Year 3350 After the fourth technological war

Kord Industries:... Industry producing robots for transport and home assistance

Inside the Kord Industries laboratory, a brown-haired man sighed with exhaustion as he looked at the metallic body on a work table.

Ted: After years of work... You're finally back, little Jaime

The man smiled with tears in his eyes as he stroked the machine's faux fur cheek.

Soon a computer with the image of a beetle was activated.

Khaji-Da: Mr. Kord, I remind you that Subject 001's body cannot function without a motherboard, he needs it to connect his human brain to the machinery of the new body.

Ted: I know, I also know they are hard to get...

The man looked at the computer

Khaji-Da: It will also be especially difficult to find a motherboard advanced enough to work in conjunction with the subject's human brain.

Ted: I also know that there are only two AIs with that kind of technology... The first one is at Wayne Industries... And the second one is right here.

The man approached the computer to open its control panel.

Khaji-Da: Sir Kord, you know you won't be able to get me back if you do this, right, plus there's a chance young Reyes' brain will be damaged by my already used motherboard.

Ted: I know, but it doesn't matter as long as he comes back... I'm sorry Khaji, you were a great friend.

Khaji-Da: And you were my creator, I hope you know what you're doing Mr. Ko-...

The man ripped out the motherboard from the computer and approached to the metal body, to open a small gate where in a human a heart opened

Ted: You're going back Jaime, you're going back to your uncle Ted...

Central Street, House number 1940

Inside a single-story house, where there was only a kitchen-dining room, a living room and a bathroom. A 19-year-old boy was laughing as he sat at a table next to a blond man.

Barry: Bart, stop making noise or when Wally gets here he'll know we've been waiting for him, plus your Aunt Iris feels bad about working so hard at the bakery today.

Bart: I'm sorry aunt Iris!

The reddish brown laughed when he saw the woman move uncomfortably in the pile of blankets scattered on the floor.

Suddenly the door of the house was opened by a young red-haired man who looked tired, he seemed to be 24 years old.

Barry/Bart: SURPRISE! WELCOME BACK HOME!

The redhead jumped in fright and then screamed

Wally: WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THEM?!! THEY ALMOST SCARED ME TO DEATH!!

Bart: Don't exaggerate, bro.

Bart ran to the older one and hugged him.

Bart: Do you have my hologram?!! Do you have it?

The redhead nodded as he pulled a shiny metal bucket out of his backpack.

Barry laughed to caress the brown hair

Barry: Listen kid, if they don't accept you into the MRS, it's okay, there will be other opportunities.

Bart denied

Bart: Uncle Barry , I doubt it's every day that a school as prestigious as MRS accepts you to join its scholarship plan.

Barry: Good point, still, don't think we'll love you any less if you're not accepted.

Once Aunt Iris got up to go with them, Bart turned on the device, exploding with excitement (not literally), seeing a bald man in a suit in the hologram.

??: Greetings young lady, young man or young other, I am Lex Lutor, director of the prestigious Metropolis Robotics College. This hologram is your answer to the advanced test you took to enter our scholarship system... And I am personally proud to say...

Everyone looked expectantly at the bald guy.

Lex. Hologram: You have been accepted into our school, you are welcome to join our study program at the end of this year's vacation. This hologram will then be erased. And it will be replaced by one from the list of supplies that was recently updated just for the students of this new year.

Wally: Did you hear that, shorty? You'll come study with me! We'll both get scholarships, but what does it matter!

Jaime knows that his boyfriend is a villain which means that heroes tend to be very rough with him, so when he is tired from being hurt so many times and healing at super speed. Jaime holds him close to him so that his body can rest, which embarrasses Bart.

Mainly because he can't carry Jaime without him feeling like he's going to fall at any moment.

Vile or Pure Love? Part 3

It was horrible, Jaime didn't even want to look at other people in the face at his school. Today they had uploaded a photo of Jaime's locker to the school's website, where to his horror in red and misspelled letters were the words "I love you."

They were looking for the culprit of this event while they told Jaime to attend his classes. While the other faculties on campus were also curious about the "love-struck lunatic," Jaime just wanted to hide from it all.

After finishing his classes, Jaime went to the roof of the university to eat... He had no friends because they used to be cruel to him. Mexican, scholarship student, and a sarcastic smartass in Gotham. Yeah... It wasn't a good combination.

"Hi, can I sit with you? Yes? Thanks!!!" A red-haired boy sat down too close to Jaime. Making him surprised, And who is this?

"Excuse me, but I love my personal space bubble and you're bursting it." Jaime stood up from his spot to face the stranger. "Also, who are you and what's up with that trust?"

"I'll be your future boyfriend! I'm new! I joined today!"

"Well that sounds fantastic, buddy, but please... I already have a lot on my mind to put up with you!" Jaime sighed "I'm sorry, but I have to go."

"Why? Didn't you like my gift?!! It took me a few minutes to finish painting your locker."

Jaime looked at him furiously "IT WAS YOU?!! WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!! UGH!!!.... You know what? Get lost, don't ever come near me again!!!"

Jaime left the place leaving a shocked reddish chestnut.

"Woah, he doesn't know it yet, but he's going to be my husband..."

The boy laughed and sighed.

It was nighttime again and Jaime could only cry as he walked through the dark and desolate streets of the city. Unfortunately, he had not managed to convince the director to keep his scholarship. And today his father had called him to tell him that he was proud that his son was finally studying. The first Reyes to attend university.

He sat down tiredly on a park bench near where he was. He was fed up and annoyed.

"God, why are you doing this to me?... Did I do something wrong?"

"I think you're perfect," said an animated voice.

Jaime turned to the person who had spoken to him, and his face was red from embarrassment. There was the same boy who had taken him to his apartment. With his villain suit and messy hair.

"What are you doing here? Aren't you a Central City villain? You know, sworn enemy of Flash or something?"

"Nah, Flash is boring these days, he just says stuff like 'you're still a kid, you should be hanging out with friends and not trying to destroy heroes' Or something like that he said"

Jaime tried not to laugh, but the way the boy said those things made him look funny.

"God, this is wrong... you are..."

"A cute boy? Sexy? The love of your life?"

"No, a villain" Jaime lowered his head. "There are thousands of reasons why speaking to you is wrong."

"Ah! I get it! It's like the cliché of the good, kind, smart girl and the tough, handsome, bad boy?"

Jaime laughed again. "You seem to be more clumsy than evil, but your fame doesn't help."

"So," Bart approached the boy and lovingly wiped the tears from his face, "why are you crying?"

Jaime sighed to make room for the villain on the bench. He sat down without hesitation. It was a good thing there weren't many people there that night.

"Have you ever felt that no matter what you do... it's impossible to change something that's meant to be? You know, I'm trying to get my family ahead, there are so many of us in such a small house... My dad breaks his back in three different jobs and my uncle can't find a job... My mother and grandmother do what they can to earn some extra money... And my sister is not interested in continuing her studies, so I feel like everything falls on me..."

Jaime looked at the sky with regret.

"I want to give them all the comforts that they gave me... But every time I feel closer, there seems to be an obstacle that prevents me from doing so."

Bart looked at Jaime with sparkles in his eyes... He never thought he would find someone who understood him perfectly.

"Jaime Reyes, if you are mine I promise you that you will not lack anything in life! I even promise you a huge house for your family and!-" Bart took the black-haired man's hands but he shook his head.

"Hey... I appreciate the compliments but, as I told you, being with you would be impossible... Also, don't talk like that, you remind me of that idiot who painted my locker at school, I think he's either crazy or just trying to annoy me."

The villain looked away in sadness. "He sounds like a madman."

Jaime nodded "It doesn't matter as long as he stays away from me."

Jaime stood up from his place and took his things. "Thank you very much for listening to me, seriously." Jaime kissed Bart's cheek gently. "That was doing something good, you earned the kiss."

Bart's face exploded in red as he looked down in shame. He had received a kiss from the boy he likes.

"Jaime Reyes, I don't care what it costs... But I will make you the happiest person in the world and whoever dares to make you cry... Will have to disappear" he whispered as he watched the boy walk away.

He knew it was wrong to kiss a villain, especially if he didn't know how fickle the boy's mind could be... But god. The sweet way she looked at him and listened to him... The way she made him laugh.

Vile or Pure Love? Part 2

The first time Bart saw Jaime it had been an explosion of emotions for the speedster. He was simply in the middle of a battle and the next moment he was facing an angel with deer eyes.

Bart was a young man with problems and he knew it, in his world there were only faces filled with looks of hatred and guilt. The truth is that the boy never expected to find something pure in the world. While the heroes who resisted them were people with well-defined moral values, it did not mean that they were not free of sin.

So when Bart looked at the boy with a face of genuine concern and those lips that surely tasted like the best in the world, he decided that he was going to protect the innocence of those eyes with his life. That was the reason why she was now on top of a building with the boy barely in her arms.

"Ah! Put me down, put me down!!!" *Jaime shouted, he was in the arms of a boy who was not as tall and had less muscle mass than him, Jaime could easily fall if he was careless. Is he going to kill him or something?

"Hey, calm down or I'll throw you away. This is the first time I've carried someone." Bart carefully placed Jaime on the ground of the roof of the building. Jaime gasped in fear. They were going to kill him, weren't they?

"Hey, please leave me alone! I don't have any money but I can do anything else! Just don't do anything to me, I-" Before Jaime could continue his verbal ramblings, Bart lunged forward to hug Jaime. Jaime stood there bewildered as he watched the speedster rub his face in his chest

"I want you for myself" *Bart said as he buried his face deeper into the civilian's chest* "You smell good, you smell like food"

Jaime's face turned red. "Oh, I guess it's the smell of the school cafeteria."

Bart laughed to look into Jaime's eyes "I want you to tell me your name and your school"

Jaime looked at the boy impatiently. Why did he want to know that? Was he going to blow up the place and then blame Jaime?

"Please! I just want to know that! Come on, come on!" Bart's body was surrounded by lightning at the boy's excitement. Jaime gasped in fear and nodded "Jaime Reyes from Gotham Law School" he said suddenly

"That sounds good! I'll visit you! So don't talk to any other guy but me!" *Bart said* *Just kidding, you can talk to other people... But you can't flirt with anyone! Absolutely no one!"

Jaime nodded and his face turned even redder when the speedster gave him a kiss on the neck. "I don't want our first kiss to be now yet, I want it to be special" Bart said to hug Jaime's neck.

After a while and Bart deciding that he should return to his allies, he tried to take Jaime again to get him off the building.

"No! Don't do it! It's okay! I can go down alone, you can go... My apartment is not far!"

Bart shook his head, "It's only a gentlemanly thing to take your partner home! My mom taught me that! Let me do it," he said determinedly.

"We're both men, you don't have to be-" Jaime moaned as a hand covered his mouth.

"Let me... Do it..."

The black-haired boy nodded as he sighed in fear. He had to play along with the boy until he could report this to the police the next day.

For that reason, once Bart left him in front of the building he had told him about, he tried to leave immediately. Until a hand took his.

"Na-ah, something's missing!" The auburn-haired boy smiled as he pointed to his cheek. "MY KISS OF THANK YOU."

Jaime's face turned cherry red again as he approached Bart and then... caressed only his cheek

"You can't get a kiss until you deserve it, this was nice... But it doesn't earn you a kiss" Jaime said cunningly. Bart gasped and then pouted. "How unfair! But that's how it has to be! Tell me... How do I win a kiss?"

"I don't know, doing something good?"

Bart laughed at the black-haired boy's innocence, he didn't notice that Bart was a real villain.

"Okay Jaime Reyes, I'll do something good to earn that kiss... See you soon" he said to caress the boy's hand that was still on his cheek

Vile or Pure Love? Part 1

It was nighttime in the dark and cold Gotham City as Jaime Reyes was on his way to his apartment near his university. It had been a tough day, he had argued with the principal because they apparently wanted to take away the scholarship he had worked so hard to get. Maybe he would have to work in his free time.

Once he turned the corner, his body tensed as he watched the group of people escape from the place. Maybe he should have done the same when he could and not when he was in a place too exposed to see the fight between the Gotham vigilantes and the group of young villains.

He quickly tried to get to a safe place as he had no option to escape because of the destroyed cars blocking the streets. A normal night in Goth apparently. It's funny that they actually teach you at university how to be safe in these cases.

His heart was pounding as he tried to cover himself from the lightning and weapons of the battle.

Jaime gasped when he saw a body hit the wall near which he was standing.

"Ay por Dios!" (Oh my God!) Jaime said as he ran towards the person, it was probably due to the habit of helping people that he didn't care if the boy turned out to be a villain or not. So when he came closer and started checking the boy out for any signs that would indicate something. A muffled scream was what was heard from Jaime when the boy suddenly stood up, causing both of them to collide their foreheads.

They both looked at each other uneasily.

"Are you okay?" Jaime asked with genuine concern, what he didn't expect was the intense blush that covered the opponent's face

"God, you're so Crash" the speedster whispered and then smiled strangely

Jaime did not know that by making that kind gesture he had signed his own sentence.

A villain had been totally lost and smitten by him. Great.

In an alternate universe where some heroes ended up being villains. There is Bartholomew Allen

Villain from the future, where in his time his parents were murdered and his dreams ruined. He swore to only improve his future and save his family no matter the cost. By traveling back in time he becomes the Reverse Flash's apprentice.

So this takes place before Jaime is Blue Beetle.

Jaime Reyes, a young Mexican who went to Gotham to study law to support his family... One night while walking to his apartment, he was caught in the crossfire between the batfamily and the Young Injustice team

In the middle of a battle, a speedster falls due to an accidental attack by a member of his team. Jaime, without thinking, approaches to see if the boy is okay.

¿How does this end? With a speedster in love with a civilian who will be the future hero who will seek to put a stop to the misdeeds of the villains.

A week after the big reveal

*If you asked Bart, he would say that one of the worst things that has ever happened to him in his life, besides getting lost in his childhood past... is without a doubt having lost the love of his life and being eating pizza on the roof of Titans Tower while listening to Conan Gray*

Bart: WISH I WERE HEATHER!!! *He screamed while crying profusely, honestly Bart had never gone through a disappointment in love, Jaime always took care of pampering him and keeping the love that Bart still had for him burning... But now?*

*The hero didn't know how to feel, happy because Jaime will surely have someone wonderful? Or sad because he is not that person...*

Bart: Jaime... Jaime... *Mumbling the name* Our children would be called Henry and Theo! And you would shout at them 'Teodoro!!! Enrique!!!' when they were misbehaving!!! But no!!!!

*without realizing it a silhouette sat behind him*

Jaime: That sounds adorable, Bart...

Bart: Oh shi- JAIME!

Jaime: Hey buddy, can I join you? *he said pointing to the spot next to Bart*

*The brown-haired boy nodded embarrassedly as he hurriedly turned off the songs he was listening to*

Bart: And... How is Jenny?

Jaime: It's okay, as okay as someone can be after breaking up a relationship that didn't even last 15 days... Haha...

Bart: That sounds great- wait! What?!!! You and Jenny broke up??! Why?

*Jaime laughed as he grabbed a slice of pizza* Jaime: It's complicated... She said she didn't want to date a guy who was already in love with someone else

Bart: *when he's just starting to date Upon hearing that Jaime broke up with his girlfriend his smile faded upon hearing that Jaime liked someone else* Do you like someone?! Do I know him/her?!!!

Jaime: I would say very well... He's cute, somewhat reddish hair... Fast, funny, cute, freckled, a little weirdo...

Bart: That sounds like Wally- You like Wally?!

Jaime: Eres idiota? (Are you an idiot?) No! I like you!!! Clumsy!

Bart: Ah, I see...

Bart: *he smiled as he threw herself at Jaime* I LOVE YOU!!! *he quickly began to kiss him non-stop*

Jaime: I know, but I warn you Bartholomew Allen... No weddings until you are at least 25 years old...

Bart: *rolled his eyes with a smile* Enough time to look at the outfits for the wedding!

Jaime: You never change

Bart: And yet I fell in love with you!

5 years later

Bart: I'M NOT GIVING UP YET!!! *he shouted while packing chocolates and mini stuffed animals into a Valentine's Day box*

Garfield: Hey bro, don't you think that's enough? I mean, Jaime is already part of Nightwing's young league.

Bart: Yes, and? I'm not far from catching up with him in the league.

Garfield: I'm surprised you haven't given up for so many years, I don't know anyone who has been rejected so many times.

Bart: I don't care, Jaime when he rejects me always says "you'll see that when you grow up you won't feel the same", which is not a definitive no! Obviously if he tells me directly to stop, I will.

Garfield: And you don't think he says it like that so he doesn't hurt you?

Bart: I don't think so, Jaime likes to be direct a lot, on missions or in the Titans Tower he always complains to me if he's angry. He is direct if he doesn't like something, like when he yelled at Kon that he didn't like him hugging him from behind.

Garfield: Whatever you say Romeo *he rolled his eyes with a smile at how stubborn his friend can be*

*The elevator bell of the Titans Tower was heard, which meant that one of the new members or their instructors had arrived*

Kon: That was horrible, I've never had a blow hurt so much like that!

Tim: Kon, you got hit with Kryptonite

Kon: I know!!

Jaime: Silly *he laughed and then looked in surprise at the brown-haired boy who had a surprise box in his hands* Uh, Bart? What is this?

Bart: Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Bart: Merry Christmas!!!

Jaime: *A laugh escaped from his lips as he approached the youngest* It's adorable, thanks Bart

Cassie: *she sighed, Bart had to know something*... And um, Jaime? What are you going to say to your girlfriend when she sees that you have a romantic gift?

Tim/Kon: You dared! *They looked at the girl in surprise*

Bart: What? Girlfriend? *he lowered the gift a little to look at Cassie in surprise and then at Jaime in disappointment* Do you have a girlfriend?

Jaime: *he looked away a little* Yes, I... I was going to introduce them to you tonight

Bart: Oh, that sounds... Fantastic *he tried to smile.* I ummm... I have to go, I forgot that I promised Iris that I would help her clean her house.

Jaime: *took his hand gently* Bart, can't you do that later? I want to talk to you

Bart: I'm sorry Jaime... I have to go *he said somewhat hurt*

Jaime: I... I understand.

Three years later

*In a room, there was a reddish brown boy crying his eyes out while his... Cousin? Uncle? They didn't even know who they were. The point is that I was comforting him.*

Wally: So... Are you crying because you saw Jaime with another boy?

Bart: Yeah!? -he hid his face in the pillow he had in his hands again- They were hugging each other too much and Jaime wouldn't let go!

Wally: And you asked Jaime who he was?

Bart: Obviously not, I didn't think I could stand being around that unknown boy! Why did he hug Jaime so much?!! Does he like him or something?

Wally: -rolled his eyes- Bart, you're already 18, you should be more mature and ask Jaime

Bart: *shaking his head* Haven't you seen the way he looks at me? He does it as if I were still a child... No matter how many times I confess my love, or how many times I flirt or try to make him jealous... He only sees me as that kid who gave him poorly drawn drawings of his superhero version.

Wally: Then why do you continue?

Bart: Because I really like Jaime, Wally... When I was 15 I expected to like girls and boys my age, but no... There was only Jaime in my head... At my high school prom I was invited by several cute people, and all I could think about was how nice it would have been if Jaime was younger and I could take him to the party.

Wally: And what do you plan if he tells you that he wants to be with you? -he laughed-

Bart: I don't know, marry him? Have kids with him? Retire from being superheroes together?

Wally: That sounds nice Bart, I guess I like that you don't give up easily.

*In a cafe in the center of the metropolis, a group of boys were eating comfortably at one of the tables in the place*

Kon: So, Jaime... *adjusts his glasses* are you planning to accept a child date from Bart? He's been insisting on a date with you since he was 10, the boy is already 15, he's not going to wait for you forever.

Jaime: Of course not, he is very young and I know that this 'crush' is just that, something childish.

Cassie: Don't be cruel to him, I think it's cute how he dedicates his medals to you from his athletics club.

Jaime: *sighed* Of course I think he's cute, but Bart is that, a child, he doesn't know what he wants, he can say he wants to be with me but in the future I bet he'll want a girlfriend!

Tim: Just tell him yes to any of his nonsense, the dwarf should stop being obsessed with courting you if you say yes, maybe it's just a whim

*It was then that the boys were interrupted by a 15-year-old boy who quickly entered the place*

Bart: Jaime!!! You came to eat here and you didn't tell me?! I could have accompanied you! *He said disappointed* Ow... I saved up to take you here, I know you like the desserts from this place

Jaime: *gasp, maybe he should listen to his friends and fulfill just this whim and then the boy would leave him alone* Well, I haven't asked for anything yet

*Bart's eyes lit up and he pulled out a dirty bag that had lots of pennies in it*

Bart: I saved every coin I found on the street!

Jaime: ... that's it... Nice, very nice Barthy* he gently stroked the boy's hair before walking to the bar to place his order*

Kon: I bet you 10 dollars that Bart eventually gives up.

Cassie: I'll bet 20 that Jaime gets a girlfriend and Bart walks away.

Tim: I bet 100 that they end up together in the very future
