Commissioned piece!   I had a lot of fun making this one! There's something about this color palette with the blood and the glistening gold pieces that was very satisfying to render.

Divine Litter

Damn gods above us and their discarded faiths.

A little sketch, hastily made, since it was only halfway through that I realized that I've been doing very similar pieces every time I got to work on graphite. Next time, I'll remind myself to be more creative than some random mountain landscapes. Also, I've just realized that having a consistent release schedule for the comic was just undoable from the beginning for me, with it being something I do in my free time, so I apologize to anyone who expected more regular updates.

Broken Landscape

  Did you know that clouds weigh megatons and that storms can release hundreds of times the energy of a nuclear bomb through its lifetime? Crazy stuff… Also, I have to say that the next pages are going to be hard to make, and with the little time I got, it might take a bit longer than usual to complete them. Even with the biweekly schedule. So… yeah, don't expect the next pages to come in time.

  Sorry for posting late and all of the delays on the upload schedule, but these few weeks have been hectic on my side. Unfortunately, things only seem to get more chaotic here, so I decided to change the upload schedule to biweekly as opposed to weekly. I may still upload weekly whenever I get the chance, but don't expect consistent weekly uploads for the time being.

The Slab Rock Trail

Abandoned yet not forgotten.

A little experiment with graphite I made a while ago that I'm now sharing to fill in the gap as, unfortunately, I haven't been able to finish the next page of the comic for the deadline I had set for myself; I've had other responsibilities taking more time and energy than expected. I'm planning to share the next page next Monday to give myself time to buffer more pages. I hope this sketch makes up for it in the meantime.

It begins!   I'm planning to post the next pages weekly on Fridays. I have more pages ready, but I figured that it would be better to have a consistent schedule to post these rather than an irregular one so I can be a few pages ahead and use them as a buffer in case I run into a roadblock.   Hope you enjoy it!

ICE - Provisional Cover

Look! I finally got my name on the cover of something!

Remember that comic I announced ages ago? Well, I hope no one does since it's been a long wait. The year of the snake is finally upon us, and so I'm finally ready to commit to this project. This is a quick provisional cover for my comic ICE, which I expect to be a relatively short one-shot, with the first page planned to release tomorrow and the rest following weekly on Fridays. This is my first attempt at making a visual novel and at storytelling in general, so please be conservative with your expectations. I don't have much more to say about it. I lack the knowledge in writing to even be able to tell you to what genre it falls into; I just hope that it can bring any value to anyone who chooses to read it!

Undead Monastery

Just an experiment of brushwork and values, as I made this exclusively with the airbrush. It was a lot of fun, but I had no intention of sharing it since the composition and overall image ended up looking so bad, but I needed a way to say that I'm going radio silent for a while, until I have something to show for my next project. So I'm going to use this post as a way to announce that for anyone who reads these and might care for that.

DPJ Verano en el valle

"Todo el mundo busca un poco de luz bajo el sol."

Summer has arrived on this side of the hemisphere! and Christmas too, apparently. So I wanted to do something to capture how pretty this time of year is out here. It's crazy to think that it has been 10 months already since I last tried to capture this landscape. Things have changed so much since then, yet I remain here. Looking back at everything I've done this year, I'm happy with how things played out, which is something I don't remember ever saying before. Things are looking bright!

Void Jumper

Soundless depths, willed to existence from nothingness, terraformed into a colorful and segmented garden of lights and shapes—an exhibit devoid of any guests, with few exceptions.

Just an old idea turned into an experiment with colors and textures, you know, the usual.
