Well, I can vouch that this works! I had the most terrible cramp inside my foot last night. I bent my foot every which way to no avail. It was really hurting and the cramp seemed to inside the centre of my foot. So I got the Petitgrain and massaged it into my foot with some FCO. Finally, went back to bed and after a few minutes, the muscle spasm, cramp, had gone.. completely.
