Sitting at the bar, you stared blankly at the drink before you with fingers curled around the glass but you didn’t pick it up. You had ordered it a while ago and yet to have tasted a single drop. The bartender noticed this and asked if you wanted something else. You shook your head no as your thoughts blared in your mind almost as loud as the techno music playing in the club.

Sensing that something was off, the bartender walked to the edge of the bar and spoke discreetly to someone. Your eyes flickered up from your glass to catch the person suddenly walk-no stride-over to you. Hair white as his bright smile, the program leaned onto the side of the bar.

“No troubles found here. I’m castor. Your infamous host.” He introduced with a small bow of his head. “My friend noticed you haven’t touched your drink?”

His glistening blue eyes flashed over to the bartender, pouring a refill for a customer three seats over.

“Someone wasn’t happy I won and they swore I’d pay.” You finally answered. This person just so happened to be a popular program named Rinzler. You two were sparing and being a user you already had the upper hand. Something snapped in the program when you had won and you ran to get away here. End of line. How fitting.

“How exhilarating!” Castor cried in excitement. “I know just the person who may be able to help.”

He held out a gloved white hand to you and hesitantly you took it; unsure who or what was going to make this matter better.

Leading you through the crowds, you followed the host like a puppy as he led you up a flight of stairs and down a narrow hall while jabbering on about the club.

“Welcome to the lounge of Zuse.” He stated, swinging open a large door to reveal a spacious penthouse. Swinging his cane playfully in the air as it was only an accessory to him while boasting on about it.

“Just how is this ‘person’ going to help?”

You question, looking around and walking over to the window. The crowd below continued partying carelessly to the music.

“ Because I can get anyone anything anywhere, my dear, for I am Zuse.”

Suddenly, a deep voice came from behind and interrupted his speech. You swiftly turned around to see the one person you desperately wanted to avoid right now. Rinzler.

“We have unfinished business, user.”

Eyes wide at the words, you glanced over to Zuse for help but he was too busy dramatically being astonished over the scene before him. So you backed away from the window and closer to the door to escape quickly if needed.

“Look, I don’t know what happened out there on the grid but I don’t want any trouble.”

Too late. In a swift move, Rinzler lunged at you and swung you into a nearby chair with both hands pinning your shoulders down.

“Well now, you certainly have my attention.” Zuse mused with a purr, stepping closer to the scene.

Rinzler cut him off by stepping in between. Unsure of that was to happen you stared Rinzler up and down while his back was to you.

“I was here first.” He stated, but zuse scoffed at his remark. A fake look of hurt feeling flashed across his face before laughing. Impatiently, you rolled your eyes as the two quarrelled over you.

The gemini grabbed his cane and used the hook to shove Rinzler aside. The music blared through the club in the background as Zuse knelt down in front of you, bright blue eyes filled with electrifying desire as his hands slowly crept up your inner thighs. Your eyes closed as you titled your head back, leaning deeper into the lounge chair as a shiver of excitement ran through your body. Seeing you come undone under his very touch sparked an intense craving in zuse.

“Enough,” came a stern voice. Rinzler clamped a hand on zuse’s shoulder and pulled him back as you whined at the sudden setback.

Zuse, being who is, did not take kindly to that as he stood.

“Well then what do suggest?” His voice was low and sarcastic. Rinzler just stood with his head turned to you. Zuse’s gaze turned from Rinzler to you, looking you up and down.

“Ah, I see.” He smirks, hinting at an idea. Rinzler said nothing as he walked over behind you and took ahold of your arms.

I've been trying to figure out how to say goodbye to someone I thought was my friend, and I have come to realize this person was never really a friend of mine. They tossed me aside the moment they were pressured into doing something and decided that ruining my vacation was fun for them. Not once did they listen when I told them I was in the middle of the ocean, and I even asked if we could talk it over when I got back sunday. They decided disney was more important than fixing the mess they caused and didn't bother to apologize for causing me stress during my vacation. Saying they were wrong is so beneath them that to them, it's the other party that caused the issue and should be saying sorry to them. I have always held this friend so high and thought so highly of them only to find out they thought so little of me, so today I burn that bridge and finally move on from what was a toxic friendship from the start.
