Bruce and Alfred both obviously know. Tim knows. Babs almost definitely knows, and I feel like Roy and Kori know as well from their time together on That Team That Was Not The Teen Titans. Jason might know as a result of that, but I'm not sure Dick ever told him directly. Damian could go either way, but I'm leaning towards him not knowing. 

Anybody who knew Dick back at Haly's (Raya, etc.) is allowed to know or not know at their mun's discretion. 

Anybody else that thinks their character ought to know, I'd like to have it run by me first. I'm also happy to talk things over or answer any questions even if your character is one of those listed. Just hit up my ask!

He grins at her. "Easy. I don't own a dishwasher, and I'm awful about leaving empty bowls lying around." Which didn't, of course, explain the clothes all over the floor all the time. Oh well.
