[ID in alt text]
The Lord Caelum was a beautiful blue dragon who lived in an oasis deep within the Fyrusian Desert of Terris. A temptress of riches, the greedy and lost alike would be drawn to her territory — whether to steal from her vast horde or seek refuge from the deadly heat of the desert — and the Lord would welcome them in with open claws only to charm them out of their possessions and leave them to the desert. Some settled in her oasis afterward, so charmed by the dragon they didn’t want to leave, giving rise to the small bazaar town of Goldcup Bazaar, which Caelum ruled over with glee.
Caelum was a devout follower of an old god of gods, The Singularity, and would often offer her riches and knowledge stolen from humanoids in hopes for eternal life and youth. She eventually did get her wish in the form of a goblet of deep red water and eternal life, though her beauty soon left her and her small kingdom among the sands was soon swallowed by lethal sandstorms and dragged deep into the Abyss.
She now reigns a domain surrounded by lethal sandstorms, delusionally believing she's still beautiful even as her flesh sloughs off her skeleton and their wings are tattered ribbons, even as their jewelry rusts and tarnishes, even as the clocks tick onward relentlessly.

[ID in alt text] sometimes you just make a dragon hag to fuck with your players
Mother of Vultures is a green hag that resides in Caelum’s now dead oasis, tending to and taking advantage of the vast amount of decaying creatures that surround her. She deals in grotesque knickknacks and pickled things, and is willing to trade information for a body part in return — the more valuable or in depth the desired information, the larger the required body part. She’s not entirely unreasonable, however she delights in stealing something so essentially valuable to the average humanoid for almost naught on her part, like most hags. To most in the bazaar, she appeared to be an eccentric old dragonborn, though there were those that knew her true nature before the Lord dragged her domain into the Abyss.

I'm starting a project!! Find updates about it here ^^^^^
Hello! Welcome to DnD Patch Notes!
Starting in mid 2022, I began working on a project called Singularity, a completely homebrew dungeons and dragons campaign with original lineages, subclasses, boons, items, monsters, and worlds.
Since I started actually running the campaign, I thought it would be fun if it were an actual campaign module, but never had the time or energy to actually make it a module. But today that all changes! I'm going to use this blog as a place to chronicle my attempts at making a full-length campaign module for dnd 5e!
This blog will be the Patch Notes and Dev Notes for Descent Into the Abyss, a Dungeons and Dragons 5e Module :)
Disclaimer: This module is a horror campaign designed primarily to unsettle and scare. The book features intense horror, gore, suggestive content, unreality/dreamscapes, and heavy topics, and is 18+.

FAQ under the cut
Q: What's the module about?
A: Singularity is a massive horror-themed campaign that brings the players through the many worlds that reside in the Abyss, as they try to unravel the mystery of what happened to their ability to dream and the gods of Mitas -- The Stars and Moon.
Q: What kind of horror is in it?
A: The module contains body horror, fantasy horror, psychological horror, and cosmic horror, and primarily focuses on eldritch and apocalyptic themes.
Q: How many worlds are there? What are they?
A: There are 8 worlds in total; The overworld, Mitas | The buffer plane, Anasu | The afterlife, Sev'runs | The clockwork domain, Caelwyrk | The island of Rebirth, Viseur | The Dreaming Dark, Somn'exerri | The frozen wastes, Gelida | The endless depths, Anchori. (Does the edge of the universe count as 9?)
[More to be added soon]
