Do you ever worry about your future? (i.e.: college, marriage, kids, etc)
Well I can't say it doesn't happen, but it's not really worrying about marriage and kids because I know deep in my soul that these things just aren't for me. Whenever I try to imagine myself in those roles, I want to jump out of my skin, so no, I'm pretty sure that's out of the picture. Still, I do worry about whether people around me can accept me the way I am and whether everyone will move on and build their own families, leaving me utterly alone. Now those are the worries that keep me up at night.
Does your family use coasters? Is anyone in your family excessively tidy?
Usually we do. And yes, my mum is sometimes ridiculously tidy.
What’s your least favorite chore to do around the house? Do you have to do this often?
Cleaning the kitchen or bathroom sink or the shower drain for sure. I used to hate dishes, but I have a dishwasher now, and tbh, this is much much worse.
If you went to your mom/dad or whoever you live with and said “hey, I’ll clean the whole house if you give me 20 bucks” would they go for it? Would you raise the price?
I don't think my sister would go for it because: 1) she doesn't earn her own money yet and 2) why the fuck would she accept when I do it for free anyway
Are you usually late, early or right on time?
Usually a bit early, though it really depends on the traffic.
If you wrote a journal entry about your last date, what would it say?
I don't write journal entries.
On a scale of 1 to 5 how organized are you?
I think I come across as much more organized than I actually am tbh. So I don't really know. Maybe like 2.5 or 3.
Name a movie you can watch over and over again and not be bored with?
Let's say Mean Girls.
Do you wear pajamas to places other than at your house?
Well yeah, if I travel somewhere and stay at an apartment or a hotel.
Do you take showers in the morning or at night more?
In the evening usually.
What is the wallpaper on your cellphone?
It's just a white Samsung theme with a little cartoon cat.
Do you still have your tonsils?
Yup.
What is the worst thing someone has ever done to you?
It's hard to remember the specifics since I'm currently in a pretty good mood and would rather not ruin it by reminiscing about the people that have wronged me in the past lol
Have you ever gone nude/streaked in public?
Not since I was a very small child.
Do you snore? Steal the covers? Roll around in your sleep?
I think I sleep like a corpse most of the time. Like, sounds do wake me up, but when it's quiet, I don't move an inch.
Why aren’t you with the person you love?
I don't love anyone romantically. Otherwise, I am with a bunch of people that I love.
Could you go out in public looking like you do now?\
I mean, I'm a bit of a mess but sure.
Do you like the rain?
Yes, sometimes it fits the mood.
What is your mom listed under in your phone?
I listed her as "mother" in Japanese because I don't want to forget how to write it.
Do you like going to the dentist?
I do actually. I'm a bit of a minority in this, but I find all those medical procedures and checkups kind of interesting. Like, I doubt I'd enjoy if anything was seriously wrong with me, but when it's these small things, I really don't mind.
Are you afraid of speaking to large audiences?
Yes. I'm afraid of speaking to small audiences too.
Are you afraid to tell the truth sometimes?
All the time.
What’s one quality about yourself that you feel sets you back but also helps you?
Uhhh, well sometimes I feel like my natural tendency to question everything might be it. Of course that's good, but it also makes me not really trust anyone, you know? Like, I have friends that I've known for over a decade and I still sometimes question their words and motives, which kind of sucks on my part.
Was anyone who had been in your company today in a bad mood?
I haven't been in anyone's company yet.
The last time you felt sick what exactly was wrong?
I don't remember the last time that happened.
What did you do today?
Got up, had my usual standup call, did some research for the next article, wrote like 10 words then gave up because I already met my quota for this month and it's Friday. Maybe I'll just catch up on Sunday, or maybe I won't even bother.

1~ What quality do you value most highly in others?
Definitely stuff like emotional intelligence and warmth because I struggle with this stuff myself. I have a very hard time connecting with people on that level and when I see someone do it so effortlessly (and genuinely), I'm always really impressed.
2~ Are you more aggressive or mellow?
Mellow. I'm very conflict-avoidant.
3~ Who has made the biggest sacrifice for you?
My parents, surely.
4~ Do you take any vitamins or medication?
Not really regularly, no.
5~ Do you want to grow old with someone?
Yes, with my best friend. I want us to stay like this forever. I don't care about growing old with a partner though, I don't think such a thing is for me at all.
6~ Do you treat others better or worse than yourself and why?
I think I treat others better because I'm one hell of a people pleaser sometimes, always worried that others might drop me if I don't try my best. But I can't technically drop myself, so...
7~ What sound is annoying you right now?
Nothing's really annoying me right now.
8~ Where was your last vacation to?
Transylvania, Dracula's castle.
9~ Where was your last car ride to?
To a restaurant earlier in the afternoon, we went for a family lunch.
10~ Where did you last walk to?
Uhh, upstairs to my bedroom.
11~ What gives you a peaceful feeling?
Driving down an empty straight road at night when there are barely any cars and no people on the streets. Only me, my music, and city lights.
12~ Are you a light sleeper?
So-so, it used to be worse.
13~ When you sleep next to someone who usually falls asleep first?
Usually the other person does, just because it takes me forever to fall asleep unless I'm really exhausted.
14~ How many people have a piece of your heart?
I don't know, a couple.
15~ What do your salt and pepper shakers look like?
We don't keep salt and pepper in shakers.
16~ When was the last time you hurt yourself?
I don’t remember.
**continued from who knows when :D**
17~ Would you rather live in the city, suburbs or the country?
I'm a city person, or at the very least suburbs. I grew up in a small town and can't imagine ever returning to one for good--not while I'm young anyway. There's really nothing to do there and every day looks exactly the same. I need some vibrancy, some activity, otherwise I feel like I'm suffocating.
18~ Have you ever built something?
Yes, houses in Sims.
19~ Are you more of a maker and giver, or a taker and user?
A little bit of both, I think.
20~ Do you take naps?
Not normally, unless I pull an all-nighter. I function on very few hours of sleep without much difficulty.
21~ Do you buy holiday gifts early or at the last minute?
Lol I never do anything early, it's something I've been struggling for years. Everything's always last minute.
22~ Do you laugh when there is no joke and dance when there is no music?
I'm sure it has happened before?
23~ If someone else were to describe you what would you hope they would say?
That I'm a meaningful person in their life who is fun and easy to talk to. I never feel like any of this is true, so of course, it would be nice to hear it from someone else. I might not really believe it, but still.
24~ What is the dirtiest habit you can think of?
Hmmmmmm nothing comes to mind right now.
25~ Do you ever need ‘quiet time’?
Yeah, and I get plenty of it, working from home and all. Thing is, I need quiet time for myself, which is something I haven't had much of lately. Like, it's quiet, but there's always 50 billion things to do. I hate adulthood ;-;
26~ Do you think it is harder for a parent to outlive their child or for the child to outlive their parent?
Probably the former, though I feel a pit in my stomach whenever I imagine my parents not being around.
27~ What was your best find from a flea market, garage sale, ebay or thrift?
Well I have been to flea markets before, but tbh I don't remember at all.
28~ What is one selfish thing you tend to do?
Eat the entire chocolate instead of leaving half for my sister when she's not at home.
29~ What kinds of people do you find intimidating?
Tbh, no one in particular. Like, people who really have their shit together can be a little unsettling, but then again, I probably come across like that to some people too and that's not the case at all.
30~ Out of everyone you know who has the most unique personality?
Chris hands down. I like to befriend unconventional people, but Chris is just, I don't know where to begin to describe his personality. Sometimes it feels like he genuinely just came to visit from Mars.
31~ When do you do your best thinking?
In the shower. Running water of any kind inspires me.
32~ What was a choice that you didn’t want to make but you had to?
Well, shutting out a certain someone from my life. It was a very hard choice at the time, but yeah, I had to.
33~ Have you ever written a letter to a soldier?
I don't know any soldiers.
34~ What does your favorite coffee mug look like?
Umm, it's black with some orange Halloween motif.
35~ What age do you think it is most difficult to be?
Well I haven't lived through all the ages yet, so it may be a little hard to tell, but so far teen years and mid-to-late twenties take the cake.
36~ Do you think you could handle a day in jail?
Yeah, it's a day. Even if it's absolutely dreadful, I could handle it.
37~ Who is the most overbearing person you know?
I'm actually not sure.
38~ Have you ever been on a trampoline?
Yup, not too long ago either.
39~ What do you use batteries for the most often?
Remotes.
40~ Would you prefer to wrap your own presents or have them all gift wrapped?
I like wrapping presents (tho we don't usually wrap them here anyway), but if there were many, I'd have them wrapped. I'm really slow with arts and crafts.

Do you ever wonder how Atheist people raise their kids?
I mean, just normal? I was raised by an atheist and an agnostic, I guess the only difference is that they never really taught me about religion whatsoever, so when I was asked in school which faith I identify with, I had no idea what to say. But they never told me I can't read the Bible if I wanted to (only read part of the kids' one tho), and we still celebrated Christmas and Easter like everyone else. Tbh, hearing about some people's experiences with growing up in religious households, I'm glad mine wasn't like that.
If you’re atheist, would you raise you kids believing in God or not?
I'm more of an agnostic, but if I ever had kids (which I don't want to), I'd raise them like my parents raised me. They can explore on their own, I can answer some questions, and that's it. I won't push anything onto them, especially not something I don't really believe in either.
How long does it usually take you to finish answering a survey?
Depends, I'm done with some in ten minutes, others in half an hour or more.
Do you spell it gray or grey?
Usually grey, but depends if I'm using American or British spelling.
If you make surveys, how do you decide about its title?
I don't.
When are you going back to school?
I'm done with school.
If you don’t go to school anymore, what do you do?
I work, attend German classes, deal with the crushing reality of everyday existence. As everyone else.
Do you care about other people’s status messages?
Hmmm where? I can only check those now on WhatsApp, and yes, I do that. I'm too nosey not to.
Do you like reading self help books?
Nah, it's just not for me.
What is your opinion on sex change?
Those who want it should go for it, I'm glad such options exist for trans people.
Do you think that this will take away the essence of gay pride?
I have no clue what this means, tbh, but the answer is probably no.
What do you do when you tell a really bad joke?
I laugh at myself and give myself a highfive while others all sigh and groan.
If you’re still a virgin, how important is your virginity to you?
It's not important and I think the whole concept and discussion around it is stupid. Like, I'd just get rid of that whole idea entirely. It seriously fucked with my head when a gynecologist reacted like I'm some mythical creature just because I'm over 20 and have never had sex with a man. I'm still dealing with that shame sometimes, and I'm not even attracted to men like that.
If you have lost it already, do you regret it?
As I said, it doesn't mean anything to me, so no, I wouldn't regret it. But tbh, I can't see myself in that situation, being ace and all.
Do you believe in marriage? Why or why not?
Well I mean sure, but I don't personally see that much of a point. I guess there are financial benefits and so on, but ehhh, I don't know.
Do you like having a huge group of friends or would you rather have few close friends?
A few close friends.
Do you have any goals for this summer? If so, what are they?
Summer is far away, but I'd like to travel somewhere, I guess.
Or do you plan on getting a summer job? Or do you already have one?
I have a job--not just a summer one.
If so, where do you work and what do you do?
Content writing and translating.
Do you watch the TV Show Skins? If so, who’s your favorite character?
I don't.
And which generation do you prefer? Or do you equally love both?
Refer to the above.
Do you know someone who still typpe thiszz wayy?
Has anyone ever typed that way?
Would you take a break after graduating from high school (like, postpone going to college for a year or so)?
Well I didn't--it's not exactly a common thing to do here, but I think it's not bad. Like, if you can afford it, why not travel a bit before college?
Do you feel tired after stretching?
Not normally.
Can you get a strike at bowling?
I did a few times. Beginner's luck!
Do you use Facebook? If so, what is your favorite application there?
I don't use it anymore.
It seems like everyone’s addicted to Twitter these days - are you?
Nope. I'm barely ever on there.

1. Did you wake up cranky?
No, I struggled to wake up but felt surprisingly fine once I did.
2. Would you date an 18-year-old at the age you are now?
Nah. They're waaaay too young.
3. Do you prefer to be friends with girls or boys?
I don't really care, but I've always had more girl friends. I guess I just relate to them better.
4. Would you ever smile at a stranger?
Yeah, why not.
5. Can you commit to one person?
Tbh, I definitely have some commitment issues. Not so much in a sense that I need to be with more people at once, but rather that as soon as things start looking serious (even with friends), my avoidant attachment kicks in.
6. How do you look right now?
Just as I always do when I'm sitting around the house.
7. What exactly are you wearing right now?
Black leggings, black socks, and a black Christmas sweater with a deer on it. Yes, I'm aware we're waaay past Christmas now.
8. How often do you listen to music?
Usually I listen to it in the car.
9. Do you wear jeans or sweats more?
Jeans, but lately cargos are my go-to.
10. Do you think your life will change dramatically before 2014?
Lol damn. Well, I don't think my life changed dramatically then, but it did in 2014.
11. Are you a social or an antisocial person?
I'm not either, I guess you'd say I'm a bit asocial. But I'm not actively antisocial.
12. If the person you like says they like someone else, what would you say?
Well, nothing. I mean, what can I do? I'd just accept it and try to move on.
13. Are you good at hiding your feelings?
A little too good, I'd like to unlearn some of that.
14. Can you drive a stick shift?
Yup.
15. Do you care if people talk badly about you?
Sure, I don't think anyone enjoys when other speak badly about them.
16. Are you going out of town soon?
Probably, yes. To this big teambuilding event.
17. When was the last time you cried?
I know for sure I cried on Tuesday.
18. Have you ever liked someone you didn’t expect to?
Hmm, you could kind of say so. I never really expected to consider dating a girl.
19. If you could change your eye color, would you?
I like my eye colour, but sure. Wouldn't hurt to try a different one.
20. Name something you have to do tomorrow?
Tomorrow will just be a day for seeing people I haven't seen for a while.
21. Name something you dislike about the day you’re having.
My day was actually perfectly and then I suddenly started feeling so restless at 12 AM and had no idea what to do. That happens so often, like everything's just fine and then my brain goes like "But aren't you enjoying yourself too much?" Like, leave me alone, man.
22. Have you ever liked one of your best friends of the opposite sex?
Another difficult question, so I'll say kinda. And I think that same friend liked me back at the time.
23. Are you nice to everyone?
I try to be, but tbh, I wish I wasn't really always.
24. What are you sitting on right now?
The couch in my living room.
25. Do you think you can last in a relationship for 6 months and not cheat?
Cheating would not be the issue at all. The issue would be if I'm able to not get spooked by feelings and run away. I used to be better about this, but I feel like I've definitely regressed in this department.
26. Have you ever wanted someone you couldn’t have?
Not really.
27. Who was the last person you talked to before you went to bed last night?
I think my cat lol.
28. Do you get a lot of colds?
Not normally, but in the past few months I did.
29. Have your pants ever fallen down in public?
Nope.
30. Does anyone hate you?
I don't know. I can think of one person who might, but I'm not sure even she does either.
31. Do you have someone of the opposite sex you can tell everything to?
Kind of, but I'm not sure I could tell everything to anyone.
32. Do you like watching scary movies?
Yess, my favourite genre.
33. Are you a jealous person?
Not normally. But I've had my moments in the past, when I was much younger.
34. If you had to delete one year of your life completely, which would it be?
I don't think I'd delete any of them. Even 2020 and 2023, both of which absolutely sucked, I'd still keep.
35. Did you have a dream last night?
I did but I completely forgot what it was about.
36. Is there anyone you can tell EVERYTHING to?
Again, I do think there are people who would listen and not judge, but the problem is literally just in me and my need for privacy.
37. Do you think you’ll be married in 5 years?
No. I have no interest in marriage.
38. Do you think someone has feelings for you?
Idk, I rarely assume that. The friend I mentioned before, I'm not sure if he still feels that way and I'm also not sure how serious another friend is when he jokingly talks about us dating. But I'm always inclined to say no.
39. Do you think someone is thinking about you right now?
I doubt it, it's late and most people I know are asleep.
40. Did you have a good day yesterday?
It was good, actually.
41. Think back 2 months ago; were you in a relationship?
Nope.
42. Is your life anything like it was two years ago?
In some ways it is, in other ways, it's completely different. My living situation is largely the same, but I feel like I've totally changed as a person in the past few years.
43. If the person you wish to be with were with you, what would you be doing right now?
I don't have such a person.
44. What’s the best part about school?
When you're done and you can go home.
45. Do you have any pictures on your Facebook?
I deleted my FB.
46. Do you ever pass notes to your friends in school?
We did pass notes sometimes, and then later we transitioned to texting.
47. Do you replay things that have happened in your head?
Often. Way, way too often.
48. Were you single over the last summer?
Of course I was.
49. What are you supposed to be doing right now?
Nothing really, thank god. I'm so so tired of work.
50. Don’t tell me lies, is the last person you texted attractive?
She's cute.

38. Should've done this at the beginning of the year, but anyway...
What Happened In the Past Year???
How many relationships were you in?
None. I don't think I'm a relationship person at all.
What did you do for Valentine's day?
I don't really remember nor do I celebrate it. I think that was a day after I came back from Germany, so probably just adjusting to life back here.
Did you recieve your driver's license?
Lol no, I actually renewed it. It's been 10 years since I got it.
Did you graduate high school?
Nope. Did that in 2014.
Did you graduate college?
Not that either. Done with college in 2020.
Did you move out on your own?
I'm already more or less moved out on my own.
Did you get arrested?
Nope.
Did you get a speeding ticket?
Nope.
What was the best thing you got for Christmas?
I don't actually remember what I got. Tbh, we don't really exchange gifts on Christmas here, we do it for New Year's sometimes and sometimes not even then.
Did you fall in love?
Nah.
Did you become an aunt or an uncle?
Kind of, just not directly. Two of my cousins had babies in 2023.
Did you have a baby?
Absolutely not.
Did you get engaged?
Nope.
Did you get married?
Nope.
Did someone close to you die?
Luckily, no.
How many funerals did you go to?
None.
How many weddings?
No weddings either.
Did you turn 18?
Nope. I turned 28 ;-;
Did you turn 21?
Nope.
Did you turn 30?
Thankfully no, but it's coming.
Did you have a car accident?
Nope.
Were you old enough to vote this year?
Yes, and I did.
How many jobs did you have throughout the year?
Hmm, I switched from my old job to a better one and had 2-3 extra gigs on top. Ugh, but I seriously need a break from all the work.
Did you get a new pet?
No new ones.
Did you get cheated on?
Nope.
Did you cheat on someone?
Nooooo.
Did you start at a new school?
No.
Did you make any new friends?
Not friends, but I met quite a few new people.
Did you get a new car?
Yes, actually. Well, it's not new, but I finally got my parents' old car so now I can drive instead of always using public transport which largely sucks. I got it at the very end of the year, in December, so it's still all pretty fresh.
Did you drastically change your hairstyle?
Yes, I cut my very long hair very short. And at the beginning of the year I accidentally dyed it black so had to bleach it again to dye it purple. Quite a few changes lol
Did you go out of the country?
Yup, a few times.
Did you keep your last New Year's resolution?
I never make those.
What was the best movie you saw in theaters?
Hmm, I think I only saw Barbie and Oppenheimer, so in that case I pick Barbie. I really enjoyed it, and I really loved how it was basically this huge event we all participated in.
What was the best book you read?
I'm not sure when I read Sayaka Murata's Earthlings and Convenience Store Woman, but those two books changed my outlook on everything.
What was your greatest accomplishment?
Translating a book. I'm really glad that happened, but I guess it's a testament to my deteriorating mental health that I didn't feel nearly as proud and happy about it as I thought I would when I saw it published. Mila from 2/3 years ago would be so thrilled. And I am, just, I don't know, 2023 wasn't my year.
What was the best cd released this year?
CD? Well if you mean album, personally, Jimin's Face was my favourite, along with Agust D's D-Day.
Did you get a new tattoo?
No, but I am seriously considering it.
A new piercing?
Yup, in September.
Are you still dating the same person you dated at the start of the year?
Yes, which is no one.

The first relative?
My sister.
What was the first thing you did when it became the new year?
Yelled "Happy New Year!" and hugged my sister.
What the Future Year Has In Store
What are you most looking forward to in the New Year?
Concerts, mostly. Hopefully I will plan a good trip or two as well. And idk, tbh I don't look forward to all that much, 2023 left me feeling pretty meh and 2024 didn't have a promising start at all.
But I am making some necessary changes, so we'll see how that goes.
Are you getting married this year?
Lol.
Are you expecting a child?
Definitely not.
Will you be getting a new job?
I don't have such plans, but who knows what the future holds.
Will you be starting a new school?
I'm thinking of finding a language school that offers Japanese once I'm done with German.
Will you be moving to a new place?
Nah.
Will you get your driver's license this year?
No, I have it already.
Will you turn 18?
Way past that sadly.
Will you turn 21?
And that.
Will you turn 25?
And that.
Will you turn 30?
Not yet.
Will you turn 40?
Nope.
Are you going on a vacation this year?
I am planning to, yes. I already feel that I'm going to lose my mind if I don't go anywhere soon.
What movie are you most looking forward to coming out this year?
I'm not sure, maybe Dune?
What book?
None specific, I just want to finally get through more of my list.
What music album?
Hobi's Hope on the Street and whatever Jin releases!
Do you expect to find love this year?
Definitely not.
Did you make a New Year's resolution?
Not really, but there are things I want to do. I just don't want to call them New Year's resolutions because I know for a fact I wouldn't be able to stick to them then.
Have you kept it so far?
Refer to above.
Will you be going to a wedding this year?
Maybe? I have no idea yet.
Will you get a new car?
Not anytime soon, I think.
Will you buy a house this year?
Lol no.
Do you expect to be with the same person at the end of the year?
Not exactly the same, no. Even if changes are small, I don't think I'm exactly the same at the end of each year.
Are you starting the year off single?
As always.
What do you most want to happen this year?
I want my mental health to improve, that's probably number one thing.
What are you most excited about this year?
Concerts I'm going to.

37. This past year...
who were your favorite singers, musicians, or bands?
BTS, counting all of their solo releases and projects.
what were some of your favorite foods?
Sushi, always. I also tried Korean for the first time and loved it!
what was your favorite dessert?
Chocolate souffle from my favorite sushi restaurant.
what was the best thing that happened to you?
I got a better job, got two little nieces from my cousins, got into book translating which was always my dream.
what was the worst thing that happened to you?
I mean, nothing particular comes to mind, I think I was just generally having a hard time because existential crisis and anxiety about the future and possibly a sprinkle of depression.
how have you grown as a person?
I don't feel like I've grown that much, but I feel like I managed to care a little less about what other people think.
what have you learned?
That I can get a job even with an interview. I've always despised interviews and avoided jobs that required them (lots of freelance work doesn't), but this year I kind of had to do it, and even though it was awkward as hell, it worked out somehow.
how old did you turn?
28. Ew.
what did you do for your birthday?
I was feeling especially horrible for my birthday, so I didn't really do anything. My friend was moving to Germany around that time, so she had a farewell party on my birthday and I went to that instead of celebrating.

lost a pet?
Nope.
gotten a tattoo?
Nope, but I'm very much thinking about it.
gotten a new piercing?
Yup, got one and changed the other one.

Final Questions!
Would you say this past year has been a good year overall?
Well, not really. I mean, I had plenty of good moments, looking back, it's just that mentally I wasn't doing so well most of the time.
What are your goals for the new year?
Travel somewhere new, maybe try solo travelling. Read more. Write more (not just for work). Keep up with the gym stuff. Try to say yes to more opportunities. GO BACK TO LEARNING JAPANESE.
How old will you turn next year?
Why do these questions like to torture me... 29.
Did you make any big mistakes this past year?
Nothing much comes to mind.
Do you have any big changes coming?
Well, just adjusting to driving the car around a big city and paying all related expenses.
How will you be celebrating New Year’s Eve this year?
I'll be at my favorite cover band's New Year gig with my friends.
What was the best day of this year for you, and why?
I think probably 15th or 16th July. It's kinda silly, but basically, I went to a gig with my friends and we had a ridiculously good time. My friends' brother and I were making up these weird choreographies for songs, everyone seemed to have really enjoyed themselves, the energy was just awesome. Then I was walking home early in the morning as the sun was coming out and just thinking to myself how these moments are what life is all about.
What did you spend the most time doing this year?
Working, probably.
Happy New Year everyone!

36.
1. What would you do if your pet suddenly started to talk to you, but nobody else could hear it? Would you assume you'd gone mad or simply be happy for the company? Would you try to convince your friends and family or would you be satisfied keeping it to yourself?
Lol I'd suspect I'm a little bit insane, but I probably wouldn't mind. I was always curious about what Luci would have to say to me and just in general what cats actually think. I'd be chatting to him for hours, though I doubt he'd want to chat with me as much lol.
2. When you answer the phone, what do you typically say? Is it different depending on whom the caller ID says it is (if you have caller ID)?
Usually I say "hello?" or if it's my parents or friends I say "hey" or something similar. I very rarely answer phone calls from unknown numbers since I absolutely hate talking on the phone.
3. Is there a food that you only recently started to like? If so, what is it and when did you start liking it? How often do you try again foods you don't like to see if your tastes have changed?
Hmm, I mean, it's not something I didn't like before and then started liking it, but for example, I've never tried Korean food until this summer, then I finally did and ended up loving it. Now I'm in the process of exploring various dishes, but everything I've tried so far has been delicious.
But as for how often I try foods I don't like to see if I will like it now, I don't usually do that. The only thing I really actively dislike are tomatoes, and there's no way I'm giving them a fourth chance.
4. Who would you NOT want to read the surveys you've posted on here? What would most likely happen if they did read it? Is there anyone you actually wish would read your survey answers but whom doesn't?
I don't want anyone I know to read this lol, that's a fear of mine actually and the reason I was so reluctant to start this even though I always liked the idea. I don't mind if internet strangers read the stuff I write here, but someone I actually know reading this and recognizing me would be mortifying. I don't think anything special would happen, I just like to have a place like this, separate from my everyday life, where I can vent about my feelings and maybe even the people I know.
5. What three things do you think will become obsolete in the next ten years, and why?
I think since technology changes so fast, it will be something we use now, but I'm not sure what. Maybe cash also. It's already starting to go in that direction in some countries.
6. Do you watch Glee? If so, which song do you want to hear on there that they have not yet done? If not, which TV show do you think has the best soundtrack?
I've never watched it, but as for the best soundtrack, Attack on Titan has absolute killer soundtrack. I'm not even super big on soundtrack in general but that show's music just hits different.
7. What do you find to be the most irritating piece of clothing to wear wet? Are you the type of person to go to great lengths to avoid getting your clothing wet? What about your hair?
I hate wet clothes omg. I'm not sure which I find more irritating tbh because all of it is horrible. I wouldn't say I go to some particularly great lengths to avoid it, as it usually doesn't happen unless I'm caught in a summer downpour.
As for hair, I don't really mind. It's a bit more annoying now that I have bangs since they go absolutely crazy when they're wet, but oh well.
8. How often do you witness discrimination? Do you ever speak up about it when you do see it? Or would you only speak up if the discrimination was directed toward you or someone close to you?
I wouldn't say I witness it too often since I live in a pretty homogenous country, but I've definitely seen it towards women or the Romani. If it happens in my circle, I'll call it out, but I'm a little bit too awkward to do it in public. Maybe one day I will, when my social anxiety goes away.
9. Do you think you would be able to pull off a crime perfectly, without being caught? What about other lies? For example, cheating on your partner without getting caught? Would you be able to get away with it?
No, I don't think pulling off a perfect crime is nearly as easy as it is sometimes portrayed in the media, and also, it's definitely not something I'd be very good at. Same with cheating, I just wouldn't see the point in that.
10. Are you the type to get embarrassed if your parent/parents acts/act your age? Do they do this often? Or do you think it's stupid to put an age on the way one can act?
I'm firmly believe it's stupid to put an age on how people should act because it's not like you turn 30 and suddenly you can't have fun. Or at least I hope so, since I'm two years away from that lol.
Anyway, I was never embarrassed by my parents and I also don't think they ever really tried to act my age or anything like that. They're just doing their own thing.
11. Do you know anyone who has divorced and remarried the same person? What do you/would you think of someone who does that?
So not quite remarried, but my dad's friend divorced his wife and then kept living with her and their daughter for years. It was an interesting arrangement to say the least, but if it worked for them, then I have no business thinking anything particular about it.
12. Do you say goodnight to anybody before you go to bed? If so, does it feel weird if you go to bed without saying it to them?
I say goodnight to my sister, but it doesn't feel too weird when I don't. Sometimes she just falls asleep earlier than me and sometimes I go to my hometown for a few days/weeks and she stays here. In those cases, I can't say goodnight to her and it's okay.
13. How do you react when you're scared? Do you scream, jump, cover your eyes, etc.?
If it's like a jumpscare, I mostly just flinch and slightly gasp.
14. Who is the best storyteller you know? What do you find best about their storytelling? Is there an interesting story of theirs you'd like to share?
Hmm, my uncle is pretty good at storytelling. He just has this way of talking that engages you right away and he really knows how to deliver the punchline or create suspense. I can't think of a specific example but yeah.
15. When you check your e-mail account, how much of it do you delete without even looking at it? Do you have a separate account for junk like this?
I never delete my emails lol. Maybe I should, but I just don't really bother, there's way too much.
16. Do you strongly dislike (or even hate) any bands or musical artists? If so, what caused such a strong negative emotion towards them?
Nope, not really. If something's not my thing, I'm just not going to listen. That's really all there is to it.
17. What are you listening to? Is it something you would normally be found listening to, or just something you've started listening to recently?
I listen to rock/metal, which I've been listening to basically since middle school, though maybe the bands have slightly changed. Also, now I'm definitely more into K-pop too, with BTS taking number one spot, of course. That's a pretty recent thing though.
18. Does/did your school bus stop directly in front of your house? If not, where does/did it stop?
Oh we don't have school buses here. At least not in my hometown, but I think even here in the capital, there are no actual school buses. I always went to school by foot anyway, since it was 5 minutes away from my house.
19. Do you parents have any collections? If so, what do you think of those collections?
My dad has a huge collection of vinyls which is actually so cool, I like to go through it once in a while and look at the covers. He also had a collection of his sports medals, but I'm not sure where that is anymore.
Mum mostly collects books, so we have plenty of those at home.
20. Are there any movies you watch when you're feeling anxious or depressed? If so, what are they, and what about them calms you down and/or lifts your spirits?
Hmm, I do usually turn to those cheesy high school comedies when I don't feel mentally well. They're just so simple and predictable that they're very comfortable, especially those I've watched many many times.
21. Would you rather see a band/artist perform in a small club, an arena, or at an outdoor venue? Why? Which one have you been to most recently?
That depends on the band/artist. I love big concerts in arenas/outdoor venues, but there's something pleasant and cozy about going to a club with 50+ people and enjoying a smaller gig too.
Most recently I've been to one of my favourite local cover band's gigs, I go there pretty much every month and it's always a fantastic time.
22. Do you have a favourite role of Johnny Depp's? If you don't like him, what is your favourite role of an actor you like?
I mean, probably Jack Sparrow in the Pirates of the Caribbean since that's a series of my youth lol
23. If you were in a competition to win your dream prize, and you were allowed to decide what the competition would be (trivia about your favourite band, a foot race, singing, etc.) , what would you choose and why?
I'm actually not sure there's anything I'd 100% be the best at lol
24. What is your least favourite thing about the English language? Are there any other languages you prefer besides English?
I guess if I had to pick one least favourite thing about English, it would be the articles. My native language doesn't have them so I still sometimes mess them up even though I've spoken English my entire life.
As for other languages, I really like Japanese. I like what little I know about how it works and I like how it sounds. I want to go back and try to properly learn it at some point.
25. Would you be upset if a long-term partner confessed that they had committed a serious crime before you met? How do you think it would affect your relationship?
I mean, there's no way it wouldn't affect the relationship. Say I've been with them for two years and they suddenly come and are like, oh yeah, I murdered someone five years ago, btw. Even if they did it in self-defense, it would be a problem since they never told me. It may be awkward to mention something like that on a first date, but it's also wrong not to mention it before things get serious.
26. Who, out of the people you know, do you think has the most messed-up relationship? Have you ever spoken up about it or do you stay out of it? Have you ever been in a relationship that was really messed-up?
Well, Ochi, my sorta friend. He's been in this on and off relationship with a guy who's involved with some pretty dangerous people and everything I've heard about their relationship has been beyond toxic. Like, I really think Ochi might be dragged into that world too and that won't end well for him. And I have tried talking to him many times, everyone tried, but he just doesn't listen. I'm not sure if anything can be done unless he realizes how things stand on his own.
As for myself, not that messed up, but I have had a pretty unhealthy situationship for a while.
27. What emotion have you been feeling most commonly lately? Do you like feeling this way? If not, have you done anything to try to change it?
I'm not really sure, but whatever it is, I don't think I particularly like it.
28. Why did you/your parents choose to live where you do now? Would you move right now if you were able to? Why/why not? If so, where would you like to go?
So basically, when I was choosing where to attend university, I could've chosen a city closer to my town or the capital which is a bit further away. I chose the capital without hesitation, and I'm glad I did because it's far more exciting here, and had I moved to the other city, I would've likely ended up moving back to my hometown and that would have been horrible.
I quite like it here, I've liked it from the start and I don't expect that to change too much. But I would also move somewhere abroad if I could; maybe Germany, or maybe even Japan.
29. Is there a song that you think, lyrically, describes your childhood? Have you ever had a song describe your life perfectly, each and every word? How does it make you feel when you come across songs like this?
I don't know about my childhood, but I always felt like H. by Tool somehow speaks to me, even though it doesn't actually describe my life. Like, it hits just the right strings within me, and it's difficult to explain why, though I've been trying to figure it out for years.
Also, Jimin's Like Crazy or Alone.
30. Do you tend to befriend people who are of a similar, smaller or larger weight than yourself? (Even if it doesn't matter to you, you can admit it.) Has it always been this way?
I'm really not sure lol. I think most of my friends are around my weight? It's never been a factor for me, and since I was underweight for a long time, most people I befriended were heavier than me.
31. List a random fact (each) you know about 5 of your favourite survey takers:
There are a few on here I've been following, but I'm still way too new and awkward to tag them and say anything lol.
32. Whenever you have a question about something random, are you more likely to ask Google or someone you know? Does it depend on what exactly you want to know? Do you do both?
Probably google it, though it depends, if I'm mid-conversation with someone, then I ask them, and if they don't know, then I google.
33. How old were you when you went on your first date? Was there anything you would change about the experience? How do you think it shaped your expectations? If you've never been on a date, what did you like best about the last meal you ate?
Well I've never been on like a proper date, so last meal I ate was spaghetti, and I just generally like spaghetti.
34. If you had to serve a meal to an ambassador from another country that symbolized your country's culture, what would you choose? Do you think s/he would love it as much as you do?
Stuffed paprika maybe, that's super popular in this region.
35. If someone broke into your house and robbed you, what could they take that would piss you off or upset you the most? To what lengths would you go to get it back? Has something like this already happened to you before?
Definitely my laptop or my phone. My whole life is on my phone, and I need my laptop for work. I would contact the police for sure, but tbh, they aren't that great at actually retrieving stolen stuff around here. And our house has been broken into twice (well the door was unlocked, so not really broken into), but they didn't take anything very expensive.
36. Do you enjoy watching the special features found on most DVDs? What do you usually enjoy more: the deleted scenes, the bloopers, the audio commentary, or the behind-the-scenes footage?
I did like to watch behind-the-scenes footage back in the day when I watched DVDs.
37. Do you care at all about the Stanley Cup playoffs? If so, which team are you rooting for, and is it different than the team you're sure will make it to the cup? If you don't care, is your family the type to get right into a sport, or is the topic of sports rarely spoken about in your house?
I actually have no clue what that is lol.
38. Have you ever had your own flower garden? If so, what are/were your favourite flowers to plant?
I haven't, I'm not a plant person at all.
39. Would you ever date someone who is exactly like your youngest (or oldest, if you're the youngest) sibling? Why/why not?
I get along with my sister well, so I guess it would make sense, but I also think such a person might be a little too intense for me lol. I don't know, maybe that's not too bad anyway.
40. Was there something you were afraid of as a child that just seems silly to you now?
I remember a film I caught once with some aliens that had eyes directly on their brains and they scared the shit out of me. I actually found that film later and thought they looked really funny.

Habits
Do you tend to speed when you drive?
Not normally. I've learned my lesson with two speeding tickets (I overstepped the limit by just a bit) and I'm not giving my money to this country or any related institutions more than I have to.
Do you smoke cigarettes?
Nope. I tried one once just to see how it is and I hated it. Never felt the peer pressure either since most of my friends don't smoke.
Does your temper flare a lot?
No, when that happens you know it's serious since I really am super phlegmatic.
Do you get emotional easily?
Again, not too easily. I mean, I think I'm a fairly sensitive person deep inside, but there's no way in hell I'm letting other people see that side of me unless they are really close to me. And even then.
Do you get obnoxious when you're drunk?
I don't think so. I've never been 100% drunk, so I can't honestly say, but I think I'm kinda the same as I normally am, only more relaxed and fun. Like, I'm way less in my head and care much less about what other people might think about me, so I can talk more openly.
Which shoe goes on first?
I think I do the right first.
Are you lazy?
I probably am. Tbh, I'm a weird mixture of a workaholic and couch potato. I don't know how it works, but yes, I can procrastinate forever but I can also work 12+ hours when deadlines approach. And I hated those two weeks I was basically jobless this summer. Although at the same time, I love taking days off.
Name one thing you do that people always tell you about.
Mmm, nothing specific comes to mind right now.
Are you superstitious?
So listen, I'm not really superstitious, but I like my lucky charms and I find such things generally interesting. I think they're a fun part of the culture.
Do you get bored with relationships quickly?
Well no, but I also struggle with my avoidant personality very much.
Can you sleep without blankets covering you?
Normally not, it's just comfier to have at least something covering you.
What position do you sleep in?
On the side (well, more like half stomach) without a pillow.
What do you do when you're angry?
Well, I usually go quiet and talk very little to others, especially those that pissed me off.
What do you do when you're sad?
Depends, if I'm alone then I just snuggle up in my blanket on the floor and watch videos or shows I find comforting. And preferably eat some chocolate.
Who do you call when you have a bad day?
I don't, I prefer to be alone then.
YOUR ABC'S
A - is for the last person that made you ANGRY.
My friend for not responding to a text for days. I'm not very demanding when it comes to texting, but geez, at least once in a day would be nice.
B - is for BEER you prefer.
I don't have a preference, beer is kinda gross. I still drink it sometimes because it's the easiest to order, but yeah.
C - is for do you have a CAT?
Yeees.
D - is for can you DANCE?
Lol, I don't know if I can but I love to.
E - is for do you have your EARS pierced?
I do, several times.
F - is for your best FRIEND.
Sam.
G - is for did you ever watch GUTS on Nickelodeon?
I've never even heard of it. But I didn't actually have Nickelodeon growing up.
H - is for the last person who HUGGED you?
I honestly have no clue who it was. I don't get many hugs, if that hasn't been clear lol
I - is for close your eyes.. what IMAGE do you see?
Like those weird star thingies you see when you close your eyes. And red blackness.
J - is for have you ever been to JAIL?
Nope.
K - is for when is the last time you flew a KITE?
I don't think I ever did.
L - is for the LOVE of your life.
Well if we don't count Park Jimin... which we don't because he doesn't know I exist, then no one.
M - is for the last piece of MAIL you got.
Probably some bills. I should check my post office though, I ordered something that should probably have arrived by now.
N - is for do you remember NERF guns?
I do.
O - is for do you OWN a car?
I don't yet, but my parents will soon give me and my sister their old car since they got a new one. So I technically will own one.
P - is for your favorite PASTTIME.
Doing surveys, reading, watching stuff on YT or wherever, scrolling through apps, etc.
Q - is for do you like peace & QUIET?
I definitely do. But I also like chaos.
R - is for do you like the color RED?
I'm okay with it.
S - is for how many hours of SLEEP you need to function?
My phone actually tracks that now, it turns out I get like 5.30h on average almost every day. And I feel totally fine with that, but I probably shouldn't.
T - is for what TIME is it?
1:19 PM
U - is for what is UNDER your bed?
Nothing, I think. I hope.
V - is for what you did last VALENTINE'S day.
Nothing, Valentine's is nothing special for me.
W - is for do you drink a lot of WATER?
Not as much as I should, though I've increased the intake a bit.
X - is for have you ever had an X-RAY?
When I was little yes, and also one for my wisdom tooth.
Y - is for the last person you YELLED at.
I actually have no clue. It's extremely rare that I yell at someone.
Z - is for have you ever watched ZORRO?
Nope.
RANDOM
Who do you wish you could hang out with right now?
Tbh no one right now. I haven't seen anyone aside from my sister for almost a week, but I don't really mind. I'm honestly just tired of always pushing for plans and waiting for people to answer messages and then them suddenly cancelling plans and so on and so on. So I decided not to bother this weekend and I just stayed at home.
Name one thing you absolutely can not stand.
Andrew Tate fans.
Where do you spend most of your time?
In my room, probably.
If you could fly, where would you go first?
Japan.
What was the best vacation you've ever been on?
Thassos in 2007, such fun times.
Have you ever hit a squirrel when you were driving?
No, and I hope I never do.
Did your car ever break down?
One time I think something was with its battery while I was driving, but we resolved that.
What's your favorite thing to do on the weekend?
Hang out with my friends, which is why they piss me off so much with their constant indecisiveness and inability to get to their damn phones and answer. Actually, I know they are on their phones, which only makes it worse.
What radio station do you listen to most often?
I don't normally listen to the radio unless I'm in the car.
Pick one: Papa John's, Dominoes, or Pizza Hut.
I've never tried any of these.
What is the longest amount of time you've been awake?
Like hours? Idk, less than 48, more than 24.
What would you do if you found out the world was ending in one week?
Lol I don't know. I guess I'd follow the development on social media or something. Also, I'd just quit all of my jobs and do nothing all day.
Do scary movies make you paranoid when you watch them alone?
No, or at least not seriously paranoid. A little bit, yeah, but that's exactly the charm.
Name one thing you've lied about recently.
I'm not sure, it was probably something really small and silly. But I always lie about the smallest things because it's more convenient or because I don't want the other person to feel bad or whatever. Like, for example, if I make plans to meet with someone and wait for a long time, when they ask me how long I've waited, I just say 5-10 minutes.
What is the worst movie you've ever seen?
I don't know, because some movies are so bad they are good. I'm trying to think of one that really pissed me off, but nothing comes to mind right now.
Who was the first person to ever give you flowers?
Not sure about the first person, but one friend gave me a sunflower for my birthday which was super cute but I made it super awkward and I still hate myself for it lol. Tom, I'm sorry, man.

Will you answer these questions as personally as you can?
Yup, bring it on.
Why are you happy?
Well who says I am??
Who’s the last person you hugged?
My friend's brother as a goodbye hug.
Would you pay someone to kill the person who hurt you a lot?
Nah. No one has hurt me enough that I'd actually want them dead.
Do you like the song ‘Sick Little Games’ by All Time Low?
I don't think I know it.
Last night you felt?
Great. I went to a gig with my friend and her brother and we had the best time. We should seriously do it more often, not just every few months.
How are you feeling right now?
Pretty much okay.
Are you drifting away from someone you were close with?
I think so, but that's been going on for years.
Is there someone you’d like to fix things with?
Yeah, well, with that person I'm drifting away from.
Have you ever liked someone that treated you like crap?
I sure did.
What are you listening to?
Absolutely nothing.
Have you ever stayed in a hotel?
Yup, just a week ago when I was in Transylvania.
What is in your pocket?
I don't have a pocket on my pajama.
Have a best friend?
Yup.
Does it bother you when your best friend does stuff without you?
No, she does stuff without me all the time -- we are over 1000 km apart.
Do you keep any secrets from your best friend?
Probably. It's not out of distrust, it's simply that I don't feel the need to or want to share every single thought in my head with someone. I'm sure she's exactly the same way.
What were you doing 60 minutes ago?
Looking through surveys.
Is there a secret you’ve never told your parents?
Yeah, probably plenty.
What’s something that can always make you feel better?
BTS and chocolate.
What do you want right now?
To fast forward to the next weekend or go back to yesterday. I don't feel like working.
What would you name your future son?
No clue.
If you had to eat 1 thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Sushi for sure since there's plenty of variety there.
How’s your life lately?
It's actually been not too bad.
***continued sometime later, I suck at answering surveys all at once***
Last person to send you a text?
My best friend.
What were you doing at 8:00 this morning?
Sleeping.
Did you have a good birthday this year?
No. I mean, I can't say it wasn't fun (I went to my friend's goodbye picnic since she was moving to Germany instead of celebrating), but I just wasn't feeling it at all. It was just a bad day mentally, and I decided not to bother celebrating it this year.
Have you done anything embarrassing lately?
I don't know? Tbh, I'm in a constant state of awkwardness, so I guess at this point I don't find anything particularly embarrassing since my whole existence can feel like that lol
Do you trust easily?
Nope. But I wouldn't say necessarily that I actively distrust people, it's like, I want to see the best in them and I genuinely give everyone a benefit of doubt, but when it comes to stuff like opening up, oof.
Do you like cookies n’ cream ice cream?
Delicious!
How often do you raise your hand in class and answer a question?
Well I'm not in school. I used to do that in elementary school and the first grade of middle school, then I stopped because social anxiety took over and because some kids teased me for being a nerd. In hindsight, that really wasn't so bad, but I didn't want to stand out in any way at all.
Ever been mistaken for someone else, and took it as an insult?
I have been mistaken for someone else, but no. I mean, it happens. Tbh, I've been tempted to just go with it and pretend I really am the person they mistook me for >.>
Would you get a mega bag of skittles, or three regular ones?
Idk, I don't know what the exact difference is.
What color shirt are you wearing?
White.
Is there a boy that would do absolutely everything for you?
Not absolutely everything. Unless I could my dad, but he's not really a boy lol
Did you ever think you had the Swine flu?
Oh my God, this takes me back lol. I don't think I did, but I remember there was this schoolwide paranoia about it, and me and my friend used to go to the bathroom after every single class to wash our hands.
Who was the last person to smoke a cigarette in your presence?
Hmm, not sure. My sister vapes, but she doesn't smoke cigarettes, so I have no idea.
Who was the last person you talked to before you went to bed last night?
My sister.
Are you a mean person?
I don't think I'm usually mean, but I have my moments no doubt.
Does anyone hate you?
Maybe. There's one person that comes to mind, but I'm not sure she really hates me. I know I don't hate her, though I'd be pretty justified to.
Do you usually tell people when you’re mad at them?
No, but I should. Generally, I struggle with expressing anger.
This time last year, can you remember who you liked?
Yes, because it was no one.
Will this weekend be a good one?
Idk, I have zero plans for it so it's probably just going to be same old boring weekend.
Have you ever liked someone older than you?
Well I've had celebrity crushes older than me, but I haven't exactly properly liked anyone older, I think. Tbh, I've had very few crushes in my life, and most of them I feel were more platonic than anything.
Are you mad at someone right now?
Not really.

Section 1 – Who were you?
Think back as far as you can. What is the first memory you have?
My first memory is from the time I injured my leg when it got stuck in the bicycle wheel. I was super super young, so I don't remember anything too clearly, only like a still image of a hospital corridor, no details or anything, just a flash of light at the end and some doors.
What is something you remember enjoying very much as a small child?
Making up my own stories or changing existing ones into my own version. I guess I was a fanfiction writer before I knew what that was lol.
How old were you, when you made your very first friend?
My mum and dad's friends had two daughters who were around my age, so we basically knew each other since birth and were always friends. We lost touch, sadly, but I'm happy to run into them.
Are you still friends with this person today?
Whoops, already answered that.
Was there a story somebody read or told you that has stuck with you?
Yeah, my grandpa liked to tell me stories about his fake adventures with his village gang lol. There was one about a giant tree and a bird that lived on top, and his gang had to climb all the way to its nest to retrieve something. Or the one about an island of children-eating cannibals that my grandpa and his gang had to fight off during summer holidays. I loved those stories.
What is something you get an immense feeling of nostalgia from?
Usually music I listened to a decade or so ago. Like, songs I haven't heard in a long long time.
As a child, were you a sore loser or a sore winner?
I wasn't either, I think. I liked winning, but I don't think I rubbed it into people's faces or cried about losing.
Did you go through the "naked phase"?
Lol I don't think so. At least my parents never told me.
Which television shows do you watch the most as a child?
Charmed, Pokemon, Dragon Ball, Yu-Gi-Oh, Spongebob, Rugrats, etc.
Did you play with siblings, neighbourhood kids or by yourself?
I played mostly by myself or with my sister, but we also had a few kids in the neighbourhood we were friends with.
Is there something you really miss from your childhood today?
I miss plenty of things from my childhood. But if I have to pick something specific, coloured pancakes or cutting out paper snowflakes for Christmas with mum.
Section 2 – Likes and interests
Would you ever like to try competitive pinball playing?
I didn't even know that was a thing. I mean, if I got time to practice, I guess lol
Do you knit, crochet or cross stitch?
Nope.
Have you ever, or would you like to attend a gaming or comic convention?
Oh for sure. I regret not going to comic conventions (manga-oriented) here, especially since they stopped organizing them after COVID.
What's your opinion on online multiplayer games?
Looks fun, but I'm more of a solo gamer myself.
Do you like to go cycling? If so, where?
I don't often, usually only when I'm in my hometown over the summer.
Have you ever tried woodturning? If not, would you like to?
I had to look it up, looks neat! But I'd have no talent for that.
Do you enjoy drawing? If so, what do you usually draw?
I actually do, but I suck at it. Still, I find it relaxing, so I like to doodle once in a while. Usually like, chibi anime characters -- that's the whole extent of my abilities lol.
Have you ever attended a painting class? If so, what did you create?
I haven't. I hated art in school, so I never really considered going, but maybe it would actually be kinda cool to try in a no-pressure environment.
How about a creative writing course? If so, did you get any feedback?
I considered it at uni since I love creating writing, but no. I would be able to submit my writing, but if we had to read it out loud or anything like that, I'd literally just drop dead.
What is your favourite form of exercise?
Cardio. I like jogging, swimming, that kind of stuff. Don't do it nearly as often as I should though.
Section 3 – People
Who is the most important person in your life (besides yourself)?
Probably my sister and my best friend.
Do people generally approach you easily?
Not really. I mean, in my mind, I'm approachable and friendly, but that might not be the impression I give off.
Do you get along with people well? If not, what's the problem?
I get along well enough, I just struggle to establish a deep connection. And well, I'm the problem there.
Do you enjoy being in crowds or do you prefer your own company?
I prefer my own company, but I sometimes enjoy crowds too. Depends on the mood.
Which one of your friends have you known the longest?
I think Millie from middle school.
Do you find it easy to make friends now? If not, what makes it difficult?
Lol no. I never ever found it easy, but I think it's even harder in adulthood. Like, I'd have an easier time talking to people now than I did in the past, but everyone kind of has their own thing going on and it's rare to find someone who wants and has time for new friends.
What is something about people that annoys you?
How selfish almost everyone is, including myself. I genuinely believe a lot of people don't even do it on purpose, but yeah.
What is something about people that you really like?
I like that they can be very creative. I mean, look how much we've made and make every single day. That's so cool.
If you live alone, what would be your criteria for a roommate?
I don't, but if I had to find a roommate, I guess I'd look for someone easy to compromise with and who's ready to give me my space sometimes. Someone responsible, I guess.
How about criteria for a spouse, if you're single?
I don't want a spouse so I don't have criteria for one. But generally speaking, I think it's important to have someone reliable and comfortable by your side if you're talking about long-term. And someone you vibe with.
In general, what's your attitude towards people?
Oh I don't know, I'm conflicted.
Section 4 – Habits
What is something you do every day without fail?
Lately work, lol. Hopefully that will change soon.
What is your typical breakfast?
I don't typically eat breakfast.
Which article of clothing do you like to wear the most?
Hoodies and my sister's black cargo pants when I steal them from her lol. I wanted to buy ones just like that, but I haven't been able to find the exact kind...
Is there a TV show you watch habitually?
Not really.
Where do you usually spend most of your day?
Hmm, probably on the floor of my living room.
Is there a product that you do not want to run out of?
I don't know, I can buy most things I run out of.
What is your preferred mode of transport?
Train, but we don't really use them here. They're so cool though.
Do you usually have something playing in the background when you're home?
When I'm alone, no. My sister always has the TV on, and I used to be like that too when I first moved out. But now I actually enjoy just sitting in silence.
Where do you usually get your groceries?
Local Maxi.
How often do you go to your local park?
Hmm, not too often. I jog there sometimes, but if I'm going for a walk, I usually switch to some different area of the city.
Which of your hobbies do you indulge in most often?
Doing surveys lately.
Section 5 – Favourites and dislikes
What is your favourite fruit?
Maybe apples.
How about your favourite berry?
Not too big on berries, but I guess strawberry. Dipped in sugar or melted chocolate.
Which food do you highly dislike?
Tomatoes. I have an actual beef with them.
What is your favourite song, and why?
H. by Tool is an all-time favourite, and I don't know why, I think it just hits something within me that I'm not able to express, but the song does.
Then there's also many songs from BTS discography, in particular Blood Sweat & Tears.
What is a movie you cannot stand?
I don't really like stuff like the After series, 365 Days and similar. It's fun to watch YouTube commentaries on them, but I would hate to actually waste my time on them.
Which trait in a person do you find most appealing?
Passion, warmth, sense of humour.
Which trait puts you instantly off?
When someone makes their whole personality about how much they drink, party, and take drugs. Like, okay, congrats, but tell me something actually interesting??
Who is an actor/actress who you dislike so much you can't watch them?
I don't think I have such an actor. At least no one that comes to mind.
What colour are your favourite shoes?
Black.
What is a smell that disgusts you to no end?
Vomit, well disgust might be the wrong word, but it triggers me, like anything related to it.
Which door handle/door knob do you like the most in your home?
Now you're asking the real questions lol. I guess my front door doorknob is pretty neat.
Section 6 – Culture
What is something very typical to the culture of your home country?
Eating way way too much meat, drinking way too much alcohol, spending the money we don't have on lavish celebrations and summer holidays in Greece, and of course, beef with all of our neighbours.
Do you enjoy art? If so, which form of art is the most enjoyable?
I do, I love abstract art personally. The less I understand the better, it allows me to make my own interpretations.
What is something about another country's culture you don't understand?
Well, there are some weird-ass traditions in other countries, but that's the case everywhere. Here we used to have a really weird tradition too, where a woman whose fiance died before marriage still had to marry him after his death. So like, guess I can't judge.
Do you ever attend the theater? If so, which play did you see last?
I do, but it's been a while. So I'm not totally sure what I've seen last.
How about the opera or the ballet?
I have seen some ballets and I'd like to see an opera in the future.
Which dance troupe do you enjoy, if any?
I don't know, I don't follow any in particular.
Do you attend concerts or gigs? If so, which band did you see last?
I love concerts and gigs and attend one cover band's gig pretty regularly. As for an actual band, I'm not entirely sure what I've seen last, but I'll see Rammstein in May!
Are you interested in foreign food?
Definitely.
If so, which country's cuisine do you enjoy the most?
Italian, Japanese, and Korean.
Do you enjoy stand-up comedy? If so, who is your favourite comic?
I'm not too big of a fan of stand-up. I tried to get into it, but idk, even when it's funny I don't really feel the need to see more.
Do you contribute to culture in some way? If so, how?
Probably not.
Section 7 – Charity
Do you volunteer your time to anything charitable? If so, what?
Not time unfortunately, but I donate once in a while.
Do you donate money to any charities? If so, which ones?
Yes, here and there, when I stumble upon something I believe deserves support. And when I have enough money to spare.
If you have pets, are any of them rescues from shelters?
My cat isn't a rescue, we adopted him from my sister's friend.
Do you donate your old clothes, linen etc. to charitable organizations?
I haven't yet, but I think my mum does that for us.
If someone you know is in need, is it in your nature to offer help?
I mean, maybe it's not my first instinct, but yeah, I would help.
Have you ever donated Christmas presents to children of poor families?
I don't think so.
Have you ever had to rely on other people's charity?
No.
How do you feel about donating to charities endorsed by celebrities?
Well why not if it's a legit charity.
Is there a charity you absolutely never ever will not trust?
I'm honestly not sure.
Have you ever donated to a cause that had a person going door to door?
I don't think I've seen that in a long long time, and when I did last, I was a kid with no money to donate.
In general, what is your opinion on charity?
Well, I support it. You just gotta be careful who you donate to.
Section 8 – Entertainment
Which was the very first video game you remember playing?
Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.
Which was the very first film you remember watching?
Hmmmm, I'm not actually sure at all.
What is your go-to form of entertainment?
Netflix, Youtube, Tumblr, Instagram sometimes.
Do you have a large collection of DVDs/Blu-Rays?
We still have some at home, but we don't use them anymore.
How about music albums?
I have a few albums because, even though I listen to music on Spotify, it feels nice to have a physical copy and support the artist you like.
Do you prefer to have your music on vinyls, tapes, CDs or digital?
Definitely digital now.
When and where do you like to entertain yourself usually?
Well sometimes at home, sometimes outside... Idk.
Do you ever binge watch shows? If so, what are you binging now?
I can only binge when I'm watching something with someone else, like with my sister. We aren't binging anything now, just finished The House of Usher.
What kinds of books do you like to read, if any?
All kinds, but mostly horror, psychological horror and thriller, postmodernist stuff, dystopian books...
Is there a book series you're currently collecting?
Hmm, I don't think so.
Is entertainment something you prefer to enjoy alone or with someone else?
Depends, I obviously read on my own, but as for watching TV shows, I really struggle to do it by myself.
Section 9 – Internet
Do you always have access to the Internet, wherever you go? If not, why?
Pretty much, except when I'm travelling abroad. But even then sometimes I buy data plans.
Which website do you frequent the most?
Tumblr lately.
Which search engine do you prefer and trust the most?
I use only Google.
What do you use the Internet the most for?
Lately work, but also for entertainment, communication...
Do you judge people who have their phones out all the time? If so, why?
I don't, I'm one of those people. The only thing I judge is when I'm sitting with a friend and they're just on their phone the whole time, completely disinterested in the conversation. That's one thing I don't do, although I did in the past, long time ago.
If your connection goes down, what do you do?
Depends. If I'm in the middle of something important, then obviously get annoyed. But if not, then well, I don't care.
Is there something you wish you could do online that isn't possible yet?
Hmm, not sure.
Do you remember the first time you used the Internet? When was it?
I don't remember exactly, but sometime in mid 2000s.
What was a website you used to frequent that doesn't exist anymore?
I loved 9gag. It probably still exists, but I don't think it's nearly as big of a deal as it was when I used it.
Do/Did you ever have your own website?
I actually made one before, but I abandoned it.
Isn't it great how much knowledge and info we have at our fingertips?
It is pretty amazing. And wild to think about.
Section 10 – And finally...
What is something you consider to be highly controversial?
Idk, many topics related to political and social issues.
What kinds of jokes do you like the best?
Dad jokes, the stupider the better.
Is there a person who makes you laugh effortlessly?
Hmm yeah, my sister.
What's something random, out of context you remember from your past?
Once a pair of Ukrainians scammed me out of 40 euros using an owl in Rome. I won't explain anything further.
Do you wear shoes indoors?
Of course not.
What's the silliest thing you've worn on your body in public?
I don't think I've ever worn anything particularly silly.
What is the most distant point on the planet that you've been from home?
Hmm, probably Portugal.
Do you enjoy trivia games? If so, which one's your favourite?
Sure, but I don't really have a favourite.
Are you more logical or emotional?
Generally I use logic to guide me, but idk, I think emotions always play a huge role whether we notice it or not.

31. Layers
Layer 1: The Basics
Name: Mila
Age: 28
Birthday: 23rd July
Gender: Female
Zodiac Sign: Leo
Layer 2: Your Family
Do you have any brothers or sisters?
One younger sister.
Do you have any pets?
A cat.
Do you still live with your parents?
Not really.
Do you have any stepparents?
Nope.
How many cousins do you have?
Closest cousins, four.
Layer 3: Your Friends
Who is your best friend?
Sam.
Who have you been friends with the longest?
I guess Millie from elementary school.
What do you like to do with your friends?
Go to gigs and concerts, sit in cafes and chat, travel, take walks, visit new places...
Do you have more friends online or in real life?
Now in real life. I used to have a bunch of online friends in high school though. Only one of those is still in my life, but she's not my online friend anymore, now she's a long-distance friend since we actually met.
What is a good way to make friends with others?
You're asking the wrong person, lol. I have no clue how to make friends or what I did when I made the ones I have. I'm always a bit shocked when people actually enjoy my company.
Layer 4: Your Home
Do you live in a home, apartment, duplex, trailer, etc?
An apartment.
How many rooms are there in your house?
Two.
Is your home large or small?
Small.
What is your favorite room in your house, and why?
Hmm, probably the living room. It's the most spacious room and I spend most of the time there.
Do you prefer having people over to your house, or would you rather go to theirs?
I prefer visiting people than hosting them lol. It's a nice change of pace too.
Layer 5: Can You
Can you fold your tongue into the taco shape?
I think so?
Can you touch your toes without bending your knees?
Yes.
Can you tie a cherry stem in a knot with your tongue?
Lol no way.
Can you hold up your end of a physical fight?
I highly doubt it.
Can you do any yo-yo tricks?
Probably not.
Layer 6: Who
Who inspires you the most, and why?
Lately, BTS. Obviously I don't know them, but I love their message and strive to be as kind, thoughtful, and caring as they are.
Who helps you maintain your sanity?
Refer to the answer above lol
Who do you go to most often for advice?
I don't normally ask for advice even when I probably should tbh. I guess if I really felt like I couldn't do without it, I'd go to my best friend.
Who knows you better than you know yourself?
I don't think anyone does.
Who is someone that you would die or put your life on the line for, no questions asked?
My sister and my best friend.
Layer 7: Do you
Do you still eat sandwiches without the crusts?
No, I love the crust. Always loved it.
Do you typically finish your meal at a restaurant, or need to take a container home?
Usually I do, but sometimes we go to these big family meals and order way too much. Then we bring food home.
Do you pull an Oreo apart in order to eat it?
Depends on the mood.
Do you read a lot of gossip magazines?
Nah, are they even a thing anymore?
Do you make friends easily?
Not at all. I'm easy-going enough, I just struggle to push past acquaintanceship into a friendship. I don't like opening up, have avoidant attachment, and generally don't come across as instantly friendly or charming. Sooo yeah, not the best combo for making friends.
Layer 8: How Many?
How many people live in your house with you?
Here in this flat, just me and my sister.
How many pets have you had in your lifetime?
I've had a rabbit and now a cat.
How many tries does it take you to become successful at something?
Depends on the thing, but I usually grasp things pretty quickly.
How many meals do you eat a day?
One or two.
How many people can you honestly tolerate?
Idk, I can tolerate plenty of people.
Layer 9: How
How do you typically get to school or work?
I work from home, so I just get up and grab my laptop. Sometimes I go to a cafe for a change of pace, but that's it.
How do you deal with a breakup?
I mean, you just kinda have to go through it, right? Feel what you're feeling and ride it out. I tend to distract myself, that's how I deal with all unpleasant feelings. Eventually it all dulls down.
How do you like to help others?
Hmmm well I like to listen to people. That doesn't mean I'm any good at actual emotional support or giving advice, but I can definitely listen.
How do you know when you’ve found “the one”?
I don't think it's something you know, it's more like a feeling. I don't have a really good answer to this since I haven't found the one and I'm not sure I believe in the concept either, but those times that I thought I did, it was just a feeling that this person really gets you in some fundamental way and you get them. You can be seemingly totally different and maybe even disagree on a bunch of things, but something inside just clicks.
But anyway, as I said, I might be wrong.
How do you sleep in bed?
I sleep half on my side, half on my stomach without a pillow.
Layer 10: What
What do you think happens when we die?
I don't know. I personally hope for reincarnation and that makes the most sense to me.
What do you do if there’s no toilet paper left on the roll and you’re already peeing?
I get up and get some, nothing else I can do.
What do you eat most often?
Probably chicken in any form.
What toys did you enjoy most as a child?
Dolls, Barbies, I don't know, all sorts of toys.
What do you do if you witness someone being awful to someone else?
I mean, it depends. But I'm unlikely to do anything if it's two people I don't know. Unless it's like, seriously crossing the line.
Layer 11: Where
Where is your favorite place to eat out?
This sushi restaurant that I always go to, but tbh, the other weekend my sister and I went to a Korean restaurant and oh my god, it was heavenly. That one's quickly climbing the ranks.
Where is the place that has the best ice cream in your area?
I actually have no clue where I can get good ice cream here.
Where did you meet your current or last significant other?
It wasn't a significant other per se, but we met at university.
Where can you be found at 7 PM. typically?
Probably at home or German class.
Where can you find the best French fries?
I don't know.
Layer 12: When
When did you find out the truth about Santa, the Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy?
I don't remember, but I don't think my parents ever lied about any of that lol. I think they always straight up told us they were the ones buying presents.
When do you typically fall asleep?
At around 4 AM.
When was the last time that someone paid you a compliment?
Hmm Saturday, Sophie complimented my outfit.
When do you feel most comfortable?
At home.
When did you last go to the bathroom?
A few hours ago, I don't remember.
Layer 13: Why
Why do you enjoy taking surveys so much?
It's fun and kind of therapeutic. I don't know, I get to ask myself questions I might not ask otherwise. Helps me with bad mood. Good place to pour my heart and soul since I don't really have another outlet for that.
Why do people gossip so much?
I guess out of boredom, innate human need for drama, as a distraction, idk, plenty of reasons.
Why can’t humans fly?
Gravity.
Why aren’t you doing something else right now?
It's very late, I'm done with my work, and I just want to chill before bed.
Why is the sky blue?
Well which colour would you prefer it to be?
Layer 14: If...
If you had a million dollars, what would you spend it on?
Ah, what wouldn't I do... I'd travel the world. Give some to my parents and my sister, give more to charity, and idk. I don't think I'd buy anything extravagant, but you never know until you actually come into that money.
If you found out someone was cheating on you, would you ever take them back?
No. I mean, what would be the point? There would be no trust there anymore, and I struggle with trust as it is. If I decided to open up to someone and let them into my life and they betrayed me, that would be it.
If you found a wallet with cash in the street, including identification, would you turn it in? Why or why not?
I would because someone stole my wallet once and my ID was in there. They probably took the cash and threw the rest away, but getting a new ID and replacing bank cards and stuff was so annoying. No one should have to deal with it.
If you could have any food right now, what would you like?
Chocolate.
If you found out that the world was going to end tomorrow, how would you spend your last day?
I mean, I don't know. There's not much I could do, so I guess I'd just take a day off and chill.
Layer 15: Firsts
When did you lose your first tooth?
I don't remember, I think a bit before I started school or so.
Who was your first teacher that you ever had?

Again, I was in preschool, so like 4-5.
When was the first time you had sex?
Haven't.
Did your first birthday have a theme to it?

Layer 16: Lasts
Last person you texted: My best friend.
Last drink you sipped: Water.
Last time you rode a bike: A little over a month, I think. Maybe almost two.

Which birthday celebration was the most memorable for you?
Like, my own? Hm hm, the only one that comes to mind is my 26th birthday when Chris organized the whole surprise day for me. Half of what he planned didn't work, but it was the thought that counted lol. It was a really sweet idea.
Which holiday is your favorite?
Lately, Halloween. We don't technically celebrate it, but I'm starting to enjoy the vibe even more than the Christmas vibe.

No.
Do you have any children?
Nope nope.
Layer 21: Jobs, Dreams, & Goals
What did you want to be when you grew up (as a little kid)?
Sooo many things, but the main ones were a chocolate factory owner and a writer.
What do you aspire to be now? What interests you?
I still aspire to be a writer, and I kind of am, just not the kind I thought I would be. But I think little Mila wouldn't be totally unhappy.
What is the most recent goal you’ve achieved?
Oh, I translated a book for an actual publishing company. That will actually be published with my name on it as a translator. I can still hardly believe it, tbh. Can't wait to actually see it.
What is a goal you are still striving to reach?
I don't know. I guess I still want to be a fiction writer, but I'm not sure I can do it.

No. I mean, officially we are Orthodox Christians, but no, my family is comprised of atheists and agnostics.
Democrat, Republican, or Independent?
I'm not American, but I'm generally democratically oriented.
For or against the death penalty?
Against. I understand the arguments for in certain situations, but I don't see how death penalty is a proper penalty. Like, sure leading up to it maybe, but once they're dead, they're dead. There's no more atonement and no more guilt and no more anything. I always felt like it's letting them off too easy.
Thoughts on assisted suicide?
Well it's complicated and I'm not informed enough, but I can understand it in some situations.
Layer 23: Currently/Today/Present

Nope.
Are you a member of the LGBTQ+ community?

I'm slightly dreading tomorrow's work thingy, but that's just social anxiety speaking.

Nah. They're pretty chill about it all as long as you meet the deadlines.
Does someone currently hold the key to your heart?
Nope.
Does anyone out there hate you?
I can't imagine anyone caring enough to hate me. Well, I can actually imagine it for one person, but I don't think even she hates me. I think we'll just always be left with this weird weird relationship.
Does talking about sex make you uncomfortable?
Yes, because I don't have any real experience, plus I'm ace. And people can be so weird about both things. So I don't mention either.
Does crying make you feel less strong?
I mean, not when I'm just crying by myself. Then it's like whatever. But if I can't control myself around others, which almost never happens, then yes, I feel like a total loser.
Layer 32: Would You
Do the Polar Bear Plunge?
Ooh, I just looked up what it is. We have something similar here, but I don't think I'd be particularly inclined to do it.
Ever try to walk across a room blindfolded?
Sure, why not. It's like that game we used to play as children, when one wears a blindfold and tries to catch the others in the room.
Swim with sharks?
I'd like to be in one of those cages they lower among sharks.
Go into outer space, given the chance?
Yes.
Go out in public, looking how you do right now?
Sure. I mean, I'm pretty sure I looked worse in public lol. And tbh, the wonderful thing I've realized is that no one cares and even when they do, it doesn't affect me in any way at all.
Layer 33: Pets/Animals
Do you have any pets? If so, what type, and their names...
I have a cat named Lucifer.
If not, what type of pet have you always wanted?
Well I'd like an owl, but I'm okay with just a cat.
What is your favorite animal?
Cats. Like, all types, big cats, small cats, you name it.
Do you think it is cruel to have circus animals?
Yes.
How often do you walk your dog, if you have one? How often do you scoop the litterbox, if you have a cat?
My cat lives with my parents so I don't actually do that. I think they do it very often though, because he's very fussy about cleanliness lol.
Layer 34: Food
What is your favorite breakfast item?
Hmm, I just like pastries and stuff. Or mini pizzas my mum makes sometimes.
What is your favorite kind of dessert?

Well I'd rather avoid it completely then.
Layer 35: Past
Does your past ever come back to haunt you at times?
It does sometimes, but the future is what really causes anxiety.
What is one of your favorite memories of the past?
Hmm, oh I have loads of those. But I guess I'll go with one that I can't say was too happy for me at the time, but I somehow fondly look on it now.
Basically, there was a bombing in my country when I was around 3-4 years old. Long story short, we had to hide in shelters and my dad went into the army and I think he was gone for a few months. My sister was just born at that time, only a few months old.
Anyway, I vividly remember that one day, when the situation calmed down, my dad returned while we were setting up a bed in the living room. He just showed up in the doorway, still dressed like a soldier, and I think he got quite a tan and was skinnier than before. I guess being so young as I was, I just kind of assumed he wasn't going to return ever again because I was totally confused. Mum thought I didn't recognize him at first because I wasn't immediately excited, but I did, only I was like ??? why are you here?
I don't know why I like this memory so much, but it always comes to mind for these sort of questions.
What is something that you used to do in the past, but no longer do?
Go to school, I guess.
If you could have a meal with someone from the past, who would it be, and what would you ask them?
Grandma. I would like to get to know her better, she died when I was only 7.
Which historical time period would you like to go back to and check out?
Middle Ages lol. I'd die immediately but hey.
Layer 36: Future
Do you think you will ever get married one day?
Nah. Even if I find someone which is highly highly unlikely, I don't want to get married. If anything, it would be cool to have like a super close friend to live with and travel with, and everyone thinks you're together, but in reality, there's no actual romance going on. That kind of an arrangement would be totally up my alley.
Do you plan on ever getting a different job in the future, or are you happy with the one you’ve got?
For now I'm happy. We'll see how that pans out.
What age do you plan to retire at? Or do you plan on working til you’re dead?
I'll be working until I'm dead one way or another. People can barely survive on the retirement in my country.
What is something on your bucket list worth mentioning?
Japan, BTS concert.
If given the opportunity to see how your future plays out, would you take it, or no?
My own future? No. The future of humanity? Absolutely.
Layer 37: Hygiene
How often do you shower?
Every day, or in the winter every second day.
How often do you brush your teeth?
Twice a day.

Only my shirts when they get super wrinkly. Otherwise, most of my clothes doesn't really need ironing.
How often do you do laundry?
Hmm, about once a week or so.
How long do you use a bath towel before switching it out?
I don't know, a few times.
Layer 38: Clothing, Makeup, & Style
Do you wear nail polish? If so, how often do you paint your nails?
I don't normally. I've only done it a few times to switch things up a bit and because my sister was in the mood to do it for me.
How would your describe your sense of style?
Pretty casual with a dash of alternative.
Are there any popular trends that you do not find appealing?
Well yeah, but lately I've been actually enjoying most fashion that I see.
Where do you typically buy your clothing from?
Idk, just wherever.
What sorts of accessories do you wear/use?
Only two bracelets. Plus earrings and two ear piercings.
Layer 39: Hobbies
Do you still color, even as an adult?
Yees, I went a few weeks ago to this anime-themed cafe for a colouring event and it was the most therapeutic time ever.
Do you/would you like to crochet, knit, cross-stitch, etc?
Not particularly.
What’s the last thing you crafted all by yourself?
I'm not really sure.
Do you use Pinterest at all?
No.
What’s the last thing that you cooked or baked?
I also don't cook. But I did fry some chicken last, I think.
Layer 40: Dislikes
List some of your pet peeves here.
Tomatoes in sandwiches. People who constantly talk over others. I feel like there's something else important that I'm forgetting.
What are some things that annoy you about yourself?
Ooh, where do I begin... That I still care a bit too much about other people's opinions, that I'm a people pleaser to the max, I overthink and doubt myself constantly, I can't stick to literally any resolutions I make, and lately, I take on way too much work and then end up literally feeling like I can't breathe from the amount of tasks I need to do.
Is there anyone out there who you actually hate? Who?
Not really.
What is a feeling that you dislike?
Loneliness.
Do you get some ugly road rage while driving?
Nah, I'm a pretty calm driver.
Layer 41: Random
Have you ever successfully pogo’ed on a pogo stick?
Nope.
Have you ever mastered the jump rope?
I have when I was a kid. I think I could do it now too, but I'd need some practice to get back into it.
Do you know what it feels like to be truly happy?
Hmm... I think so. But I think that true happiness can only be experienced in fleeting moments. Otherwise, I can be content, but there's always something weighing on the back of my mind.
Is it winter in your part of the world right now?
Not yet.
What’s your favorite type of survey, and why?
I like themed surveys. And also the ones that dig a bit deeper.
Layer 42: Music
What are some of your favorite genres of music?
Rock, metal, alternative in general. Lately some K-pop too.
What are some music genres that you can’t stand?
Our godawful turbo folk music. And pure techno is pretty boring too. Everything else I can vibe with.
If you had a blank pair of concert tickets, who would you hope to be going to see?
BTS right now.
Do you still listen to music on the radio from time to time?
Yeah, in the car. But it only makes me wish I had Spotify lol.
iTunes, Spotify, Pandora, Amazon Music, or YouTube?
Spotify for sure.
Layer 43: Books
What were some of your favorite books as a child?
Harry Potter was my all-time favourite as a child.
What genre of books do you typically read most often?
I like fantasy, horror, psychological thriller, and just bizarre postmodernist books that make you scratch your head and wonder what the hell you just read.
What are some of your favorite books as an adult?
Convenience Store Woman and The Trial.
What is a book that you were required to read for school that you actually enjoyed?
Lots of them, actually. But The Trial by Kafka will always be my favourite.
Do you read any newspapers or magazines anymore?
Not really.
Layer 43: Around the World
Where’s the best place you’ve taken a vacation and/or day trip to?
Not counting Germany since I go there so often I don't even feel like it's a real vacation anymore, Lisbon. Such a lovely energy there.
Where is somewhere that you’d like to go someday, assuming you have the funds to do so?
Japan.
Where do your family members originate from?
We're all from here, I think.
What is your favorite type of ethnic cuisine?
Italian and Japanese. Although, as I said, Korean is sneaking up on these two...
What is something that is typically representative of your own culture?
Lol rakija, I guess.
Layer 44: Would you Rather...
Drink apple juice or grape juice?
Apple juice.
Wear pants or shorts?
Depends on how hot it is.
Be taller or shorter?
Neither, but I guess shorter if I had to choose.
Go to a zoo or an aquarium?
Zoo.
Visit an art gallery or a museum?
Hmm, art gallery for abstract art, otherwise museum.
Layer 45: Movies
Do you remember what the first movie was that you saw in theaters?
I'm not sure, but it was probably some Harry Potter. Or LOTR, third part. I remember seeing that in the cinema.
What are some of your favorite movies you’ve seen?
There are many, but Oldboy is near the top of that list.
What genre of movie do you typically enjoy?
Horror, psychological thriller, fantasy, stupid teen comedies. Smart teen comedies too though.
What is a movie you’ve seen that you weren’t expecting to like, but were pleasantly surprised?
Hmm, The Duff lol. During the summer in uni, I would often be alone in my flat, sit outside on the balcony, and watch silly teen comedies deep into the night. The Duff was going to be another one of those, but I ended up actually enjoying it.
How many movies do you own? Are they all DVD’s, or do you still have some VHS ones left?
I have some DVDs at home. But I don't use those anymore, now there's Netflix.
Layer 46: Personality
Are you more of an introvert or an extrovert?
Introvert.
Are you more easygoing and laid back, or anal?
I think I'm pretty laid back, but I don't think I come across as such right away lol
Are you kind to everyone who shows that they deserve kindness?
I mean, I try.
Describe your sense of humor.
I feel like it's a bit dry tbh. But I love puns and dad jokes as well.
Do you tend to over-share?
No, but as soon as I share anything that I don't normally share, I immediately get that omg-you-said-too-much feeling.
Layer 47: Celebrities
Which celebrity has given their child the most unique name, in your opinion?
Elon Musk takes the cake there.
Are there any celebrities that you keep tabs on/read articles about often?
I don't read articles about anyone, but I follow what BTS boys are up to.
Who is/are your celebrity crush(es)?
Jimin from BTS.
Have you ever personally met someone famous before? If so, then who?
Hmm no.
Who is a celebrity that you’re getting tired of hearing about all the time?
I don't really hear about anyone all the time.
Layer 48: Emotions
When was the last time you cried?
I'm not sure.
What are some things that you’re afraid of?
Loads of things, so let me try to find some original fear. Hmm... I'm afraid that someone I know will somehow find this blog, read all this, and recognize me lol. Also, whenever I kill a spider or a bug, I'm afraid their little friends will come for revenge.
What is something small that makes you happy?
My cat.
Who is the last person that you were angry with, and about what?
I'm not sure tbh. It's been a while, but probably either with mum or with Chris because we had quite a fight this summer.
Are you typically a shy or outgoing person?
Shy.
Layer 49: Digging Deeper
What is your favorite alcoholic beverage?
I like cocktails. And flavoured soju!
How old were you when you got drunk for the first time?
I was never drunk drunk, but the closest I've been was the team building event at the beginning of October. Alcohol definitely helped me cope with anxiety.
Do you smoke?
Nope.
Have you ever taken and sent naked pictures of yourself?
Nah.
Have you ever done any drugs other than marijuana? If so, which ones?
Only weed.
Layer 50: Games
What are some of your favorite video games?
The Sims franchise, the Witcher series, Little Nightmares...
Do you have any computer games that you play regularly?
Not now because I'm way to busy with work all the time.
What was your favorite board game, growing up?
Monopoly.
How about your favorite card game?
I don't know what it's called, similar to Uno but with regular cards and additional rules.
How good are you at solving puzzles? (such as a Rubik’s cube, word puzzles, or putting together a jigsaw puzzle)
Not bad, I think. It's been a hot minute since I did that though.

30. A blast from the past
[Elementary School]
Do you still remember any dreams you had a child?
I do, quite a few actually. I dreamt one of my favourite dreams at that time. Always wanted to turn it into an actual story.
What was your favorite game to play back then?
Probably Sims 2.
How many best friends did you make through the years?
Hmm, I had a few. I don't think I really had a best best friend, but I hung out with quite a few kids.
How many enemies?
Okay, sooo, I didn't have a real enemy, but this girl I knew from kindergarten joined my class in second grade. I never really liked her, and let's just say that dislike only grew stronger the more time we spent together in the same class. Seven years in total.
Did anything tragic happen to you when you were little?
My childhood was generally pretty happy. My grandma died when I was 7, though, and I had a serious existential crisis about death around that time. Like, I guess it was the first time I realized everyone will die at some point, so I kept wondering what I would do when my parents die, but even more so, what would happen when I die. This tortured me for quite some time, so much so that I couldn't even read the word "death" somewhere without slightly panicking. I guess I was always kind of anxious, even as a kid.
Did anything absolutely amazing happen?
I don't think there was anything super amazing -- my childhood was just generally happy.
How was your relationship with your parents back then?
Pretty good.
Did you believe in cooties?
We didn't have that here lol
Did you ever get a cootie shot?
Refer to the answer above.
What was your favorite snack to eat?
I'm not sure about snacks, but my grandpa bought this 50g chocolate in blue wrapping for me and my sister every single morning. That was my favourite thing. Also, thanks grandpa for the chocolate addiction lol
Did you own any pets during this time?
Nope.
What was your personality like?
Quiet, shy. Tbh, not much has changed in that regard. Actually, I think in elementary I was more friendly and talkative than at any point after.
What was your favorite song[s]?
I have no clue. I don't think I even listened to music aside from the stuff my parents listened to in the car or cartoon opening themes.
What kind of toys did you like to play with?
Oh I liked anything. I think I mostly played with Barbies and other dolls with my sister though.
[Middle School/Junior High]
How did your personality change from Elementary to Middle School?
I got much quieter and much more awkward. I think this is when social anxiety kicked in, I just had no clue what it was and why I struggled so much to talk to other people. It just felt like I'm totally fucked in the head, basically. And I didn't know how to talk about it to my parents, and they definitely didn't know what that was either. So I was just getting quieter and quieter and lonelier and lonelier. But it got like 1000 worse in high school.
What was your favorite thing to do during this time?
I liked hanging out with my sister and her friends. They were three years younger than me, but it didn't really matter. All of my friends from school lived in a village near the town, which, at the time, felt like it was too far away to hang out often.
Who were some of your closest friends?
Aside from my sister's friends, I had a tiny friend group of three girls in school. Also, I remained friends with one boy who I was close to earlier in elementary.
How often did you get involved with Middle School drama?
I don't think I ever did. I'd hear about it, but it had nothing to do with me.
What kind of "clique" were you in? Or did you not beleive in cliques?
We didn't have cliques per se, but there was a bit of a distinction between who's popular and who isn't. I definitely wasn't. I guess I'd count as a nerd, but my friends weren't.
How did people treat you?
Mostly like I didn't really exist until they needed my help on a test or with homework. Tbh, I didn't mind that, but I hated when people would pull out the "we are friends" card to get me to do stuff for them. Like, no, we're not friends. I'll help you either way, but don't pretend you'll give a shit about me once the test is over. That's especially true for the girl I mentioned above, who went so far as to invite me places to hang out just so she'd ensure my help in school, all the while being condescending and putting me down. I should've told her to fuck off, but I was too scared to at the time.
Do you look back on these years fondly?
Absolutely not. Couldn't pay me to go back there. The only thing I look back on fondly was that tiny friend group I had.
What was your typical kind of lunch during school?
We never had lunch in school lol. We were basically let out on the streets to buy something to eat during the big break. Or you could bring something from home if your parents were inclined to prepare you food.
What school[s] did you go to?
The same elementary/middle school for eight years and then a different high school.
Was it really as bad as some people say Junior High is?
I mean, for me it was bad. Idk what other people say.
Did you like to read?
I loved to read. Which some people actually teased me for at the time, and I find that so stupid now looking back.
What was one good memory you have of this time?
My summer holiday on Thassos with my family. Meeting those other kids and running wild for ten days together was an amazing experience I will never forget.
Were you still enemies with someone from elementary school?
Yeah, the girl I mentioned. I started full on hating her in middle school and could hardly stand her presence. Unfortunately, we were stuck in the same class and she only got worse.
If you could go back and change one thing, what would you change?
I'd get rid of anxiety for sure. And stand up to that girl earlier than I did.
[High School]
Are you still in High School?
No, thank God.
Who were some of your close friends?
I had a little friend group in high school too, first with Ivy and Tanja, and then that expanded to a few other people. I was really close to Tanja for a while, plus, I had Jane who was always my friend but not really in any of my friend groups.
On top of that, I had Chris and Sam, though both of them were long-distance friends. And Anna from middle school.
Who were some of your enemies?
Well, my former enemy went to a different high school, so I was very much enemy-free. Not that it mattered, since high school sucked anyway.
How did your personality change from the previous years?
I was even more anxious than before, which prompted me to try and people please even harder. I wasn't doing well mentally at all. For a little while, I thought I found some good friends but that all fell apart in senior year, which stressed me out enough to basically stop eating (though not on purpose), which then led to some other health problems. Also, I was fighting with my mum all the time. Mostly because she was worried about me, but to me it felt like I couldn't open up to her and like she always blamed me for everything. On top of that, I also blamed myself for everything, I had no idea why simple things felt so difficult to me. So, great times, all in all.
Going in, did you really think they were going to be the best four years ever?
No, but I thought they'd be better than middle school. It was going to be a new school, that girl I disliked would be gone, fresh start. Well then it turned out that like half of my class would be made up from kids I went to elementary and middle school with anyway, so in reality, there was hardly anything fresh about that start.
Were they? [or are they if you're still in High School]
No, they were much worse than I expected. Especially the last two years.
What's one memory of High School can you look back on and grin?
Well even though I made it seem like it was all doom and gloom, there were some okay times. I remember the whole class got addicted to Flappy Bird and played it incessantly during all breaks and classes lol. We even had pictures of everyone standing in the corridor staring at their phones and playing.
Did you ever cry while you were in school?
I only remember I cried when the teacher kicked me out from one class once. It's a long story, but I went out and cried a bit when no one was around. I never cried otherwise, and definitely not in front of others.
How was your love life?
Lol very much non-existent. I had kind of a crush (though I think it was a platonic crush if anything) on this one boy for years, but I never wanted anything out of it and he was an asshole anyway.
How was your social life?
I mean, on the outside, I guess it would look okay, at least in the sophomore and junior year. I had friends, we hung out, went together on breaks, went out on the weekends. I was getting invited to birthday parties. No one was outwardly mean or bullying me. But yeah, when you really dive into it, it wasn't great. The only people I felt close to lived far away, and Tanya, my best friend in high school, basically abandoned me as soon as something better came along. I spent so many birthday parties in the last year feeling totally alone while surrounded by friends, and let me tell you, there's no worse kind of loneliness.
Did you have any teachers that you just absolutely loved?
Hm yeah, our class teacher was cool.
Did you have any teachers that you just absolutely despised?
I'm not sure. I had some I disliked, but I don't remember totally despising anyone.
How were/are your GPA?
Not how it works here and I'm not really sure if I remember now tbh. I was always a pretty great student, though, never struggled with the academic side of things.
Did you know anyone who got pregnant?
Not in our high school, no.
[There's no time like the present]
Do you currently have a job?
Yup, a few too many actually.
What kind of job do you *want* to have?
I mean, I'm cool with what I do. My dream is to become an actual fiction writer though, but idk, I don't think I'm brave enough for that.
What do you like to do on your free time?
What free time lol? When I do have it, though, I like to meet my friends, go out to eat, take walks, read, travel, go to gigs and concerts...
What's your relationship with your parents now?
It's good now, it got better as soon as I moved out for college. I mean, I don't know if I'll ever be able to fully trust them to open up about certain things, but I do know they have my back most of the time and they're trying their best.
Do you own any pets?
Yes, we have a cat.
How many places have you travelled to?
Lots, I don't feel like counting.
Do you own a cell phone? If so, what kind?
Yup, a Huawei.
What are your goals for the future?
I don't want to think too long term, so to go to Transylvania, do more things by myself (travel by myself, for example), see BTS in a concert, and yeah. Practice my Japanese more.
What's your favorite kind of drink?
Hot chocolate. As for alcoholic ones, I like Tequila Sunrise.
Did you ever get into the Twilight saga craze?
Of course. I made my mum buy all the books. She still holds it against me lol
What about the Harry Potter craze?
Yup, I grew up on Harry Potter.
Where is your mind at: The Past, the Present, the Future, or all around?
Lately it's been a bit too much on the future and I don't like that very much. I used to be much better at grounding myself in the present.
What's a really good movie you've seen recently?
Talk to Me.
Are you happy where you are right now?
No, but it's not really about where I am. I mean, my life circumstances are great and I have my dream job so theoretically, I should be happy. Sadly, my mental health is taking a bit of a nosedive.

29. Millennial Survey
From someone who's on the cusp between a Millennial and Gen Z-er
What year were you born in?
1995
Do you remember a time before smartphones and social media?
Yup. I think I got my first smartphone either when I was finishing middle school or entering high school. Before it was all about flip phones and slide phones.
Were you part of the generation that experienced the transition from dial-up internet to broadband?
Oh yes. Until I was about 12-13, I barely ever used internet because it was dial-up and so obnoxiously slow. Other people already had broadband by that point, but we got it a bit late.
Did you grow up watching Saturday morning cartoons?
Yees. I didn't have Nickelodeon and Disney when I was a kid, but we had local channels playing blocks of cartoons every Saturday and Sunday morning, and I think they were similar to what could be found on those channels. I remember distinctly that I wasn't allowed to watch Ren & Stimpy, but I secretly did anyway before my parents got up lol
Do you have any memories of using floppy disks or cassette tapes?
Not floppy disks and not so much cassette tapes, though I think we had a few. CDs were a bigger thing.
I do remember watching Disney cartoons on VHS though, we had so many of those when I was very young.
How did you communicate with your friends before the advent of text messaging?
Either landline or we would go to each other's house, stand outside, and yell at the top of our lungs for the other person to come out. I don't know why we never simply went to the door and rang the bell, I just know we were always yelling lol
Were you a fan of any particular boy band or girl group during your teenage years?
Actually no. And I have to say, the only boy band that I remember from my teen years was One Direction. I think they formed when I was around 15 and broke up when I was 20, so technically they should be my teen boy band, but I was into alternative, rock, and metal. I'm into a boy band now though lol
Did you ever own a portable CD player or a Walkman?
Nope, I had an MP3 player for a while though.
What was your favorite video game console when you were growing up?
I didn't actually have any, nor did any of my friends have any. I only used my computer for games, and only the illegal versions a friend of a friend managed to obtain somehow lol. Ah, those were the days.
Did you ever use AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) or MSN Messenger to chat with friends?
Not really. I think I had MSN, but I only used it once or twice before I switched to chatting on Skype.
Were you aware of the Y2K bug and the associated concerns leading up to the year 2000?
Definitely not, I was younger than 5. I only learned about the whole thing years and years later.
Did you ever rent movies from a physical video rental store like Blockbuster or Hollywood Video?
Yes, not from those, but we had our local video rental stores that we got CDs from.
Were you into MySpace or LiveJournal during the early days of social networking?
Actually no, because I think those two things weren't as big here as they were in the West. Like, I always hear people online talk about MySpace days, but I never hear anyone irl ever mention they used MySpace.
What was your first experience with online shopping?
Ooh, that was very very late. I don't remember exactly when I started online shopping, but I think it came here only after 2010s and I didn't use it anyway because I didn't have my own money. So I guess I only really started online shopping after 2018 when I made enough. I never wanted to ask my parents to buy me something online because I felt they'd think it's sketchy lol.
Did you ever participate in a flash mob or witness one in person?
Nope.
How did you discover new music before the rise of streaming platforms like Spotify?
I think mostly Youtube. Like, you'd listen to something and get a bunch of other songs in the similar genre recommended to you. Also, friends from school would mention this band or that band is cool, check them out and then I would.
Were you a fan of the "Harry Potter" book series or the "Twilight" saga?
Yes to both. I grew up on Harry Potter, learned to read thanks to Harry Potter and I pretty much credit it for the path I chose to take in life because I really think it instilled the love for literature in me. I know it has fallen out of grace these days and it was painful to learn about the whole J.K. Rowling thing, but I can't deny its impact on me or pretend that I now hate the book series.
And Twilight was absolutely my jam in middle school. I didn't care about the romance at all, but I always loved vampires. Even if Twilight vampires are a bit, well, not traditional lol
Did you ever have a MySpace profile and customize it with HTML and CSS?
Nope.
What was your favorite TV show or cartoon during your childhood?
Hmm, Charmed was my favourite show. As for cartoons, there were so so many at different points in my life. There was Spongebob, Dragon Ball, Yu-gi-oh, Tokyo Mew Mew, Pokemon, Winx, Phineas and Ferb...
How did you feel about the transition from traditional television to streaming services?
I didn't feel any particular way. When I got Netflix in 2020, streaming services were already a totally normal, widespread thing and I hadn't properly watched traditional TV for years before that. As always, we were late jumping onto the streaming bandwagon, but it's not like I needed some special mental preparation for it. I just got Netflix, started watching, and was like, wow, this is convenient, I love it.

Have you ever been to South America?
Nope.
Do you know anyone from Brazil?
Actually yes. My cousin who lives in Germany has a friend originally from Brazil and we met a few times.
Would you ever want to visit South America?
I'd be interested.

Definitely not.
Do you own a skirt from Guetamala?
I don't own anything from Guatemala or a skirt for that matter.
Do you ever wonder why we don’t hear much about South America?
I have wondered, but I think for my part of the world at least, it's because South America is on the totally opposite side of the planet. Like, I don't hear much about Asia either, it's just that I have personal interest in some East Asian countries so I do my own research.
But if no one ever hears much about South America, there are other factors too.

Do you know about sex trafficking in Thailand?
I've heard of it.

Hmmm, no.
United States

…and living in a two-story house with a white picket fence?
You're actually describing my nightmare right now lol.
…and having a good job and saving for retirement?
Good job yeah, but I've honestly given up on the idea of retirement. My country's retirement plans suck and so, I'll either work forever or die before that. Or the world will end and no one will need to care about retirement ever again.

Absolutely not.

Other
What’s the best family vacation you’ve been on?
To Thassos, Greece when I was 12 years old. We were in this small hotel with several other families with kids, all of which were around our age and we had a blast. Every evening when we returned from the beach, we'd meet up in the backyard and play hide-and-seek and play-fight and just have so much fun. I exchanged numbers with the two boys my sister and I were the closest to and we tried to stay in touch, but sadly, after a few months we stopped talking. That was before social media too, so I never managed to find them again.
What countries have you visited?
Bulgaria, Macedonia, Greece, Turkey, Montenegro, Hungary, Austria, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, The Netherlands, Lithuania... I think that's it, unless I'm missing something.
What countries do you want to visit?
Japan is at the top of the list, then South Korea, Iceland, Scandinavia in general, Romania (specifically Transylvania), Ireland... tbh, whenever I read about a country, I suddenly get this urge to visit it, so this list changes all the time. These are the staples, though.
Have you ever been to NYC?
Not yet, but NYC is on the list too.
Do you live in a big city, small town, or other?
Big city.
Do you live in the city or country?
City.
What is your favorite country besides your own?
From the ones I've been to, Germany. I have many friends there, so it's always fun to go.
What country do you live in?
Serbia.
What is your ancestry?
Well, I'm sure I'm like 99% East European, and like 1% Turkish. I don't need a test to do it, they really isn't that much mixing and diversity here.
Are you happy with the American government?
I'm not American so... but I don't like recent developments over there.
What currency do you use?
Dinars.
Do you think you have an accent?
I'm sure I do.
Have you ever been told you have an accent?
Well no, but once in Germany some people thought I was Australian??? I never understood why the hell Australian, I sure don't sound like one.

27. Just my MBTI obsession peeking
1. What's your type?
INTP.
2. What's your mother's type?
Last time I forced her to take a test, ESTJ.
3. What's your father's type?
ISTJ.
4. What are your siblings' types?
My sister is an ESTP.
5. What is the type of your current partner?
No partner here.
5a. What are your children's types?: (Don't respond if you don't have any, or if their too young to know their type).
And no children either.
6. What is the type of your most significant partner?
So the person I was in this situationship with claimed to be an INTP too. However, after all's been said and done, I really think she's kind of like a chameleon and picks up traits of those around her or pushes to the forefront those she thinks you'd find desirable. In reality, I think she's probably ENFP.
7. What's your best friend's type?
INFJ. Golden pair, y'all.
8. What are your other friend's types?
So I have two INFJs, two INFPs (though one is very questionable), one ENFJ (who I personally suspect to be ENFP, but I'm not sure), and one ENFP. I just realized I have no T friends :o
9. What's your enemies type?
Lol I don't have an enemy... unless >.>
10. Which type do you feel you get along with best?
Nothing beats my connection with INFJs, but I find INFPs very charming too. Also, Sensors are underrated, it can be nice to have a few around.
11. Which type do you tend to have poor experiences with?
Ahm, well only ENFPs. Not even all ENFPs, but the one bad experience I had was oof.
12. If you could transform into any type, which one would you choose?
ENTP. They're like a cooler, more talkative version of us. More annoying too, but they don't seem to be bothered by that lol
13. You get stranded on a desert island. Which three types do you want stranded with you? Why?
ISTP because of their calmness and practical skills, ENTJ to organize everything, aaand maybe an INFJ so I can vibe with someone.
14. The zombie apocalypse is upon us. Which three types would you not want in your survivor's group? Why?
ENTP because they'd try to argue with zombies and get us all in trouble, ISFP because I just feel like that situation would be too overwhelming for them, and ESFP because same reason actually. I know an ESFP and he does not deal with pressure well. Maybe it's just him, but yeah.
15. If you were going to have children, which type would you NOT want your child to be the most?
Tbh I really have no preferences here. I just know that an ESTJ or ENTJ child would bully me for sure, but that's life sometimes.
16. If you had to choose a movie that perfectly represents your type, which one would you pick?
Inception, probably.
17. If you had to pick a song which perfectly represented your type, which one would you pick?
Lateralus by Tool.
18. Which mbti pairing do you think deserves the title of "The Golden Pair"? What's your favourite fictional romance that you think represents this pairing most accurately?
Oh I was just talking about Golden Pair with me and my best friend lol. So I guess I do believe INTPxINFJ is pretty golden, but I can't think of any pairing that would represent this.
19. Which drug do you think is metaphorically the most similar to your type?
LSD.
20. What's your best personality trait that corresponds with your type?
Being able to answer "It depends" to almost any existing question.
Oh wait, that's one of my more annoying personality traits. Well, I guess open-mindedness, creativity.
21. What's your worst personality trait that corresponds with your type?
Struggling to establish a proper bond with others, being super awkward.
22. What is one fact about your personality that completely defies all stereotypes associated with your mbti type?
I don't think feelings are useless at all. In fact, I admire people who are in touch with them and can express them freely, and I wish I knew how to do that without feeling like I want to run away to Mars from embarrassment.
I rely on logic a lot but I don't think that's a great thing -- it just makes me rationalize my feelings instead of experiencing them and then it all gets confusing and tangled and results in some proper mental chaos.
Ah the joys of being an INTP.
