Just imagine...
It’s the middle of November. You live in a cold environment, and leaves fall all around you. You have worked hard for 3 months now, and it’s payed off. Your thighs don’t touch anymore like they used too. Your collarbones are prominent and your hip bones are showing. Today you are walking to school, something you used to have trouble doing. You put on a sweater that used to not even fit you you were so big, but now it’s extremely baggy. you put on sweats that practically fall off of you now. Even though it’s a baggy, lazy fit, you look good , small, and delicate. You are tired, but beautiful. Once at school, everyone looks at you. At lunch , while they are all feeding their fat faces, you sit drinking 0 cal coffee. Your friends point out how skinny you’ve gotten, and ask you to eat. Laughing , you tell them you ate a big breakfest, when in reality you ate nothing. They all give you jealous glares as they scarf down pizza slices. They all weigh twice the size of you, your better than them. You have control. The rest of the school day goes by and people keep commenting on your fragile figure. They keep asking how you did it and if you are okay. You brush it aside and tell them you decided to take care of yourself.
Nobody will understand ever. You are better than them.
You can get this. You will be this person in November. You just have to start putting in the effort NOW.

to do: -drink coffee or senna tea every day -drink so much fucking water (1-2L, a TON before and after every meal) -1000 max for now try: v low sugar, high protein, high fiber "crunchy bits of lettuce with salsa" chewing on cilantro or mint leaves oral fixation lmao --gum, tic tacs, sugar free candies --toothpicks (green tea) --mouthwash, floss, retainer exercise: --(get a pedometer?) make a walking goal ----$25: Realalt 3DTriSport Walking 3D Pedometer with Clip and Strap, Free eBook -----$15: ONWALK 900 PEDOMETER AND ACCELEROMETER - BLACK --take the steps/long way more often --fidget more --stretch/yoga --REC at some point --uhh more ~strenuous~ activity (weigh on the library scale when u can do it discreetly)
