Low FODMAP is a newer diet originating from Australia. The term FODMAP stands for Fermentable Oligo, Di-, and Monosaccharides and Polyols. These FODMAPs are short-chain carbohydrates that occur in a wide variety of foods. Low FODMAP diet aims to reduce these carbohydrates in the diet.

Er du også træt af pulverkure, stenalderkost og generelt skrappe diæter uden sukker, er det måske rart endelig at høre, at et vægttab sagtens kan lade sig gøre, selvom man spiser slik og kage.
