community fall back on whether or not I see it or give it a lot of attention. You will get burnt out and feel frustrated very quickly if that’s the goal. If I had that mentality when I started my channel then I wouldn’t even be here still doing it now, because I made stuff for the love of it first and anything outside of that was a lovely bonus. I’ve been wondering how to address all this stuff for a while and always held back because I’m never going to please everyone but at least I can get some of my thoughts out.

#SmileAlways I love this message. Not that I want you to literally Smile Always but I would love to see more positivity towards each other and yourself. Love yourself and you can love others. In my opinion one way of loving yourself is when you accept your flaws. Don't be afraid to acknowledge that you're not perfect. No one is, although it may seem like it. It doesn't mean you are wrong. It just means that you're human. And no human is perfect.
