I love you, because...

One rainy evening, I was on my way home, exhausted and depressed. I was walking without any umbrella to cover me. As rain drops, so as tears on my face. Every bad thing is happening, like my destiny is to become a failure. I lost my job, I lost my bestfriend, my pet is sick, I am away from my family, someone looked at me as if I am a garbage bag walking, I have no one to talk to. And all I think about was to end this nightmare I am in. So I went to the old and abandoned building near the intersection, I am desperate, I want to end everything now. As I reach the top, I saw a man, sitting on the floor, looking at the stars in the sky. The moment he knew that someone was there, he said, “Don’t do it” without even looking at me, calmed, as if he really knew what I was going to do. I didn’t mind him, I walk straight to the edge, positioned myself, desperate, ready to jump, when he pulled me over. “There are many people with bigger problems, and yet, they are enjoying the most out of life.” “I would be happier if you let me.” “C’mon, let’s go down, let’s have some coffee.” That was a very out of a blue manner, asking someone to have coffee with you when all she wanted to do was to die. Unwillingly, I followed him, we talked for hours, my problem, everything, anything under the sun. We started to be intact with each other, we meet twice a week. And as years go by, he was right, you will encounter the biggest problems in your life, and you just got to hold yourself, and face it whole heartedly. 

And now, he is the reason why I need to wake up early in the morning everyday, to brew coffee for him. He is the reason why we have mountain of dirty clothes that needs to be done. He is the reason why I love those late night drives. He is the reason why I need to lessen the chili flakes when I cook. He is the reason why I am enjoying everything in my life. He made me live life to the fullest, he made me love life.

That’s how he changed me, and here he is, snoring loudly, lying beside me.

Losing someone is not easy at all. Especially when it used to be your everything. Someone you pamper, give your tender love and care, secure her safety, someone you always look forward to see after a very long day. 

It hurts. Knowing you already passed away. Plus the fact that you are kilometers away from me, and hearing the bad news 3rd day after your death.

I remember the times when I need to review up-all night, you are always beside me, accompanying me, waiting for me, and then when I’m done, we’ll go upstairs and have a soundly sleep. You are my alarm clock, you wake me up early in the morning, licking my face, jumping on me, just because you are already hungry and waiting for your breakfast.

I miss you, Reese. I will miss you. I will always miss you.

You are my first baby, and you will always have a special place here in my heart.

Rest in Peace, honey. I hope that you are happy wherever you are.

1816. After I do

This book taught me and made me realize three things:

1. That ME TIME is important.

We are talking about relationships here, a couple’s relationship to be exact. You will always need time for yourself, a me time, you date yourself, treat yourself out. Because even if you are gaga over your partner, there and there will come a time that you will be fed up, you will feel that you’ve had enough. And you don’t want that to happen, you don’t want everything you build fall apart.

2. If someone fails at something, doesn’t mean you will fail at it too.

If your friend’s relationship didn’t work out, that doesn’t mean that yours will not work out either. Always take the risk to do everything you want to do, yes you may get advises and tips from them but do not see it as a hindrance to try it on your own. 

3. Communication and being honest is everything.

Learn to communicate even if you’re upset, feeling bad, angry, happy or whatever. You don’t like something about someone? Tell them. You have the power to speak. You should not let things go the way you don’t want them. You should not act like an underdog if you really don’t like things. You have problems with your partner? Talk about it. Say whatever you want to say, everybody is entitled with their own opinion by the way. And you should listen to the one’s whose speaking to. Respect begets respect. Simple, right? Everything can be fixed in a deep, clear and calm conversation.

Tubs Christmas Party and Family Gala. It was a very loooooong day for all of us. Everything planned was ruined and this party was almost cancelled. So  out of nowhere, we decided to go to Ludo board games cafe Makati and upon going there, unfortunately we are now 9th in the waiting list. So we decided to go and see Ayala Lights Show on Ayala Triangle Gardens instead. And everything turned magical. We enjoyed the show like kids, and danced like no one’s watching. And ending the day with tons of pizza and chicken at S&R. Really, an awesome and happy-tummy Christmas party it is!!

18TH!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately this is a monday, so we have classes and that means I have no way of celebrating my day the whole day, but these people again, (except for J) made my day extra ordinary. So after class, we went at J’s for him to give his giftS (yes giftSSSS because it was like 5 of them, the portait, penguin stuffed toy, watch, chocolate and even an eyebrow pencil hahahaha) And then I head to Sm Sl to meet my churchmates for their treat, a birthday dinner for me. :----) Special thanks to Ate Aida ofc, bc it was her who treated us that day and also to Ian who went and spent his time with us all the way from AUP. :)

My Pre-Birthday Celebration with these people! Hike @ Mt. Manalmon and Mt. Gola, San Miguel Bulacan. River crossing and even monkey bridge crossing! It was fun and another experience it is. T’was our second mountain hike of the year! And these people don’t feel any sign of exhaustion, headed to Robinson’s Manila to play 2 games of bowling. And at the end of the day, ofc all of us will get tired, but those memories will last. CHEERS TO MORE HIKING AND ADVENTURES, TEAM!!!!♥♥♥

I miss you. Both of you. I missed how we laugh even in the tiniest things, how silly we are when we are joking around, how bad times hit us and still we stand to laugh. I miss everything. It breaks my heart seeing us now. I never thought that we would end up this way. Maybe, it's not yet the end of time, yes, but I know, we will never be the way we used to be, again. We may reunite soon (hopefully), but there will, and there will always be a gap. The memories will stay with me, forever. Everything. Will always love you, despite of our differences. NEXT MONTH, 18TH KO NA.

Hindi ko alam kung dapat ba akong matuwa, coz atlast magiging legal na ako or madidisappoint kasi eto na naman, birthday ko na naman.

Since kasi nung nagcollege, parang ayoko na laging sumapit yung December 5. Di ko alam. Lagi nalang. Napakaassuming ko kasi. Ha ha ha. Akala ko kasi masusuklian yung mga plano ko for surprises sa mga friends ko, anyare? Umasa lang naman ako, umasa sa wala. Well, kasalanan ko naman kasi wala namang dahilan para umasa. 

Last 15th ko pa ako nakaranas ng surprise talaga. And those guys never failed to surprise me talaga, kahit kelan. Kahit maliliit na bagay :----)

Someone asked me, anong plano mo sa 18th mo? Sabi ko, wala. Wala naman talaga. :---) Pangarap ko yung may 18 18 keme, pero I know naman my limits, hindi namin kaya gumanon. So simpleng kainan nalang siguro. Come what may. Wala namang excited, wala namang may pake.

Sana lang talaga, maging masaya. Isang beses lang naman to sa buhay ko. Sana, sana...

90816. AKO SI JOSEPHINE FIRST DAY!!!!!! Another blessing and a time to celebrate! Gustong gusto ko talaga si Yeng plus a musical play so go go go talaga ako. Luckily, I won those two tickets sa PETA! (Thanks PETA Anw) So ayun, sobrang ganda ng play. Kahit matagal sya nagstart ng 8 then 11 natapos, pero worth it. Plus a picture with Josephine herself. (Tho blurred pict namin kasi im so nervous and starstrucked kasi so bait nya!!!

90716. 2ND ANNIVERSARY!!! Sooooo happy lang coz I didn’t expected this kind of celeb. Tho, u know I expected na magcecelebrate kami, pero hindi eto. Nothing is more overwhelming than being with loads of dogs!!!! Didn’t think din na aabot kami sa ganito katagal. Well, it’s His plan.
