it is incredibly helpful to me to have things to reach for when my mental health is poor. more to be added as i think of them!
take a shower
go outside for a walk or a run
do yoga
write in my diary
call a loved one
watch something that makes me laugh
read a comforting book
bake
sleep
make a to do list
get some work done
spend time with people

hi & welcome to my blog <3
i used to run a studyblr back in my high school days and i found it very motivating!! it was super cute to build a community of people working towards similar goals.
i am in a different stage in my life now. i work, but i still have to study too. to be honest, my mental health has been pretty poor since graduating and transitioning to work. tumblr has always been a safe space for me and i'm hoping that it'll help me get through this, whatever this is.
