happy tenth anniversary to worlds!

kinda cool and emotional to think ten years has gone by. my favorite album from when i was a teen has reached a decade of existence and i am no longer that teen, but i am glad to have made it this far in life alongside such a treasured album [:

I really like stuff that feels surreal or game-like in a dreamy type of way. A critical realization for me was realizing how important [this idea] of fiction, fantasy, and escapism was to me and how dear that had been to me as a kid. All the music I had been writing had been referencing that. That’s where Worlds came from. That’s what Worlds is. (x)
