THERE IS. a website. that takes 3D models with seams and pulls it apart to make a plushie pattern and informs you where things need to be edited or darts added for the best effect. and then it lets you scale it and print off your pattern. and I want to lose my MIND because I've lost steam halfway through so many plushie patterns in the mind numbing in betweens of unwrapping, copying all of the meshes down as pieces, transferring those, testing them, then finding obvious tweaks... like... this would eradicate 99% of my trial and error workflow for 3D models to plushies & MAYBE ILL FINALLY FINISH SCREAMTAIL...

Nobody will understand how stupidly in love I am with the idea of Nino as Ladybug and Kagami as Chat Noir, but in a noire-esque Miraculous setting. I literally cannot depict the comedy and wholesomeness of this duo without drawing their interactions and I hate that.

Nino’s acting dark and dramatic, like a noire detective, but his detective skills are ass and he’s clearly doing it for the bit. His first day didn’t go well and ever since then, the city hates him. He’s bitter, and he’s paranoid, but he has a big heart and keeps going because he wants to protect the people he cares about. He always carries around a mug filled with infinite amounts of coffee, which happens to be a Lucky Charm.

He can be as stubborn as a mule and refuse to accept his plans can sometimes suck. That stubborness sometimes leads him to clash with his equally stubborn partner, who’s always there to tell him ‘I told you so’ whenever he guesses something wrong.

His partner is a classy cat lady that can pack a punch and seems like she might be a dark and mysterious femme fatale until you talk to her. She is his straight man and his comedy relief. She is Chat Noir for the same reason Adrien is— to find freedom and punch people. She likes her job. She likes her partner and lets him hold her hand when he’s having anxiety attacks. He’s sincere, and nice, and her closest friend, and Kagami loves having an honest, kind friend she can trust (and make fanart of in her spare time).

watching Rango (2011) rn and I am amazed just how good the character designs are. the characters' species are actually used to make jokes in themselves, even just visually. and you can tell the character designers did a lot of research on the actual animals' appearance. they're not the drab kind of photorealistic that recent disney remakes have (like lion king or the little mermaid), they're still stylized and have a personality, but there are a lot of details referenced from the real world counterparts
