Quickbooks scheduled/internal backup is not working in the window if you such type of problem then this information will help you at that time. Let’s know some simpler ways to escape from this type of problem. Here are some solutions to your problems 
1. Filename not should be too long 
2. File path not should be too long 
3. Your file size should not be more than 3 GIG 
4. The file should be stored in your system drive, not in Improper drive 
5. You can turn off the preference to “QuickBooks running”. 
6. Do proper configuration with the User Name and Password. 
7. The hosting function must be local for the computer to run the scheduled backup. 
8. Application Conflict type of problem is after installing a later version of QuickBooks on your computer
