The All-devouring Whale has got to be one of the best anime’s I’ve seen, like I’m not a weeb and I hate shonens because of how overhyped a lot of them are… but this one is just superb from storytelling, the cute pets, the action scenes, etc.

My ideal cologne scent would be something spicy, woody and fragrantly sweet. Like a scent of sandalwood, cedar, jasmine, and cinnamon combined into something that smells like an aphrodisiac for the nose. Something akin to Eclipse Accord, but with a spicy honey-esque aroma.

As someone who has ALWAYS struggled to receive the same amount of praise, validation, and recognition for my creativity and personality online, I truly believe that the only way you'll ever gain recognition online nowadays is by doing what everybody else is doing.

It doesn't matter how much you try to fight against the grain of public fanfare or wanting to other yourself away from commercialized consumerism, the only way as an artist to make it is if you play the game by saying "fuck it we ball",, and doing exactly what everyone else is.

I don't think my jadedness is the issue. I'll always blame society's blindness for not paying attention to those with a message to be seen and heard the way it was originally meant to be seen and heard.

Society tries to tell you that you should stand out, be different, be authentic, do something nobody has ever done before, yet nobody actually practices what they preach. Nobody dares to move against the grain in fear of being an outcast, and that's something I have to overcome.

I HAVE to overcome my fear of being perceived and release my desire to stand out and be othered purposely. I may not want to dance to the rhythm of the algorithm, but it's the only way.

I’ve decided to take my time with The Artists Way. Turning the 12-week course into a 12 MONTH practice to truly break me down from a molecular ego centric level… and I only just started my first month on June 25th and I am already feeling extremely — naked.

It’s a major ego death experience. Since I’ve currently been depressed for the last week and a half, I feel like it’s worthwhile in the long run, and with each month I want to create one piece that’s inspired by each chapter of the book.
