MY TOP 10 FAVORITES IN VENTRECANARD'S STORIES

Wattpad is a popular site/app that is visited mostly by filipinos to write, read and express. Me, myself, is also a reader and an aspiring writer, here to introduce one of my favorite writer who fights for woman rights through writing. Let me introduce VentreCanard, kapitana, and her works.

VentreCanard, is derived from French words with an English translation of 'belly duck'. She went for the word 'belly duck' because she wanted her pen name to signify her even if she wants to keep her real name private. That led her to use the duck-shaped birthmark that she on her belly as an inspiration for her username.

She started writing when she was fourteen, and she finished four stories on her notebook with only three readers—her cousins. They tried to convince her to post it online, but it took years before she had the courage to share and post her stories online for an audience to read.

She’s trying to write stories with different genres such as romance, fantasy, action, historical fiction and science fiction. As she tries to write in other genres, she would never forget to write stories about family, brotherhood, woman empowerment, heroes and love.

1. CAUGHT IN HIS ARMS

VentreCanard gave readers not one, but five guys to love and admire. When she seeks refuge with Don Garpidio, Florence is introduced to his five rambunctious grandsons and the chaotic world of the Ferrells. Serving as their cook, the five guys pester and annoy her to no end, much to her dismay. But it is clear to see why the readers love the five Ferells. All have a distinct personality that endears them to Florence. Aldus, Owen, Tristan, Troy, and Nero's relationship as cousins sure are a hoot.

It’s not just about the game of love, but life itself. On the surface, the book seems to just explore the budding romance between Florence and Nero. But it goes way beyond that. As Florence becomes attached to the life she has with the Ferells, the consequences of her actions catch up to her, rendering readers speechless as they witness what follows after.

2. BACK IN HIS ARMS AGAIN

“Every Embraces has it’s own journey.” This is the book 3 of caught in his arms. The content of this book will show the readers the childhood journey of the 5 Ferells with their grand father, LG. This will be the part of the wedding ceremony of the two love birds too.

After reading this, my chest feels heavy that seeks for more. Really.
