Last night was terrifying beyond words.

The explosions were so loud, it felt like our ears would burst.

The ground shook violently.

Our hearts were pounding like they would explode from our chests.

They bombed a UN-run health clinic right next to us.

There were displaced families inside, and dozens of tents around it.

People were given just 20 minutes to evacuate and run for their lives.

It was a nightmare. Most left behind the few belongings they had and fled in panic.

Death was breathing just steps away.

Even places that are supposed to be safe are being destroyed.

The war is intensifying, and so is the hunger.

We’re not just hungry, we’re starving.

What you hear in the media about aid reaching Gaza is a cruel illusion.

Trying to reach even a loaf of bread can cost your life.

Prices are beyond reason, and there’s barely anything left to buy.

Gaza is being slowly strangled.

I just want to tell you something. My family and I haven't slept since yesterday because of hunger. We haven’t eaten anything for two days except for a few pieces of bread. In short, we are starving to death.

My mother suffered severe bleeding during her surgery today and needs three units of blood. There are no units of blood in the hospital, and none of us can donate due to malnutrition.

i need you to understand something, right? me and a small group of people have been supporting ammar for months. he's just a baby we watched grow up. and you know? babies are supposed to gain weight over the months. he hasn't. it's horrible. the recent crisis with his medication? when i wrote that post i was in such a state of despair because i was convinced this infant i had watched and supported at great personal expense over several months would die. samah has lost hope for treating her own medical conditions - she's not fully healthy either - but she can't raise the money. people have NEVER donated consistently. me and a few others are at the end of our ropes having depleted ourselves trying to make up for what crowdfunding hasn't done. and i'm so overwhelmingly grateful to everyone who proved me wrong and got ammar's medicine.

Ahmed Aldani @ahmedaldaniii is only 16 years old. His home was destroyed by Israel, and he now lives in a damaged, unsuitable tent with his family of 7. Ahmed is disabled, and his brother is injured.

His family struggles every day for access to clean water and food, due to the scarcity of both driving up prices, as well as needing medicine and a new tent.

sighs. its august. my wife n i r two Black disabled trans folks in TX in need of ongoing support. we have bills due, we need to feed ourselves, and we need to keep a roof over our head. we are trying every avenue to earn money or find work but nothing helps. please consider tossing us a few dollars here here or here, or through shared links+a registry.

I raised 25,130 euros... Yes, this number never leaves my mind, because it was my whole hope, my whole heart, my whole strength, but I lost all my money 💔

My dream was to rescue my father from danger, from death, from the jaws of illness, but the dream was suddenly shattered... 😭

The campaign ended, everything disappeared, the money was lost, the effort was lost, the hope was lost... and I watched my own slow collapse 😭

I did not see this coming. Please bear with me, and hopefully, this is the last I'll ask for help.

Last night, mom started complaining about her eye, which got better since laser, but we knew she'd need glasses. I was trying to delay it til Christmas ($ bonus) so I'd pay it, but such thing was not possible. She also used a product on her face, getting it red/sensitive, so not only did we had to go to the eye doctor and get her prescription done, I also had to urge her to a dermatologist thanks to an allergy reaction, and got prescribed a soap, an allergy pill, and a calming hydrating cream.

I'll post most of the receipts I saved from it... I'm in the negative thanks to it. My mom is 77yo old and has many health issues, so even a small thing is a big scare to us. No family to ask for help, so I needed to use my bank's special credit in fear that it was something more serious.

Imagine trying to raise and feed a baby in a genocide, in the midst of constant bombings and with no aid being allowed in! Israel has killed at least 17,400 children during its war on Gaza! With Israel's constant attacks, survival is no easy feat, especially with a baby so young!

To make things worse, their Gofundme fundraiser was closed by GFM when the campaign organizer Andrea (@roadimusprime) switched how he transferred the money to Nour. I am Shams from Gaza, 17 years old, a girl from a family of 7. I was in my first year of high school before the war. I loved my family, my school, my friends, and life itself. But the war came and took everything I loved away.

The days have passed filled with loss and hunger. We no longer go to school—education has stopped, my school and home were bombed, and now my sister, her four daughters, and I all live in a single room.

We are struggling just to find a bite to eat, to have a roof that protects us from rain, rocket shrapnel, and the smell of gunpowder. Time passed, and I was supposed to take my final exams this year, but the war took away our right to education in every way.

We are facing the worst living conditions—insanely high prices for food, cleaning supplies, and medicine. We are displaced after losing our home. My father was injured while trying to find food; he suffers from a herniated disc in his back.

We are truly in need of help. Life here is almost impossible, and the conditions are extremely harsh. Please help me secure shelter, food, medical care, and at least a livable situation. A little from you can make a big difference.
