Unfortunately, Kronos wasn't exactly lining up for father of the year. He absolutely despised his sons, ya know, with the whole procthocy from Gaia telling him his children would overthrow him 😬 BUT! Hades did have a very loving mother 🥺

In honor of your lovely new drawing, I'd like to ask what's the age gap between the siblings? I'm assuming the sisters are pretty close in age, but what about their brother?

Awww, thank you ☺️. Okay, so I have changed the age gaps because I finally figured out my Hades X Persephone plot 💀.

Zagreus was born a few months before Hercules, making him about 18 years old during the events of the movie. Melione is 2 years younger than her brother, making her 16. Makaria is 4 years younger, making her 14. While Brimos was born some time after Hades’ defeat, so he’s the baby of the four, lol.

I have my own mini-story about the children surrounding the aftermath of Hades' failed attack on Olympus. It's essentially just Hades under house arrest while his kids ensure the Underworld doesn't collapse into chaos.

Do you use the Disney Hercules Series Cupid for your setting? There's an alleged design of him in the movie even though it isn't confirmed to be him

So, I do use the movie version for Eros/Cupid as it fits better with my Hedone design. However, I am all for making the TV series Cupid, an older brother to Eros or another love god that he works alongside with.

I'm pretty sure this is supposed to be Eros and Psyche. Am trying to look back at some of the background characters from the movie to determine which god thier supposed to be.

Hahahaha! I tend to change my profile pic a lot just for the fun of it. It's just a random drawing of Persephone I did a few weeks back 😊. As you can see, I was a little lazy and didn't want to draw her headdress, lol.

do you think hestia and hades would be close siblings since they’re the two oldest?

So, for my AU, Hades and Hestia are unfortunately not siblings. BUT! they definitely developed a sibling relationship during the titanomachy. Kinda like a forged- in-war connection. Both were the oldest gods, and they were definitely making sure the others weren't fooling around on the battlefield 🫠. I like to think during the war when Hestia started to dabble in baking, Hades was basically her walking oven because of his ability to manipulate fire 🤣. Hades definitely has a soft spot for Hestia. They don't get to talk much, but when they do, it's always meaningful. Best believe every Olympus party he's eating all the desserts because no one bakes as good as Hestia does 😉.

besides hades and persephone who are your favorite couples in the greek mythos?

I have quite a few, Dionysus and Ariadne, Demeter and Iasion ect. but my favourite is Eros and Psyche. I absolutely love their Disney designs! and i've drawn my own OC for their daughter Hedone 😊. I am tempted to maybe try my own twist on the myth, as I can't seem to find a lot of retellings of the myth.

Thank you for asking first! I truly appreciate that 🙂 But, I do prefer that you don't use my concepts and OCs for your own AU. My designs are very personal to me and have taken me a considerable amount of time to create. I am more than happy for people to enjoy my art and create fan art. However, I believe that when it comes to creating your own AU, you should develop your own characters and designs. It's part of the creative journey and can be really fun.
