One month to go before Christmas! Ilang weeks na lang pala ang time ko para mag-isip ng ihahanda. One thing's for sure, though, hinde pwedeng wala ang Creamy Chicken Macaroni Salad ni sir! It's super easy to make. And it's made even creamier, and yummier, with Jolly Cow Condensada! Have you ever tried this recipe with kondensada? Yan ang secret ingredient nya, and only Jolly Cow Condensada can make it super Creamy Sarap kase malapot at hinde malabnaw. At dahil mas affordable, mas madami tayo magagawa. Kaya pwedeng pwedeng gawing pamasko sa mga friends and relatives na hinahanap hanap ito tuwing Pasko. Ingredients: • 390g can of Jolly Cow Condensada • 1.5 kg Chicken thigh fillet • 2 big white onions, chopped • 1 270g bottle pickle relish • 1 822g canned pineapple chunks • 1 390g canned pimiento, diced • 1.5kg macaroni • 500g cheese, cubed • 360g raisins • 250ml all purpose cream • 2 500ml packs mayonnaise • Salt and pepper to taste Procedure: 1. Boil chicken with 1tsp salt and ½tsp pepper until tender. Let cool, then manually shred to pieces and set aside. 2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain and set aside to cool. 3. Transfer cooked macaroni to a large mixing bowl and add shredded chicken. Toss lightly to prevent smooshing the macaroni. 4. Put in pineapple, raisins, onions, pickle relish, bell pepper and cheese. Toss lightly until ingredients are well blended. 5. Add mayonnaise, all purpose cream and Jolly Cow Condensada. Gently toss until well blended. 6. Season with salt and pepper according to taste. 8. Chill, serve and enjoy! Yey! Kuya is fully vaccinated! Ambilis lang namin, we arrived at 8:55am, we were done at 9:27am. Partida, nakipagchismisan pa ako ng konti sa doctor. 103% na pala ang vaccinated sa QC, kaya we have already reached herd immunity. Good job Mayor Joy! The country however, needs roughly 60M more individuals to be fully vaccinated. Just a little but more for us to return to a semblance of normal. Boosters will hopefully be available in the first quarter of next year, starting with A1 category. In the meantime, keep safe, stay healthy eat right, and take your supplements, friends.
