DO THEY KNOW THAT THE CLONES WILL NOT SURVIVE WHEN THEY MAKE IT TO EDEN? HOW DO THEY FEEL ABOUT IT?

i don't think cala would know because she's really just a scavenger like she isn't a scientist or really ? that important in the grand order of things and it's actually great that she doesn't know because her hippy ass would NOT react well i'm afraid … very much can't even stomp on a bug so i think that morally she would have a lot of pushback . because i genuinely don't think she can even kill or hurt an infected person ? like in her vegan , pacifist perspective she can only compute like willing voluntary sacrifice if anything ( like how sometimes only animals that die naturally or taken for meat or a free range kind of thing you know ) so if she did find out she'd be the first to try and help the clones escape, like unfortunately she would fail the trolley problem because it's really hard for her to consider the masses versus the individual especially when the individual is someone she KNOWS, you know?

HOW DID THEY COME TO JOIN THE GROUP OF TRAVELERS?

cala figures that there's safety in numbers . it was the foundation that she was raised on after all . born in raised in a commune that served as her village, cala quickly learned that people needed people . not just family , or friends . but strangers . acquaintances . everyone needed each other and from a young age she was quick to accept that she was just one piece in a cog . raised by a polyamorous triad with a grand total of seven adopted siblings , the loneliness of the apocalypse struck cala like a hammer . the commune was one of the last to fall , with it's high walls and it's remote location . but fall it did . and her family was separated for it . she comes with some of her siblings but not all of them , and with the loss of their mother's humanity to infection they are hoping that the cure can bring their last remaining parent back to them . traveling with the group is almost comforting in comparison to the loneliness of it being a handful of their siblings . there's comfort in the noise of people shuffling about , in the warmth of bodies next to hers even if they're unfamiliar . she tries to enjoy it even under the circumstances . it's difficult , but maintaining hope in difficult situations is one of cala's strongest skills .

inspired by fatima from from < 3 fatima i love and miss you … anyways , hippy princess . is trying to maintain a vegan or at least vegetarian diet under these circumstances and boy does she have a big storm coming . i picture the commune she grew up in as literally the kind of community that people would build in a zombie apocalypse like … high walls and a lot of greenery idk . in the middle of NOWHERE truly, so it took the apocalypse a while to find them but when it did they were absolutely taken out for the most part < / 3 because they did NOT believe in weapons or anything so no defenses ! cala was homeschooled and unfortunately her and all her siblings give off that energy < / 3 they're all the equivalent of the weird kids in the back of the classroom but they're just the strange ones in the back of the group . somehow hasn't killed anything yet and feels incredibly strongly against it atm . she's got a big storm coming idk what to tell you . will probably cry and do something vaguely spiritual every time she DOES have to kill i won't lie to you ,,, beth and carol's arc from the walking dead i'm looking at you both so hard . their mom is infected and back at the commune and they're hoping to bring the cure back to her considering that their other two parents already kicked the bucket < / 3 idk if there's any saving that woman but you can't tell cala that or she might leave pacifism behind to fist fight you idk . a lover and not a fighter truly . would be a medic but she only knows like . natural healing and things like turning leaves into paste and putting them on wounds, which could be helpful but is not like Medical Medical yk . so she scavenges because in the commune everything was recycled and reused and repurposed ( HUGELY environmentally friendly ) so she's kind of been raised on that and can really make something out of nothing

𝑾𝑨𝑵𝑻𝑬𝑫 𝑪𝑶𝑵𝑵𝑬𝑪𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵𝑺 . just something to spring off of for plotting things .

a feel like a polar opposite personality could be really fun for her , like a stark contrast . idk if they'd be friends or enemies or what , but it would be interesting . on that note , someone who absolutely hates them and their like woowoo stuff would also be valid and i'd also like to see it . someone just wary over the girl who weeps and murmurs over every fallen hallow idk ,,, someone who has a similar outlook could also be interesting . someone who cala trends to bring little gifts back for when scavenging ( either a close friend or like someone who they kind of want to cheer up ) , the classic someone who saved them from a hallow because lbr , i fear they probably hesitated to kill it .

were they born ? does waking up in a lab count as a birth ? they're not quite sure it does . and yet that's what happened . that's how they came to be .

does a lack of birth mean a lack of humanity ? a lack of personhood ? what were they ? what were they , truly ? a replica . a shadow of something real . a ghost —

they were wyatt . it was one of the first and only things they remembered about themself initially . a gift from who they were a remnant of . they were grateful for that present ; they don't know who they'd be without it . if all they had to go off of for their sense of self was what they were told from the scientists in the lab .

oh , that's another gift from their past self , innate within their body : a sense of distrust that's almost bone deep . a feeling that something was wrong . this ... suspicion that they couldn't shake . it had to be there for a reason didn't it ? it had to mean something , if it was programmed into their fucking — cells , or whatever .

so wyatt keeps it . nurtures it . feeds it . they're lying to her . she knows they're lying to her . they're keeping things from her . she knows they are . she just needs one of them to crack . someone to crack . anyone and then she'll have the truth .

very short intro because i actually ? don't know what to say about a muse who doesn't remember their own personal history ... and idk if i should make it a surprise or not ... so maybe i keep this vague . but wyatt a bit of an asshole unfortunately < / 3 especially to scientists and soldiers and not as much to everybody else . unfortunately she walks around with a chip on her shoulder that comes from distrust and she has no intentions of losing it any time soon . probably isn't much better with the other clones , like generally is kind of gruff but does feel SOME thread of solidarity to them because they're in the same situation ? that said WILL wyatt leave them if it comes down to them or her ? it really depends fr . selectively protective , it really depends on the bond they've got with the person or they will leave them for dust . does not care much about saving the world ? like they're not even sure they fully believe the scientists when they say that's what they're all doing unfortunately . * wyatt vc * question authority people ! a hater < / 3 probably will only smile if they find a pack of cigarettes during all this mess because the body remembers and they WILL use muscle memory to smoke ! also omg , yeah they don't remember pretty much anything from before , little just muscle memory things so rip to them , they hate it here .

friends < 3 but that might be hard given their personality so there might only be akjdds a couple of those . someone who wyatt finds it difficult to shut out maybe . someone who they hate ! someone who seems familiar like they can't shake why this person gives them the strangest sense of deja vu ( perhaps they new the og yk ,,, idk we love drama ) . i'd say someone who they're suspicious of but that's nearly everyone i fear . a fling idk ? again would be based on vibes . someone who they DO feel protective over would be interesting but again only one slot open for that i fear . i lost their app but i did have them point a gun ? at someone i think during their interview questions and they weren't actually gonna shoot OF COURSE but that could be an interesting connection idk . was probably a scientist or soldier . something sibling-like will always get me i fear < 3 someone who saved them from someone infected who they REALLY don't want to owe anything ( could be anyone i fear , they'd hate owing anyone anything regardless ) , someone who they saved from the infected and still don't really know why ... yeah .
