you said you couldn't shift, and so you didn't. you said you couldn't get your desire, and so you didn't
every single day i get some version of "i keep affirming but it's not working." or "i have sleep paralysis and anxiety and adhd and asthma and dissociation and i get distracted and i think about soup and i have intrusive thoughts and i blink too much and i can't shift." and like, okay, let's pause.
you are the god of your reality, right? right. you are the ultimate authority, period, the one who dictates the rulebook as it's being read, the one who names the block and thereby either gives it weight, or flips it on its head.
you keep saying you have a block. okay, cool. but have you ever decided what that block does? have you ever said, "this block speeds up my shift," or "this distraction means i'm already there," or "this anxiety is just energy that moves me into alignment faster"?
because if everything is yours to command, then so are your limitations.
you are the one who assumes the feeling of "stuck" is the truth, instead of just a sensation. you think resistance is something you have instead of something you're assuming.
you say "i'm not seeing results," but then continue living in the assumption that nothing's happening, when in fact, the only reason nothing's happening is because you're treating the lull as a wall, not a bridge.
you are obviously not failing in any sort of way, what you are doing though is declaring yourself blocked and then asking how to unblock yourself instead of just....… not calling it a block. you're assuming your reality is stuck because you feel stuck, forgetting that your feelings follow your declarations, not the other way around.
so yes. you can shift with sleep paralysis, you can shift with doubts. you can shift while thinking about raccoons or scrolling tiktok or crying. all the power to you. you can shift while feeling as if it isn't working, because intention is the root, not belief. not clarity. not silence. not faith. just, and i mean just and only, intention.
and when you make intention king, everything else becomes a servant.
the key isn't to "overcome" the block, you are only a person, but what you can do is name it something else.
it's to be like, "this thing i keep calling resistance is my signal that i'm halfway through the veil."
"this tiredness is the awareness detaching."
"this doubt is the mind processing the shift already happening."
because you are not waiting for your reality to change. if you are you'll continue so for years on end without any sort of light at the end of the tunnel. you are the one who has to decide whether or not you get to claim the change, and you do, obviously. always.
you're not stuck, you're just calling it stuck. you're not blocked, you're just narrating a block.
what if you stopped?
what if you said: oh. this is working, it's been working, it will keep working. even when it doesn't feel like it is, especially then.
what if your lack of belief was the exact proof that it's already done?
what if your messy brain was just your reality rearranging?
what if the chaos was the tunnel, not the obstacle?
what if intention was enough?
(it is. always.)

what they tell you: this is your original reality. the truth: there’s no original reality. it’s not this, it’s not your dr. there’s not a starting point.
what they tell you: shifting realities is shifting your consciousness to other realities. the truth: you shift your awareness. if you were to shift your consciousness it implies that once you are in your dr your body here doesn’t have consciousness, which goes against everything a living human is.
what they tell you: shifting takes time. the truth: you make your own rules, and there’s not an instruction manual to follow.
what they tell you: once you shift and/or permashift, your version of this reality can’t shift anymore. the truth: you can shift anyway, just to a parallel version of your dr. because every version of you has awareness that can be shifted.
what they tell you: you can’t bring objects from your dr. the truth: you can just shift back to a reality where you have that object.
what they tell you: having multiple s/o is cheating. the truth: this is something between you and you only. you have no right to push your ‘its cheating’ agenda into others, because different realities equals different minds and emotions. so, it’s not cheating.
what they tell you: methods make you shift. the truth: they are just tools that you can or can not use. you are the one shifting, not your methods.
what they tell you: some people can’t shift. the truth: everyone can and everyone is doing it. your thoughts and actions shape reality. of all kinds.
what they tell you: aging yourself up / down is wrong. the truth: in that reality you were always of that age. and your mind is going to have the same mentality of your age.
what they tell you: permashift is not possible. the truth: a reality is not more special then others. even staying here forever can be called permashifting. you can just decide to be aware of your dr forever instead of this.
what they tell you: you have to not care about your cr to shift. the truth: we are not vegetables. you can have all kind of emotions of both your realities and still shift to your dr.
what they tell you: shifting breaks will ruin your process. the truth: shifting is not a process that goes away if you don’t try for more than three months. if you want a break take it.
what they tell you: you can have shifting blockages. the truth: they are not a thing. because you shift your awareness, you can just be aware of you not having so-called blockages. nothing, physicallyc spiritually, mentally, astronomically, can stop you from shifting.
what they tell you: respawning (not remembering this reality) is bad. the truth: it’s not. lmao. it’s not like your body here is going to evaporate.
what they tell you: shifting is complicated. the truth: you can decide how shifting is because you make your own rules. if you want overcomplicate it you can, if you want to oversimplify it you can.
what they tell you: you have to be connected to your dr to shift there. the truth: as long as you are not a bluetooth, it’s not required.

I wanted to read the CIA document myself but I'm too lazy and i don't understand some things (I read about 8 pages and then gave up), and after watching this video i understood it better and faster.
I think it's interesting to watch it, it's really helpful and it'll make u be more open-minded.

Trust the discomfort you get while Shifting/voiding(?) It means you're doing it right. Your body might try to pull you back like "NOOOO DON'T LEAVE ME" 💀😭 but the more you let it go and focus on affirming, visualising, anything mentally the more you're training your body&mind it's okay. it's okay if it takes time. Your mind and will understand.
You're literally retraining yourself to allow freedom. The discomfort is temporary. Your success is inevitable. 😌💅🏻✨

Help 💀
Heyy! Today something so scary happened to me, and well, I want to tell u. I was sleeping in my bed when I suddenly "woke up" (It was sleep paralysis), then my "mom" was in my room and she was hugging me SO tight, when i suddenly remembered that this week I'm with my father (They're divorced), and i literally PANICKED. I tried to move and i couldn't, then this "mom" disappeared and there was like a creature that was like a shadow and it was so big, i tried to move or scream but it was like i was tied to the bed and my screams were not heard and I had less and less strength to scream. In a moment, this creature was gone and a random door spawned in the middle of my room, i saw MYSELF (it was literally my body but like a shadow because the light was off) walk towards this door, and it was so fckin weird. I have no idea of why this happened to me or why this even happens to people but I'm a bit scared, i really don't want it to happen again.

Hey people!!
Today i had a dream, i was in my house and suddenly it became lucid, so i remembered about shifting and just thinking of it i started to float in my dream and feel my body inside of my dream, i felt SO close but suddenly a lot of thoughts came to my mind like "What if something bad happens?", "Am i really prepared to be in another completely different reality?", the thing is that i started panicking and woke up. I remember that yesterday, before going to sleep i literally was doing like a fake scenario in my head, where i was like telling how i shifted through a dream, and somehow i expected it to happen, and well, it happened but i didn't exactly shifted 100%.
Most of the times that I've been close to fully shifting have been through a lucid dream, but i think this is the closest I've ever been.
What do u think? 🤍

I just watched this video and it honestly makes a lot of sense. I think it's very well explained and it really works, i recommend u to watch it too.
If you're too lazy to watch the video, I'll summarize it a little for u. Basically this video explains a shifting method that is to focus on transporting your 5 senses to your dr. I mean, when u fully shift u have all you're 5 senses, right? Well, so that's what you have to do according to the video. Do it step by step, u know? Then, when u feel prepared just try and transport them all at the same time. And how to transport them? Visualizing, as the woman on the video says, when u visualize what you'll see on your dr, u practically shifted a "20%", so all u have to do is visualize your 5 senses there to fully shift. That's it, I hope i made sense.

Dear Shifters, I HIGHLY recommend you to watch this video. Especially those of you, who like me, want to dive deeper into the concept of reality shifting and the quantum physics behind it.
Imagine that your subconscious has a blueprint on how to build a house. But instead, you want to build a bridge, a bridge to walk over towards your desired experience.
I think, that in order to maximize our spiritual potential, it is needed to push past the imprinted "blueprint" of the western world and believes.
And how do we do that? By creating a new blueprint.
"But Lin how do i access the blueprint and exchange it?"
-> It's actually easy. We might not directly be able to access the subconscious, but we can indirectly.
Think of your subconscious, as if it were a blind man whose only friend is you. If you tell this man that Apples are blue, he will believe you. He might be sceptic at first, but in the end of the day, his only source of information IS YOU, and he cannot see for himself if it's the truth or a lie- so he will mark your claim as a fact.
And what is the easiest way to make this man believe your words? BY SPEAKING FROM A STAND OF KNOWLEDGE, FROM A STAND OF BELIEF, CONVICTION AND CONFIDENCE.
So if you want to awaken and exchange the blueprint of the subconscious (the blind man):
Gain knowledge, understand the way of the universe, understand who you really are. Not in matter, but in the formless. Because then you speak from heart and not from uncertainty. And your subconscious will be more likely to adapt to your claims/quicker/easier.
(Funfact; The subconscious works with around 1 million bits/second while the conscious mind only works with about 60 bits/second.)

My shifting "method"
I don't really know much about methods, but what I personally do and what works for me is this (idk if this is already a method).
First consume content related to your dr, i mean, if it's a movie or serie, watch it, read your script, watch edits of your S/O... This all to get in the vibe.
Now relax and get comfortable, u can use theta waves or subliminals if u like, they're of good help, at least in my case.
Then just start visualizing in your head until u forget that you're even trying to shift, u know? Just focus on visualizing, feeling the touch of things in your dr, the smell, taste, the noises...
Don't focus on the idea of shifting, just let it happen naturally while u visualize, u have to fall DEEP in what you're visualizing, forget everything else, don't even think about "ignoring" the 3d, just literally do it and focus on the 4d so much as if it is what's really happening, then you'll finally shift.
Your mind will have assumed that what you were visualizing it's the reality, (since you're acting like it and ignoring the 3d) then it will simply become so.

Shifting is easy. If you believe otherwise you're not educated enough on it.
You don't need a method to shift.
You are pure consciousness regardless of what you're doing.
You don't even need an intention to shift.
Physical symptoms have nothing to do with shifting.
Consciousness is not in you, you are in consciousness.
You can still shift if you're lazy, effort is not required.
Only you can shift yourself, stop depending on others.
Attempts don't exist. You're always shifting. There's no failed shifting 'attempt'.
You can still shift with self-doubt.
Shifting is not a process.
Shifting is instant, your cr is your past.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP SAYING YOU'RE SABOTAGING YOURSELF!!! It's manifesting because you're letting it.
There is no such term as minishifted, a shift is a shift.
You don't have an OR (original reality) you're shifting every second you're not bound here.
CR=DR they're the same, the only thing that separates you is the mindset.
You don't need to affirm 24/7.
It's not necessary to reprogram your subconscious.
You can shift for whatever reason it's your reality.
You don't have to feel it real you'll get it anyways. But if it helps congratulations.
Feeling your feels no matter how 'negative' won't stop you from shifting.
Yes you can script ANYTHING.

When I started my journey I used to believe it was about "knowing", it isn't. It's about saturating your subconscious. You don't have to know, or believe or feel or whatever else you're worried about.
Also, "ignoring the 3D" isn't what you think it is. Ignoring the 3D does not mean somehow inducing amnesia and you just have no idea what your surroundings are or what's happening around you. That's not it.
Of course you are experiencing what's happening around you, and yes it might trigger you.
I think a lot of the stress associated with "ignoring the 3D" is because you are expecting yourself to magically become oblivious to the world around you.
Ignoring the 3D just means that you continue to feed your subconscious affirmations/visualizations/whatever you're using that imply you have what you want .
You don't have to walk around like you don't know what is happening and abandon responsibilities you just have to affirm anyway.
It's ok if you have to take care of business in the 3D and your actions "conflict with" your desire.
Example: paying your rent when you're affirming that you own a house or going to work when you're affirming you're rich
"Acting as if" is actually just thinking as if. It just means you're telling your subconscious what you want to happen instead of what the 3D is showing you. Your subconscious doesn't care about the 3D or what you're doing in it, you don't have to neglect responsibilities.
It's OK to get emotional, and from personal experience I can tell you it's OK if you don't believe your affirmations. There are times where something manifests and I still don't fully believe it.

ALL you're doing is repeating something till your subconscious creates it in your reality and you don't repeat "the old story " because it has already been repeated to your subconscious so much that it is an assumption.
That's IT that's all you're doing that all it is. Everything else could say is just noise.

Focus on your internal experience. That is what matters. That is what shifts. Think as your DR self and no one else. If you enter the mental state of your DR self you will enter the physical state of your DRself.
It's ok if you don't feel it yet, it's ok if you hear a sound from your CR, it's ok if you can feel your old bedroom still. It's OK.
Shifting is not a physical process. Your physical body is not what's shifting between realities your awareness is. Your sight, hearing, taste, feeling, etc, are all a part of your physical body.
What the nerves in your body are experiencing doesn't matter because you are not the nerves, you are not the body, you are the awareness. Your body isn't trying to shift, your mind is.
You are trying to become aware of another reality and therefore what you are experiencing in this one is irrelevant. It doesn't matter what this body experiences it matters what your awareness is experiencing.
Shifting is internal focus on shifting internally.

If you still don't get it think of it this way:
If you are sitting down and thinking to yourself about everything see, hear, feel, smell, or taste from your CR, then you are LITERALLY applying the 5 senses method to your CR.
If your method is mainly affirming, so repeating to yourself that you're there, WHAT do you think is happening when you keep telling yourself you're not there? Everything you say is an affirmation. It's not that methods aren't working it's that you are literally applying them in reverse.
It doesn't matter what your senses are telling you because you will shift before they do. It doesn't mean anything unless you tell yourself that it does.
If your senses do not match your mental state stay in the mental state until they do. Do not compromise with shit you don't want.
STAY in the mind of your DRself. That's your only job. Continue to think as if you're there. Continue to think about your life in your DR, continue to occupy the mind of your DRself.
This is what so many people get stuck on. I don't expect you to magically stop experiencing it, it is ok that you felt it. All you have to do is continue to think as if you are in your DR anyway.
Your subconscious will believe what you tell it over what your body is experiencing. Your only goal is to keep telling it that you're in your DR.
Yes you might have heard a loud noise and yes you know it's not from your DR. That doesn't matter. The goal is not to magically un-hear it but to avoid returning to the mental state of your CR self.
It is ok if you can't make yourself believe you're there, you just have to think to yourself as if you are. Think as DR you and no one else.
Essentially, you shift mentally before you feel it physically. Before you experience your desired reality externally you experience it internally.

This is what works for me, I highly recommend it, I also usually listen to theta waves while I do it and it helps a lot (I clarify that I have not yet gotten to shifting, but I feel that it is what brings me closer to it, like having symptoms, lucid dreams and feeling more connected to my dr)
How to Shift: Simplified
This is is what I did the time when I was closer to shifting (I'm currently in a break, since like a week after that attempt), and it's also how many people shift.

It's actually pretty simple. I'm going to explain it in steps to make it even easier to understand, although it's not supposed to be a step by step method.
LAY DOWN AND RELAX: Breath deeply, meditate, count your heartbeats... do whatever it works for you. take a few minutes, till your mind is as calm as possible.
IMAGINE: Start imagining the exact place where you'll wake up. It's not necessary to visualise, I personally don't do it. I just imagine everything in first person as I were there. If you feel like it, try adding more and more details, like the breathing of your roomies, the texture of your clothes, etc. However, this is optional.
THINK AS YOUR DR SELF: What are you doing tomorrow? What's that thing you can't forget to do? Do you have to finish your homework? Think in first person, as you were you other self. Daily basic things. Think what s normal person would think before going to sleep.
ENJOY BEING THERE IN IMAGINATION: Once you've imagined it, you're there. So, go on, enjoy it.
That's basically all. It's not a method. You don't have to do it in order. You don't have to remember the steps. Do it naturally, enjoy the process. Do what you feel like to do.
I'm going to tell you the KEY to this.
FORGET YOU'RE TRYING TO SHIFT. Focus on the 4d (imagination) to the point you don't remember you're not there, but attempting to shift there.
And remember, it's not a step by step method (it's like the fourth time i say it i know), but more of a "do what you feel" method. So do it in the order you like the most. If you rather first start thinking as your DR self, do it. If you rather mix imaginacion and thoughts, you're free to do it. The important thing, is that you feel there, and forget you are (not) there, but you are attempting to shift to that place.
