Dan had lived in Florida before Colorado. He decided to return to Florida after missing the sea and the sunlight. He now divides his time between Colorado and Florida.

He Starting and running small companies during his 20 years. It was a car at Outer Banks of NC. He has grown the business by adding a fishing rental business located in the hotel port.There he bought a sturdy printing shop. Add digital printing, graphic design and web marketing and design. 

Most of his clients were real estate agents and companies linked to the real estate business. He sold it in 2008 after the collapse of the housing market. He moved to Taos, NM and opened a children's play center and restaurant. He sold that shortly after opening it and moved to Evergreen, CO. There he obtained his sales license and worked for Keller Williams Foothills in Evergreen, CO. 

Many years later he decided to get his own rental license and open his own housing company. Denver Foothills are mountain communities just outside the Denver Metro. In the hills you find real mountain life. You usually find a large yard, horse facilities, and beautiful views just outside the city. Most hills are between 30 and 50 minutes to Downtown Denver. So if you would like to be close to the city (for convenience) then the mountains are yours! Especially if you like hiking and outdoor activities such as camping and mountain biking.
