Yesterday I was moved to almost tears seeing these amazing photos by Gary Sheppard. They are of the animals at @wherepigsflyfarmsanctuary and each one has a story which u can read. When u see these photos it’s hard to not see them more than just a product, a commodity. I believe the exhibition is free but they are taking donations and are selling some merch. All proceeds go to the sanctuary. Here’s an intermediate spin combo for you to try. Beginners can do the first pose (inside leg spin) and straight to the third pose (figurehead). Tips: for the elbow grip pose make sure to hook your knee high and/or lower you top arm so that you can push chest away from the pole. Twist your torso away from the pole in the pose.
