like people who look at doctor who and are like 'lol the effects are so rubbish'

We just found out my husband's heart is almost completely clogged, showing early signs of heart failure.
He cannot work like this as his doctor has told him to not exert himself, so right now I'm the only one working (chronic pain, wee)
