One note about Angelika tho is that she may be highly mentally unstable, but she is still good at hiding/masking it when needed to. 

Meaning, if you meet her in public she’d be wise enough to not just start talking about her research, she’ll keep her composure, behave tame and normal, sometimes even wear a fake pair of reading glasses to appear more friendly and welcoming and harmless. She’ll casually turn conversations away from her occupation, even act flirty if this is where the other party takes their conversation despite eventually blowing them off and say she’s not interested in that kind of relationship. She’d be 100% normal on the outside and that’s why she keeps getting away with what she does(aside, you know, not letting anyone she did take in to experiment on get out alive).

On that note, unless you saw her drinking from the same cup, don’t accept any drink she offers. And to be honest even that’s not really something one could rely on either because she does abuses substances herself like pain killers and the likes.
