earlier today mohammed @save-mohamed-family was telling me that he is worried for the winter and needs to buy a stronger tent before it starts getting cold. can you imagine the experience of being outside 24/7 with no shelter, no running water, no belongings, just a tent to protect you? can you imagine experiencing that for almost an entire year? i think a lot of us underestimate exactly how uncomfortable and exhausting it is to live in this condition with no reprieve.

help him afford a new tent that will protect him and his family as the winter approaches. he said stronger tents can cost $1500 to $2000, or more.

i've made more posts about mohammeds campaign here and here, but his entire immediate family besides his wife and kids were killed in the war already. please help him and his family survive this genocidal war. i really feel that we all have an obligation to the palestinian people because of the complicity of the entire world in this genocide. if you cant donate please share this with someone who can, every donation helps. collective participation is what really moves these fundraisers along

My name is Mahmoud, and today I am writing about my family

I’m husband and father of two children we evacuated at the beginning of the war. but my family is still suffering inside Gaza

My family was a beautiful, cheerful family that loved life and they love each other.

We have children are make fun and they the source of happiness for home

Until one day, the sounds of explosions overtook them. Days passed, and these days were very difficult for everyone in the family. Suddenly, my father fell ill, and it was determined that he was suffering with cancer, and needed surgery outside the Gaza Strip. But, because of the situation, he was unable to leave Gaza for treatment — eventually, due to lack of medical care and after suffering with his symptoms, he died. Five days after my father death, his children (my brothers- and sisters) were injured after their home was targeted. My brother suffered a double amputation of his feet and one hand, and his other siblings were injured as well, including a severe back injury.

My family suffers under these difficult situation and they have been displaced several times in more than one place.

The money raised will go towards evacuation fees for my family of 16 members : 8 adults and 8 children. I hope everyone will help my family, and help them receive the urgent medical care they need.

My friend Hazem, who I was just congratulating a few days ago, had to raise his fundraiser goal so he can transfer the funds he raised for his family in Ghazza.

Amir is a disabled child who is in direct danger of dying since he's unable to continue his vital treatments and special diet. He needs to evacuate Ghazza IMMEDIATELY but has only raised €2,379.

This campaign is an evacuation fund for 5 WHOLE FAMILIES suffering under the Sudan genocide. They are all displaced and had their belongings stolen. They're exposed to the elements every day and have been in this situation for OVER A YEAR. They've only reached 1/3 of their goal.

Elaf and her family lost their home and their belongings after it was raided by the RSF and have been displaced multiple times. They have no access to basic resources and Elaf's mother is in danger of her medical conditions worsening. They still have 1/3rd of their goal left to raise in order to evacuate.

The Congolese humanitarian organization Goma Upendo is working to help support the displaced and impoverished people throughout the region. They have only raised $20,787 CAD out of their $50,000 goal right now.

Another incredible humanitarian organization in the Congo is Focus Congo, who are working to provide medical care and shelter to those suffering under the genocide. They also have a campaign to fund their work here. They're not even halfway to their goal.

Everyone, please share these and the rest of the campaigns in that directory. All of them deserve your attention and all you can do to help. Don't let them go unheard.

With aid trucks being blocked from entering Gaza, it is estimated that over 1 million people will go without food this month alone. Instead people are forced to pay exorbitant prices for what they can find in Gaza, and the only way Amal can afford basic necessities for her baby Maryam is with the money from this fundraiser.

There is no excuse as to why they shouldn't reach €40,000 by the end of this week. This is only the short term goal!!!!
