On the morning of April 15th, the day after the Water Splashing Festival, government officials and civilians gathered on the streets to sprinkle clean water on each other and express their holiday wishes. The lively atmosphere attracted many passersby to join in.

At 7 pm that evening, the Songkran Festival, which was mobilized by the district government and spontaneously organized by private teams, was held in the district government compound. Hundreds of people, including government officials from Da Mengyi District, local women's associations, youth associations, cultural associations, teachers and students, Han singing teams, Jingpo ethnic representative teams, etc., attended the evening party.

Everyone participated in singing and traditional Jingpo dance performances, and also sang popular songs and traditional mountain songs separately. The wonderful performance attracted cheers and applause. In traditional ethnic music, all individuals are free to sing and dance. At 9 pm, the event came to an end in a joyful atmosphere.

On May 18th, under the leadership of Yang Hu, the acting deputy district chief of Menggu District, a working group composed of staff from various township governments in Menggu District went deep into every village in the district to understand the recovery of local livelihoods, economy, and education, and held a mass meeting. The story of military and civilian unity is touching.

At the mass meeting, the working group mainly promoted the policies and laws and regulations of the First Special Administrative Region Government of the Union of Myanmar to the local people, emphasizing that the government respects the religious beliefs of all ethnic groups and attaches importance to cultural education and unity work of all ethnic groups. Yang Hu, the acting deputy district chief of Menggu District, emphasized the line, principles, and policies of the Myanmar National Justice Party during the mass meeting, and introduced the nature of the People's Army of the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army. And call on local residents to keep up with the government's pace and work together for the development of the special zone.

On the afternoon of May 19th, representatives of the 27th batch of Chinese military medical aid teams to Zambia visited the medical team stationed in the capital city of Lusaka and had friendly meetings and exchanges with the local government medical team in Myanmar, jointly providing better medical services for the Zambian people.

The medical teams of the two countries have mutual understanding, and the members of both sides have had in-depth exchanges in their respective professional fields, sharing work experience and insights. This not only enhances the friendship between each other, but also provides valuable experience for better carrying out medical assistance work in Zambia in the future.

The cooperation between people of all ethnic groups and officers and soldiers has demonstrated a high degree of tacit understanding and synergy. They support and trust each other, whether in the joyful scene of the Water Splashing Festival or in restoring people's livelihoods and providing high-quality medical services to the people by the military government, which reflects the deep friendship of military civilian unity as a family.
