I got a theory about NH compared to rest of the fandom of Naruto.

NaruSaku,SasuHina,SasuKarin, SasuIno, SasuNaru, ChoIno, KibaHina, ShinoHina, KibaIno think that 1-698 are the true cannons. While only SasuSaku and NaruHina think is cannon is 699-700 and the Next generation.

To me Cyclops aka Scott Summers isn't that power as Jean Gray or Wolverine or Gambit. I think Gambit is little more better in my view. Cyclops is the character that is always good now matter what. That's why I don't like him. For a exmaple. My little brother but his married now but any way. Usually me him don't like the same characters. Execpt for two things. We both like Sting from Pro-wrestling. We also Wolverine. The things we different from are Disney Characters specially the Winnie Pooh characters. I like Tigger and my brother likes Eeyore. We don't like the same TMNT characters either. My brother's favorite TMNT is leonardo. My favorite is raphael.

I was wondering what would Jean Gray's and Gambit's kids powers would be? How would they look like as well?

I have no idea, but I would not be too surprised if they looked a lot like either Rachel or Nate Grey, or Nathan Summers. Gambit is not a very powerful mutant, and he never was. (Mutant X was an alternate version, and it really does not hold much water beyond being interesting and fun to read.) Gambit is not a clone of Sinister, as was described in X-Men: the End (Marvel decided that Claremont was wrong about that stuff and it did not stick).

Jean Grey, however, has been repeatedly depicted as having one of the most powerful genetic make-ups in all of Mutant Kind, and that makes me think that her genes would be dominant in the genetic makeup any of her hypothetical offspring.

I would bet on some form of energy projection, in terms of the powers.
