went to a gathering with friends tonight. I genuinely no longer leave my house except to go to work. even when I go to the store it's before or after work. I shop online. date night is held at my house. I think tonight is going to be my first step to reinserting myself into people's lives. realizing how much I'd isolated myself over the past year was so so devastating for me but it's been so hard to break the habit of doing so. I am going to learn to be a person again. the future is bright and I am excited to see it.
