Buying A New Home Is Easy | Premier Home Builder Marysville CA USA

1. GET PREQUALIFIED

The first step in the homebuying process is to get pre-qualified. If you are not already aquainted with a lender, Dottco Homes works with an array of different lenders to help homebuyers find their best financing. Click Here to get more information. 

 2. VISIT A DOTTCO HOMES' NEW HOME COMMUNITY

 To explore our communities, you can start by visting the Dottco Homes website and clicking on Communities.  There you will find community maps and floor plans for each respective community.  For any questions you may have, please contact us by using the information provided on our Contact Us Page. 

 3. SELECT YOUR FLOOR PLAN 

Visit our website to view plans, home elevations and new homesites. Or, visit one of our new communities and ask an associate about the new homes in the community. Dottco's homes are designed for modern day living, so when touring a finished house, look for the little details that make your life easier; Stop and Drop stations (equipped with USB charging stations), an extra outlet here and there, recessed LED lighting placed, etc.

 4. SELECT YOUR HOMESITE

 Now that you know what floor plan works best for your family, it's time to find out which homesite is best for you. Not all homesites are created equal, so ask about the differences between them. For example, some homesites may offer more side yard (for RV parking) while other homesites may offer more room in the back yard (for a pool and/or a garden). Our goal is to find an available homesite that will best suit your needs.

 5. WRITE THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT 

A licensed sales consultant can go over the purchase agreement with you and help explain the process. Authorizing agreements is easy as technology allows for you to even sign with your smart phone. 

 6. WALK-THROUGHS 

Before your first walk-through, our Quality Assurance personnel will do a walk-through of your home and examine a deatiled list of items to be sure the home lives up to the Dottco Homes' high standards. At your first walk-through, you will learn about the functioning aspects of your home and become familiar with its placement and have a chance to familiarize yourself with the physical space. About one week later at your final walk-through, we will follow up on the completion of any concerns you had at your first walk-through. We will go over you warranties and give you the information to contact customer care department.

 7. CLOSING

 The Final step is to contact your sales consultant to receive your keys and you will be the proud owner of a new Dottco Home!
