One of my biggest issues with people who use self proclaimed " constructive criticism" when reviewing media, is that they confuse personal preferences for valid criticism; Like for example, there was this popular Youtuber who complained about Eddsworld fans, and tried to be critical of their work, but his only misgiving's were how people like Tord, and how one user animated the characters in an old cartoon style. I fail to see how that counts as criticism and helps the artist get better?

This reminded me of that su crit post that was just Larsadie shiphate and nothing else and when I tried to offer them advice on criticism they replied with a russian camp lazlo copypasta
