He smiles back as he orders as well, a slight pink hue to his cheeks as well. “Well im glad for that, thank you for coming out here with me tonight.” He smiles at her more relaxing a bit.

“I couldn’t very well deny it, after all I was the one that called you.” She chuckled, hands gently clasped together on the table before them, thumbs twirling around one another.

“How’re your stitches?” Great, Niko, talking work on a nice evening like this.

“Ahh. Me too if im being honest. Luckily we have GPS in all our vehicles. I hope the walk wasn’t too far? “ He says smiling and sitting down with her. This place was his favorite because it was smaller and out of the way. He could be there and the patrons wouldn’t crowd him or friends he brought along. They knew he was there to relax.

“I have to have it set up into my suit, or one of the other heroes will come and get me and make sure I go to the right place.” She said with a sheepish smile on her face, tucking some of her hair behind her ear. “It’s not a far walk from my apartment, no, which is nice.” 

She lifted her gaze to once more take a look around the cafe. It was almost like a homely feeling to how calm it seemed to be in there. A rarity, these days.

“Well I can probably make somethin to help you with that. Kinda like you ask it where’s this place and it’ll give you directions?” He smiles and his eyebrows raise a bit. “Oh your close by? I’m just at the top of the hill down the beach some. It’s a great over look over the ocean. I didn’t know any other hero’s lived in this part of town.” He said. The ocean could be heard every now and then. The sea breeze lazily finding its way into the cafe. The peace and tranquility of this area is why he settled down here.

Niko walked most places she went, seen as she really didn’t have any sense of direction, and was made painfully aware of this each time she was on call as a hero going to this disaster across town to another. Though the cafe was easy enough to find, thankfully for her thinking ahead and making a nurse put the information in.

She arrived a little later than the agreed time, though no more than five minutes or so. She stood just to the side, looking around before she spotted Max, a smile coming onto her face.

“Good evening.” She greeted him with a small wave of her hand.

He looks at her and smiles back. “Hey there. Evening” He smiles. He was awkwardly big for the small little cafe, but he seemed to pick a nice quiet corner where he fit. “Did you find your way here easily? This is one of my favorite places. They have really good coffee and tea” He says smiling more. The cafe was no more then the bottom of someones two story home converted into a small cafe in the quiet corner of a park.

“It’s very cozy.” She smiled as she looked around the cafe once they entered together. IT was a nice change to where people had her go for meetings or to try and buy better care as a family member of a rich patient who they didn’t think was getting her best care already. 

“MY uh,one of the nurses had-” She cleared her throat a bit and held up her phone which had the directions. “I get lost, a lot-” She explained, a slight flush of embarrassment rising to her cheeks with a quiet laugh of nervs then coming from her.
